Ich war bereits zweimal in diesem Hotel. Der Sportbereich ist zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet mit Freihantelbereich und mehreren Laufbändern. Die Zimmer sind schick, modern und komfortabel. In der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Weinbars und Bistros. Zum Guggenheim Museum braucht man zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten.

The parking isn't user friendly. There's one narrow ramp for both entry and exit and especially on exit it's almost impossible to ceoss the gate witbout doing some maneuvering. We were luxky that there was never somebody going the other direction when we were on the ramp. Other than that it was a nice hotel

I reserved this hotel almost a month in advance because they stated they have enough parking space for my car on the premises. When I checked in, I was told that the parking was full and they suggested that I park my car in public parking.... I had to park in the closest public parking, several blocks away, which cost me around 30 euros one night and was most painfully time-consuming. No serious hotel

Stille og rolig gate. Hotellet er helt greit og likte veldig godt treningrommet. Vennlig personale også. Selve hotellet er noe overpriset. Det samme gjelder frokosten. Personlig mener jeg at det ikke er verdt over 200 euro natten. Ellers et stort pluss for at de bruker nøkkelkort laget av trematerialer for å spare bruken av plastikk.

Got a room on 9th floor and it was modern, airy, spacious, quiet, and clean. Above average for what I paid. Comfortable bed. Nice having a little fridge in the room as well. Hotel location worked out perfectly for me. Close enough to walk to Guggenheim, museum, Old Town, but not so close to tourist sites that prices are high. Many cafes, grocery stores, and other useful services right in the neighbourhood. Not knowing Bilbao when I booked, this ended up being the perfect location for me to explore the town and avoid most of the tourist congestion. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Only caution is that it’s near the football stadium, so if there’s a match on it can get very busy (and noisy) in the area.

We asked for twin beds but got a double. We then separated them but every time the cleaning person would come in he/she would put them back together again When the room was cleaned, they didn't replace the dirty glasses nor have they cleaned them. Instead, they just left both laying there. In the morning, I did not want a full breakfast so I asked for a plain cup of coffee and they charged me 2,10 for that. I would have been a nice gesture to act differently since I was there for four days. The Wi-Fi is really bad in the evening. I complained about it in the front desk but the receptionist made it look like I wasn't logging in correctly. There was a fire drill and the guests were not previously warned! We were stuck in the elevator and people were coming down the stairs with their belongings in despair for absolutely nothing. There are only two power outlets in the room and we suspect there were also bed bugs Positive aspects: modern furniture, gym (but no water available there)

Do not stay here if you like sleep. Bar-Club operates until 5am thursday-Sunday. Maintenance staff are very loud and start work by 8am. Walls are very very thin.

Stayed here recently and it was just okay. The location is good and the room was clean and comfy, but there were a few annoying things. The Wi-Fi was a hassle—you had to re-register every few hours, which got really frustrating. The parking lot was also hard to find and super tight. If you’re driving anything bigger than a compact car, good luck fitting into the tiny spaces. Breakfast was a letdown too. Not much variety, and once food ran out, it didn’t get refilled. If you didn’t show up early, you were out of luck. Overall, decent enough for a short stay—but definitely room for improvement.

Ok for one night. It was cheap so we weren’t expecting much. As other reviewers said it’s very noisy - we could hear the comings and goings of all the guests on our floor. Plus the nightclub thumping throughout the night (even from the 12th floor). We also found the room very hot and stuffy - it’s March and the hotel policy doesn’t allow the AC to be turned on until April and we couldn’t keep the window open because of the noise. But the reception team were really helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

La señorita rusa de la recepción es lamentable. Viajo mucho y no volveré a un hotel de esta cadena. No se puede tener personal que trate mal a sus clientes. 2 habitaciones sin desayuno 410€. Parking 28€ y ni un minuto mas de las 12:00. Solo una toalla en habitación doble. Nada recomendable.

Front staff were a little curt and snobbish. They were helpful but kept their contact or information given to you as short as possible giving you the impression that they were not really eager to help you with your questions. Parking in the facility was a little bit tricky. Have to make sure that you’re buzzing the right hotel garage and not the other hotel. Will probably choose another hotel when staying In Bilbao again.

The hotel is operated by heartless people who prioritize profit over their guests' well-being. I experienced a medical emergency and requested a reservation change, not a cancellation, without penalty. I provided a letter from my doctor stating that I CAN'T travel due to health issues, but they still decided to charge the full amount. It's shocking how little empathy some have. I've stayed at this hotel before, and as a senior citizen in a serious situation, I expected more compassion. Instead, they didn't care. What a pity.

The hotel was centrally located as well as close to a subway station and other public transport stops. There were restaurants, pubs and stores close by. The breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable. Overall the room was cozy and stylish. We had an early check out and weren't able to have breakfast on the last morning, so the hotel kindly gave us picnic bags to go. I would happily stay at Ilunion again, and as I fell in love with Bilbao, I hope to do so in the future!

The location of the hotel was extremely poor, being right next to a disco that didn’t close until 4 AM. Many young people gathered below to drink, smoke, and chat, severely disrupting our sleep. We were unable to fall asleep as our room was on the side closest to the street. It was a terrible experience, and even the police couldn’t help!

Hotel was located just at the edge of the main shopping and dining areas of central Bilbao. Everything seemed to be within walking distance and very convenient. Our suite was clean and large, had a separate bedroom with king bed and living area with pull-out sofa bed. It was perfect for our visit since we were dropping off our son to university and he needed to stay with us for a few days before checking into his dormitory. Breakfast was also included and consisted of pastries, breads, eggs, potatoes, ham, bacon, cheeses, fresh-cut fruit, cereals, yogurt coffees, teas and juices. We would definitely stay here again, or at another one of the Ilunion branded hotels.
