Struttura molto bella con piante tropicali all'interno,camere pulite,personale sempre gentile e disponibile,all inclusive: cibo buono e abbondante, cocktail premiscelati da una macchina non proprio spettacolari,piscine bellissime di cui una riscaldata peccato che il vento in questo periodo è molto fastidioso,animazione molto soft ma presente tutto il giorno con giochi e attività fisiche ,un saluto al formidabile Rayco ,spa inclusa grande molto bella,nei dintorni dell'hotel deserto ,quindi macchina da affittare o taxi,,noi abbiamo affittato per due giorni la macchina e abbiamo girato tutta l'isola, veramente bella.riassumendo consiglio sicuramente il Beatriz costa spa in Lanzarote

The hotel and rooms are dated but all.areas were clean. Spa area was lovely, very relaxing but again, dated and loose tiles on bottom of pools, jacuzzis not all.working. Charged €18 at spa reception, even though hotel receptionist said would be free entry, I challenged this and was told I had to pay. Food was excellent but need more staff to take drinks orders etc. All in all good hotel but very dated.

Not for everyone but if you like space, peaceful surroundings and easy parking, AI is great value. If you want easy access to beaches, nightlife and 5 star food look elsewhere. Ask for a room number above the manila bar on each floor ( 134 onwards , 234 onwards, 334.. etc) We are regular visitors so we may get slightly better reactions from the staff than first-timers but the staff are wonderful to us. Spa was out of action for 10 days of our trip but we had permission to use the one in the sister hotel so it was a nice day out.

Disappointing Return Visit – Not Coming Back This was my third stay at Hotel Beatriz Costa and Spa, and unfortunately, it will be my last. While the room was spacious and clean, it felt very dated and in need of a refresh. The staff were generally polite, but reception service was lacking and unhelpful at times. The food, however, was the biggest letdown. It was genuinely terrible—meats were flavourless, vegetables were bland, and some dishes were so bad I actually had to spit them out. For an all-inclusive hotel, the dining experience was extremely poor. No kettle in the room. On our last day the lift stopped working and we are on the 4th floor. We specifically chose this hotel again for the spa, only to find it’s no longer included in the all-inclusive package. Worse still, the spa is in a dangerously poor condition—completely unacceptable for a place that markets itself around wellness and relaxation. It’s clear that standards have dropped significantly since my previous visits. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better options in the area.

Large Hotel (can have up to 900 guests) Large rooms most with private balconies, sea or pool views. Basic drinks and food but good value on AI. In quiet area of quiet resort. Spa needs refurbishment and is due to close soon for that. Better for mature couples or families that don't want lots of late night entertainment options

Large but dated hotel, but that’s reflected in the pricing. The staff are all friendly , especially the entertainment team. The pool area is beautiful! Lots of space and towels are available daily. Food was ok, the all inclusive catered for all tastes. The drinks were also good. It’s a 4 Euro taxi ride to restaurants/ bars if you fancy a change.

Escogí este hotel sólo por tener SPA, y a fecha de hoy 27/11/25 me dicen que está roto, tiene una avería grande y me dicen los empleados que estará así bastante tiempo. No tiene servicio de habitaciones, no te facilitan la estancia con una carta para poder pedir comida o bebidas. El minibar de la habitación vacío, no te ponen ni los productos básicos como cepillos de dientes. las salas comunes dejan mucho que desear, cucarachas muertas debajo de las escaleras. Deberían decir hotel de 3 estrellas, ya que la 4 estrella no se la merecen…

Restaurant needs good clean, chaotic, no organisation, waiting for tables, queues for breakfast. Food very basic - burgers, sausages on show cooking section most meals. Desserts good. Piana Bar carpet very old and worn. Garden area looked after but pool area not washed down. Bedroom clean but dated. Evening entertainment poor. "Premier Clients" programme just started - pool and restaurant sections cordoned off. On edge of resort bus provided twice in morning and once in afternoon.

Instalaciones espectaculares (claramente de 4 estrellas) y enormes, aunque algo anticuadas. Me asignaron una junior suite enorme. Vistas al pueblo y al mar.

Comfortable hotel, sun was very hot on the balcony in the late afternoon. Hotel abit dated, curtains didn't open and close easily so weren't fully open most of the time. Rooms fairly roomy, bed very comfortable, good average fair selection but warm rather than hot.

