Weather was very windy and didn’t use the pool a lot but looked nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, kitchen with basics for hob cooking Breakfast was ample and fresh Gym was good, lots of equipment and space, tennis ans padel courts available which we didn’t use, and table tennis and pool tables available. We had our bikes in boxes and staff were very used to seeing cycling visitors. Easy to set up bikes outside, store boxes in luggage room and keep bikes in room. Very happy so far and coming back for another trip next month!

Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Greatful that bar last orders are 11pm and closes at 11.30pm. Easy to get to harbour walking or by taxi or bus. Spa and gym great.

Hotel familiar. Las cenas mejor que las comidas. Desayuno, para nuestro gusto, perfecto. En el spa se va por libre, no nos dieron ninguna recomendación de circuito. Las tres piscinas exteriores las usaban los niños y no había espacio para los adultos poder darse un baño relajado. Las tumbonas desde la mañana están reservadas todo el día, aunque las usen un par de horas, entendemos que eso es la mala educación de los huespedes que han coincidido con nosotras, optamos por pasar todos los días fuera del hotel, fuimos con todo incluido y no lo pudimos disfrutar. Los animadores Veronica y Ozan geniales, muy simpáticos. Punto a favor, la suite, amplia y muy cómoda.

Very good selection of food, rotating menu. The food was so tasty! Hard working kitchen staff. The apartment was nice. Gym facilities are OK. A bit old but unlimited access. We were all inclusive. Good WiFi. Reception Staff excellent. Really helpful and kind. There are 3 swimming pools outside and one of them is heated which was nice. Lots of beds outside to use and entertainment each night for those interested. The spa section, which belongs to the leisure centre but you get vouchers to use it, is a bit rundown. And it was cold in jacuzzi. The saunas were OK. Overall great stay.

Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this.

I spent five nights at the Vitalclass; it was a mixed bag. The staff were excellent, friendly, and engaging. The apartment was clean and spacious. The rainfall shower was wonderful. In the kitchen, the fridge was large, and the spa with the gym and sauna were an absolute treat. Breakfast was included, and delicious, with good vegetarian options. On the down side, the bed was uncomfortable, with a soft pad instead of a sprung or foam mattress. The kitchen in the apartment was had only two hob rings, no oven or microwave. The two pans supplied were so big that only one hob ring could be used at a time. Basic utensils, like a sharp chopping knife and tin opener were not provided. The swimming pools were unheated, and too cold for casual swimming. There was WiFi, but not strong enough for a zoom call. Noises from the flat above woke me up a few times. It's within walking distance of the sea, but you have to walk quite a way to find a beach. There is an excellent supermarket, the Eurospar, about 15 minutes walk away. It's a clean, bright complex, popular with package tour groups.

Bel resort con sistemazione in appartamenti molto grandi, belle piscine, colazione e cena di buona qualità e scelta. Unica pecca la pulizia non ottimale e la biancheria da bagno molto vecchia e rovinata. Posizione strategica per visitare la meravigliosa Lanzarote.

Die Suite war groß, was uns gut gefallen hat.Das Badezimmmer hatte eine begehbare Dusche,aber die Bodenfliesen in der Dusche waren sehr glatt. An den Amaturen waren dicke Kalkablagerungen ,am Duschkopf grosse Rostablagerungen. Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen.Das Personal in der ganzen Anlage war echt super und zuvorkommend. Der Check- in war klasse , wir konnten unser Zimmer nach einer halben Stunde beziehen. Die Auswahl von den Speisen war gut.(All in) Abgesehen von den kleinen Mängel würden wir diese Anlage nochmal buchen

It was not going well from the start; the property was not responding to my messages, and even when I called and asked Hotels.com to leave a note about my son, it was a surprise to them. Very bad communication caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The only positive was the food. The first room was wrong as we had a queen bed; the next one had the right twin beds but was not clean at all. I recorded that for the manager. The place was not clean. You could see the same rubbish every day. We had issues with buying ice creams as we had an all-inclusive (nonsense). They have a price there, and they said this is wrong. One day we were charged correctly; the other not, it was so confusing, and it is not about the 1 EUR but about the principle and respect for your guests. Look, we were not staying there throughout the day, but just to let you know, the indoor pool is paid, only 1 free entry, not covered by all-inclusive. Outdoor pools are free. Look, it was not a good experience for us, but others seem to be okay there.

