Our stay was a mixed bag with several frustrating service oversights. Upon arrival, the front desk agent was nonchalant and unwelcoming—just going through the motions to check us in. The staff on subsequent days shared the same indifferent attitude. The hotel was also undergoing exterior painting, so workers were constantly in and out of the building. When we walked into our room, there was a noticeable musty odor. Luckily, the room itself was clean, though the smell was off-putting. The continental breakfast was a daily hassle. Items like fruit, yogurt, and creamer were almost always empty, forcing us to track down staff for basic restocking. On our checkout morning, the fruit and yogurt weren't stocked at all, seemingly untouched since the weekend. Housekeeping was hit-or-miss. While the cleaning staff were very friendly, they completely missed our room on the only day we requested service. We had to go down to the laundry room ourselves to swap our dirty towels for fresh ones. The clear highlight? The pool area, which was kept extremely clean. Overall, it's a passable choice if you just need a place to sleep and swim, but don't count on warm customer service, a seamless breakfast, or reliable housekeeping.

We had a pleasant and comfortable two-night stay at this hotel. The property was visibly clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff was very helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was decent, though adding bread alongside the bagels and providing coffee creamer would be great improvements. Additionally, room cleaning currently happens every third day; implementing a basic daily service—such as making the bed and replacing fresh towels—would significantly elevate the guest experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and we appreciate the hospitality!

The room was clean and comfortable; however, our experience was less than satisfactory. The continental breakfast was missing many of its items. When we asked the manager, he rudely said it was because the weekend guests had cleaned it out. The worst part was our stay was the manager’s attitude. He was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. He seemed bothered by any questions directed to him. There was no ice machine, so we had ask the manager for some from bagged ice from their pantry. He got the ice for us but seemed bothered and didn’t even acknowledge the request with a verbal response. He did not greet us nor responded to our greetings. This man was not hospitable at all and should not be working in hospitality industry. We will not be renting here again nor would we recommend to anyone. This hotel will continue to lose customers if they continue to employ people who do not have the customer service skills required in this industry. We sincerely hope that the hotel upper management looks into this further for their own sake and their customers.
