Amazing facilities, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, beds were comfortable (even the pullout bed was comfortable) and pillows were soft, but firm. It was convenient to get around the area and return both nights for some good rest, and in spite of the hotel being maxed out, it was quiet and peaceful. The only time we heard our neighbors was when the shower was going. The only disappointment was that we learned the pool was under construction the day we arrived, it had been something we looked forward to, but we will still definitely stay again and enjoy it another time.

The hotel rooms need to be updated but the beds were at least comfortable. Biggest down fall… our car got broken in to in the parking lot!!! It’s well lit but apparently that didn’t stop them. I know it’s park at your own risk but just know if these kind of things happen in this area…

Great place! Very clean and great price for what you're getting. Only issue was the $5 a night parking fee which wasn't stated anywhere on the website or during check in. I thought they were charging my card for a deposit, but it was for the parking fee. I don't mind paying it but better communication would have been nice. Otherwise it was great

Had a great stay. Breakfast was very good, but pretty much the same stuff every day. Would be nice if there were more options. Shower was great, plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable as well with the right amount of pillows. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Pool was super clean and warm on cool nights. Hot tub jets were a little out of control, shooting water up and out of the hot tub and should be addressed, but enjoyed that as well.

When we arrived place looked nice and clean. We had issues with our toilet not working. We also had cockroaches. Cold that evening to let front desk she said oh that’s just our sewer! Checked out next morning told front desk about toilet Ms they said that have someone waiting to go in to look at it. I mentioned the roaches he said that wasn’t noted from the previous night but to expect a call from management. I am still waiting for that call!!!

Front desk was pleasant. Got to our room and it was musty smelling. We picked the hotel close walking distance to a trump rally. Unfortunately because we we're in a rush. I didn't pay attention to the smells. Arrived back to the room 5 hrs later. Omg. Smelled like a dog kennel. Horrible urine smell. At 11:30 pm i went back to the front desk for help. 5 stars for the gal who helped us get a better room. Im so sorry for forgetting her name it was October 31st night shift. Thanks for your help. Second room much better. Unfortunately. The hotel is running down. Halfway carpets are torn and dirty. This is not a 9.0 hotel. Sorry. The breakfast good. Working staff and maids are worthy of a 5 star. Really friendly. That made the place. Management needs to overhaul carpets etc.

Cleanliness of the room, definitely needs to be tweaked, soil stains on the toilet seat, soap scum all over the shower, not to mention lack of handles on the shower door, hallways, not acceptable. Staff is friendly, however, most definitely needs to be reworked.

Hotel was pretty average. Usually there's more then one tv in a suite... Air conditioning unit is super loud in the room and short-cycles which makes for a difficult sleep for light sleepers. Breakfast was hot and good enough for most. It's super close to a ton of dining options, easy to get to and in a safe-feeling part of town. I'm not a fan of their relatively late check-in time though. 4pm makes planning a larger trip more difficult when you have to wait to get in and get settled.

Everything about our stay was fine (room, cleanliness, etc.), except one essential: The entire 4 days that we were there, their internet provider's login-in page was not working, so there was essentially no internet. All you got when trying to log onto the internet was an error saying that your room# and name were invalid. When I called the front desk, they just told me that this was an ongoing problem with their hotel internet customer service provider, and that I had to call their internet provider directly for service. When I called the internet provider customer service number that the front desk gave me, the only solution they offered was that we had to make a service call to them for each and every device we wanted to connect to the internet, change some security settings, give them the MAC address and IP address of the device, and they would manually log the device(s) into their system. They gave the warning that doing so would disable any privacy/security for the device on the network, and we had to agree to this before they would connect the device. Since we were a large group, this would involve performing this tedious, insecure procedure for 10 devices, and was unacceptable. The fact that this was still the situation four days later by the day we checked out was very frustrating. I know that hotels contract with specific vendors for their internet log-in system, so whatever company this hotel is using should be given the boot.

Short. Didn’t have the opportunity to truly utilize the services. I appreciated what is offered. Big downside is the room walls are thin. I could easily hear people in rooms next door and the people by the pool/firepit area at night.

Did not like that they entered my room to address the mini refrigerate not working properly while I was not in there. Especially when I asked them that I do not want anyone in my room while I’m not inside. And I also had the do not disturb tag hanging outside my door. But yet someone entered my room while I was gone. Feeling of uneasy and unsafe hit me while staying there alone.

Super convenient location for food and entertainment. Shared pool with the Residence Inn. The pool and hot tub were not very clean though. We asked the front desk for our room to be cleaned two days in a row and after they never came. Finally, we asked housekeeping when we saw them in the hall and they did it.

What a great location and great hotel. The pool area is awesome the breakfast was great. You can walk to the Westgate Entertainment area which is really fun. Walk to Bass Pro Shop. The rooms were perfect, the front desk was nice too. Will stay again.

Nice overall facility. Rooms were not well lit in certain areas. The layout was not as spacious as I expected. Narrow walkways in rooms around the beds. Just seemed tight for 4 people. Breakfast was decent but not much variety from day to day. Oatmeal was watery every day.

I usually clean when I arrive, rhe room was clean and spotless. Smelled clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. It allowed for people to socialize and connect especially since most people were there for graduation. Totally would recommend and will usw again

Rooms were comfortable however the property is under construction so the lobby and breakfast area were not available. They let us walk over to the sister property next door to get the free breakfast. It was a minor inconvenience and the rest of the stay was decent.

The lobby was under construction. There was no advance notice of this. Breakfast was in the neighboring hotel and was only 7-9 am. At 8:45, many items were gone. The ac in the room was not working properly. And charging $5 for parking as an additional expense is poor. Parking should be included in the reservation price.

My family stayed here while visiting Glendale for my graduation. We stayed in a suite that accommodated five adults. The room was spacious and clean. There was no house cleaning the entire weekend but we were provided clean towels and any other items that were needed each day. The breakfast was delicious each morning with many options from bagels to oatmeal eggs bacon turkey or pork sausage and of course coffee, tea milk, orang and apple juice. We enjoyed the pool and sitting down in the lounge to play games chit-Chat and eat dinner. It was a great place to stay. We were in walking distance of most places including the westgate entertainment district.