Zu aller erst ein großes Lob an das sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal. Zum Essen gab es eine schöne, gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sauber. Bis auf die ein oder anderen rücksichtslosen Zimmernachbarn, denen das angemessene Verhalten in einem Hotel nicht geläufig war, ist auch die Anlage ruhig und angenehm. Lage Top. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Mobiliar der Zimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und beim Buffet waren leider vereinzelte Teller nicht ganz sauber gespült. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Room (pool view suite) was really spacious, clean and airy. Housekeeping brought fresh towels halfway through our 3 day stay. Toiletries were all topped up throughout our stay. Bed was super comfy and fresh. Kitchen could have been better stocked; no washing up liquid or sponges and housekeeping did not wash up/tidy away as part of their service. All staff we interacted with; reception, lifeguard, animation team, bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Gym facilities looked very good (we didn’t get round to using- maybe if they were open earlier than 0900). Views from our large balcony out over the pool to mountains and sea were brilliant :) if you like getting your steps in then location is good- about 5-10 mins walk to supermarket; while there is a range of small restaurants 15-20 mins away, the majority are at least 25 mins walk (generally pretty even ground, so not a tough walk)- handy to bring a torch if you’re walking after dark. Booking restaurants ahead of time is a good idea- we were surprised how many were full on a Friday evening in November!

Vitaclass has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, I upgraded to a jacuzzi suite it’s 100%worth it. (Room 3201 perfect) Lots of food choices I was all inclusive & well worth it. Really good children’s pool in their own area. A 20 minute stroll to the main shopping area & bars. Airport transfer 15 minutes, (25 euros) The hotel staff are extremely friendly. The whole complex is kept very clean. The spa area was lovely I received one free access pass on check in. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Weather was very windy and didn’t use the pool a lot but looked nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, kitchen with basics for hob cooking Breakfast was ample and fresh Gym was good, lots of equipment and space, tennis ans padel courts available which we didn’t use, and table tennis and pool tables available. We had our bikes in boxes and staff were very used to seeing cycling visitors. Easy to set up bikes outside, store boxes in luggage room and keep bikes in room. Very happy so far and coming back for another trip next month!

Die Suite war groß, was uns gut gefallen hat.Das Badezimmmer hatte eine begehbare Dusche,aber die Bodenfliesen in der Dusche waren sehr glatt. Room was great, spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very grateful to have left our bike boxes there while we cycled around the islands. Breakfast buffet very good. Spa area in need of refurb, gym decent but needs a clean up. Unfortunately couldn’t get WiFi for 3 days we were there which was very annoying although staff did try to fix it.

Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this.

El resort está bien y todos los empleados fueron excelentes. En términos de instalaciones y demás, muy bien. El bufet de desayuno estaba razonablemente bien surtido. Si no te da vergüenza, puedes ir a recepción y pedir a ver si te dan y a nosotros nos dieron algunas de ellas, pero, si no, prácticamente no sirve para nada. La nevera también puede resultar bastante incómoda.

Accommodation was clean and spacious. We had a Garden View room, which comprised of a large double room, comfortable lounge area, kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower and two basins. Elsewhere were the usual facilities including spa. Did not need to hire a car as everything was nearby and there were plenty of buses. A very relaxing vibe before the Easter rush! We hope to return.

Overall the stay was good but not great for the price. We asked for a double bed but they gave us two single beds. They tied the beds together for us but the mattresses were still moving apart. The gym was great! However the room was basic. Tv didnt work properly. No shower caddy. Location was also quite far from everything.