We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a junior suite. The bedroom was very large and whilst the bed was very large, we did not find it comfortable. The mattress appeared to be a poor quality memory foam type. There was also an uncomfortable waterproof mattress cover. Connected to the bedroom was a living room with 2 single beds, armchairs and sofa. Bathe the bedroom and living room had a balcony overlooking the pool and the west which made for a lovely sunset. The public areas were spacious and nicely appointed. The restaurant was ‘ok’. We had booked half board. Breakfast and Dinner were buffet style. The hotel did not have an a la carte restaurant. The hotel was busy and staff were struggling to turn over tables. Drinks arrived quickly. The Dinner buffet was ‘ok’ very little choice for vegetarians or vegans, staff were struggling to replenish food. Salad options were basic, no cheese, it the roast pork was delicious. Breakfast was better, many versions of eggs (fried, boiled, scrambled) cheese, tomato, bread, fruit etc. Tea pots were available and a nice selection of teas. The pool area was clean and well maintained, the music and PA was at times too loud and intrusive. We were able to extend check out time from 12 noon to 3pm for a reasonable cost of 15€. The hotel is on the edge of town with. I restaurants or bars close by. Overall we were pleased, the hotel facilities and rooms met 4* standard but felt the restaurant and food did not not.

There is much I like about his hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and I also like the scale of the hotel which is colossal. I also enjoy the breakfast and dinner buffet and have never been stuck for something to eat. The location is set around a 20 min walk back from the beach front which again I quite like as it's quieter and more tranquil. The major downside are the rooms which are very dated and clearly were put together prior to the smartphone/tablet era judging by the décor and lack of connectivity. From what I gather some of the rooms have already been upgraded to more modern standards so clearly plans are afoot for an upgrade.

The best way of reaching the hotel from the airport is to take a taxi. Journey time is approximately 15 minutes at a cost of ~€22. My room was on the 2nd floor, furnished to a reasonable standard (a little worn perhaps) and included a safe and fridge. The variety and standard of food which was available at both the breakfast and dinner buffet was good and there were always plenty of dishes to choose from. Access to the beach and waterfront involves a 15-20 minute walk downhill through some housing and commercial areas, although the hotel runs a shuttle bus service. There is also a “Spar” supermarket on route which was handy for picking up some supplies. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for both couples and families.

Lo mejor del alojamiento la habitación grande, detalles un poco descuidados, en la recepción muy amables pero en el buffet el trato de los chicos jóvenes deja mucho que desear... Buffet escaso,el desayuno era lo mejor,pocas hamacas en la piscina para toda la gente que había, muchas veces había gente hasta en el suelo por la falta de ellas, si mejoraran eso tendrían un hotel de diez, tiene um gran potencial y ae be quw tuvo tiempos mejores...

Hotel lobby etc is nice, but the rooms are dated and a very poor standard with furniture almost falling apart, and first and dust everywhere. You have to pay for kettle, cups, tea/coffee in the room, as well as basics such as a safe. The only positive is the amazing staff who are very kind, informative and want to help

This is a very large hotel in a quiet part outside of a quieter resort. The food is better than some reviews suggest given the need to feed 600 people quickly, but seems to suffer on a Sunday and can get repetitive in stays over a week. The hotel and some furnishings are showing their age. Night time entertainment is variable. It is though good value, the staff are great and we go multiple times a year. Just do you research BEFORE booking to make sure its what you want in a holiday.

we arrived at around midnight and was offered a cold meal, however we had already eaten at the airport. would definitely say that they are under staff but the staff are over worked. the location was perfect with a short walk into the town. the hotel stated that there was 3 restaurants however we only saw one in which the food was reparative and usually luke warm. The entertainment was good with a range of different shows. We was quite disappointed on the last day of our holiday as we had checked out of our room at 12pm and put our bag in the luggage room, we went down to the pool and then got changed ready for the airport. we then tried to go for dinner in which we was told was not included in the last day of our holiday even though we didn’t get dinner on the first day either due to a late arrival. i’ve never known a hotel to do this before.

Complete nightmare got to hotel to find out I had to go to there sister hotel paid for a taxi there an d had to pay for a taxi when got to there other hotel to be delighted with we won’t pay for taxi. Customer service horrible no help no nothing. When your disabled and stressed with having a heart condition doesn’t help not that they cared

nothing would make me return to this hotel again. dated finiture worn out and stained carpets but most of all the food offered which was the same most days and only WARM. This hotel could be the best in Costa Teguise as it is big and impressive until you enter it. Built in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it. It usued to provide transport to the town but that has now stopped how sad as the pool area is top class with many sunbeds on offer. Spend some money and bring it back before it is to late. Having stayed in many hotels in Lanzorote this is One quickly forgotten

Idealement situé pour découvrir l île. On peut se rendre a pied a Costa Teguise. Buffets a thèmes copieux et bons. Animations le soir dans l hôtel sympatiques même si un peu bruyantes. Une fois terminées nuits tres calmes.

Nous avons apprécié ce grand hôtel charmant,les concerts du soir (saxo,piano…) la piscine chauffée,le personnel très aimable,le buffet du soir et matin corrects.Hôtel un peu excentré.

a little far out, but be we walked to the shopps bars and resteraunts every day as we were breakfast only