I spent five nights at the Vitalclass; it was a mixed bag. The staff were excellent, friendly, and engaging. The apartment was clean and spacious. The rainfall shower was wonderful. In the kitchen, the fridge was large, and the spa with the gym and sauna were an absolute treat. Breakfast was included, and delicious, with good vegetarian options. On the down side, the bed was uncomfortable, with a soft pad instead of a sprung or foam mattress. The kitchen in the apartment was had only two hob rings, no oven or microwave. The two pans supplied were so big that only one hob ring could be used at a time. Basic utensils, like a sharp chopping knife and tin opener were not provided. The swimming pools were unheated, and too cold for casual swimming. There was WiFi, but not strong enough for a zoom call. Noises from the flat above woke me up a few times. It's within walking distance of the sea, but you have to walk quite a way to find a beach. There is an excellent supermarket, the Eurospar, about 15 minutes walk away. It's a clean, bright complex, popular with package tour groups.

Room (pool view suite) was really spacious, clean and airy. Housekeeping brought fresh towels halfway through our 3 day stay. Toiletries were all topped up throughout our stay. Bed was super comfy and fresh. Kitchen could have been better stocked; no washing up liquid or sponges and housekeeping did not wash up/tidy away as part of their service. All staff we interacted with; reception, lifeguard, animation team, bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Views from our large balcony out over the pool to mountains and sea were brilliant :) if you like getting your steps in then location is good- about 5-10 mins walk to supermarket; while there is a range of small restaurants 15-20 mins away, the majority are at least 25 mins walk (generally pretty even ground, so not a tough walk)- handy to bring a torch if you’re walking after dark. Booking restaurants ahead of time is a good idea- we were surprised how many were full on a Friday evening in November!

Very good selection of food, rotating menu. The food was so tasty! Hard working kitchen staff. The apartment was nice. Gym facilities are OK. A bit old but unlimited access. We were all inclusive. Good WiFi. Reception Staff excellent. Really helpful and kind. There are 3 swimming pools outside and one of them is heated which was nice. Lots of beds outside to use and entertainment each night for those interested. The spa section, which belongs to the leisure centre but you get vouchers to use it, is a bit rundown. And it was cold in jacuzzi. The saunas were OK. Overall great stay.

Staff were extremely friendly. Food was fantastic. Lots of different options and piping hot. Located in a quiet area but only about a 20 minute walk to the nearest bars and very cheap in a taxi. Free taxi service to the beach twice a day.

It was not going well from the start; the property was not responding to my messages, and even when I called and asked Hotels.com to leave a note about my son, it was a surprise to them. Very bad communication caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The only positive was the food. The first room was wrong as we had a queen bed; the next one had the right twin beds but was not clean at all. I recorded that for the manager. The place was not clean. You could see the same rubbish every day. We had issues with buying ice creams as we had an all-inclusive (nonsense). They have a price there, and they said this is wrong. One day we were charged correctly; the other not, it was so confusing, and it is not about the 1 EUR but about the principle and respect for your guests. Look, we were not staying there throughout the day, but just to let you know, the indoor pool is paid, only 1 free entry, not covered by all-inclusive. Outdoor pools are free. Look, it was not a good experience for us, but others seem to be okay there.

Every meal we had had cold food on the buffet, pick a selection of items and you will be sure to leave something as it will be too cold to eat. First night I called a member of staff to tell him the Croquets were frozen in the middle, he apologised and quickly sorted . However when informing the chef that the hot dogs were served cold he got very aggressive and told us we should have some respect and go away, I complained to the restaurant manager and she brought him to our table and said it was a language problem as he did not speak English, an absurd excuse . I will never go back there, the majority of staff were brilliant but if anyone of them can speak to a customer like that and get away with it then they do not deserve my custom or anyone else's, The reason we told him that the hot dog sausages were cold is that they looked and felt that they had just been taken out the packet and placed in a bap, served like this they can cause Listeria, Ecoli, and Salmonella, I was only trying to help them and got served with a volley of abuse which spoiled our last couple of days .

Das Vitalclass Resort ist etwas außerhalb gelegen, daher auch sehr ruhig. Es ist aber alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist zwar schon etwas älter aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt ein umfangreiches Fitness und Wellness Angebot und das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. It’s fairly small and during our stay there we’re plenty of sun loungers for all around the 3 pools. Our premium suite was spacious and well equipped-suited our group of 4 women perfectly-also lovely to access the pool are via our patio door. Food was delicious and kept coming out fresh during the meal sitting-it seemed less wasteful than other larger all inclusives. Lots of friendly & accommodating staff. Good quality & range of alcoholic and soft drinks. Pleasant walk to the beach & town. Close to airport & Villa Teguise which is well worth a visit, especially on market day. That’s just one mile (hilly but lovely walk) to museo lagomar which is not to be missed.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff were really nice and helpful. Food was decent with a reasonable variety. Pastry chef was excellent, as the fresh croissants and pastries in the morning and cakes etc. were very tasty. Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly down to the coastal path, using the side roads or the paths in the black volcanic gardens just opposite the hotel. Bit blustery but very enjoyable.

I spent five nights at the Vitalclass; it was a mixed bag. The staff were excellent, friendly, and engaging. The apartment was clean and spacious. The rainfall shower was wonderful. In the kitchen, the fridge was large, and the spa with the gym and sauna were an absolute treat. Breakfast was included, and delicious, with good vegetarian options. On the down side, the bed was uncomfortable, with a soft pad instead of a sprung or foam mattress. The kitchen in the apartment was had only two hob rings, no oven or microwave. The two pans supplied were so big that only one hob ring could be used at a time. Basic utensils, like a sharp chopping knife and tin opener were not provided. The swimming pools were unheated, and too cold for casual swimming. There was WiFi, but not strong enough for a zoom call. Noises from the flat above woke me up a few times. It's within walking distance of the sea, but you have to walk quite a way to find a beach. There is an excellent supermarket, the Eurospar, about 15 minutes walk away. It's a clean, bright complex, popular with package tour groups.

Room (pool view suite) was really spacious, clean and airy. Housekeeping brought fresh towels halfway through our 3 day stay. Toiletries were all topped up throughout our stay. Bed was super comfy and fresh. Kitchen could have been better stocked; no washing up liquid or sponges and housekeeping did not wash up/tidy away as part of their service. All staff we interacted with; reception, lifeguard, animation team, bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Gym facilities looked very good (we didn’t get round to using- maybe if they were open earlier than 0900). Views from our large balcony out over the pool to mountains and sea were brilliant :) if you like getting your steps in then location is good- about 5-10 mins walk to supermarket; while there is a range of small restaurants 15-20 mins away, the majority are at least 25 mins walk (generally pretty even ground, so not a tough walk)- handy to bring a torch if you’re walking after dark. Booking restaurants ahead of time is a good idea- we were surprised how many were full on a Friday evening in November!

Room we had overlooked the pool and had a separate living room/bedroom/kitchen and bathroom which we felt was the best accomodation we have had from our many stays in lanzarote .I felt the food was not a 4 star standard ,chicken wings and drumsticks mainly only once chicken breast.A lot of pork and fish and a distinct lack of labelling of the food.

Very good selection of food, rotating menu. The food was so tasty! Hard working kitchen staff. The apartment was nice. Gym facilities are OK. A bit old but unlimited access. We were all inclusive. Good WiFi. Reception Staff excellent. Really helpful and kind. There are 3 swimming pools outside and one of them is heated which was nice. Lots of beds outside to use and entertainment each night for those interested. The spa section, which belongs to the leisure centre but you get vouchers to use it, is a bit rundown. And it was cold in jacuzzi. The saunas were OK. Overall great stay.

Every meal we had had cold food on the buffet, pick a selection of items and you will be sure to leave something as it will be too cold to eat. First night I called a member of staff to tell him the Croquets were frozen in the middle, he apologised and quickly sorted . However when informing the chef that the hot dogs were served cold he got very aggressive and told us we should have some respect and go away, I complained to the restaurant manager and she brought him to our table and said it was a language problem as he did not speak English, an absurd excuse . I will never go back there, the majority of staff were brilliant but if anyone of them can speak to a customer like that and get away with it then they do not deserve my custom or anyone else's, The reason we told him that the hot dog sausages were cold is that they looked and felt that they had just been taken out the packet and placed in a bap, served like this they can cause Listeria, Ecoli, and Salmonella, I was only trying to help them and got served with a volley of abuse which spoiled our last couple of days .
