We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel is great! We were a little leerybofbthe parkingbsituation as it isnt connected and a tad hard to find. It was also abbit awkward walking back to the hotel and night and it was slightly rough area

Helpful staff. Very clean amenities and room. Amazing breakfast. The best so far. Fresh and typical Spanish items and served early enough to start the day. Helpful staff and nice view over the port for a great sunset.

Didn’t appreciate the extra 20 € per night we were charged upon our arrival. We were also locked in an elevator for quite some time ring the bell and calling the service number. No one answered. Once the elevator dropped multiple times we were able to get out. We told the front desk and there was no follow up to see if we were ok . Although they did place a do not use sign after. The stairs became our way to access our room afterwards. They were not kept clean. Several days and the same wrappers on the floor. No breakfast included here which was different from Our previous AC Hotel. The gym Was small an did have anything to wipe equipment down or towels to use. Who knows when the mats were last cleaned. The room was sufficient and we’re grateful we could find blankets as the bed was only made with a sheet. The common area was nice. We liked the location to great restaurants. Overall it’s ok just not a fan of the 20 euro per day extra charge when we booked and paid in CAD

Staff were really friendly. Hotel room clean and modern. Good business hotel. The lady on reception was very helpful with regards to car parking and provided us with a swipe card for the car park, especially since our car had broken down within it. I would recommend this hotel.

It was warm in the room and I went downstairs to ask the staff why my AC wasn’t working. They said only the heater was on for the hotel because it was April. So we couldn’t turn the air conditioner on in our room. Our only option was to open the windows and it was extremely noisy with motorcycles driving by almost All the time. I was there during Easter week and everything around was closed.

Un hotel bonito pero pensé que al ser un AC iba a ser excelente, y digamos que estuvo bien en todo. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y apenas con lo necesario. Pensé que era por la categoría que escogí de habitación, pero a media noche me tuvieron que pasar de cuarto porque el aire acondicionado no servía y me dieron una suite. Era igual de pequeñax solo que con una mini sala adicional y un sofa cama con un baño extra. Pero todo era igual. Pero en general está bien. El personal de recepción muy atenton en especial Rafael.

This hotel was a godsend as we ran for our lives from Hotel Marina Victoria. Staff was welcoming, there was a buffet breakfast, concierge would call cabs for you (very important in a city without Uber).

4 sterren hotel? kamer is oké. Douchen in het bad. Soms is het water heet dan weer koud. De deuren op de gang vallen heel hard dicht! Je kan ontbijten tot 10 uur, ook in het weekend. De keuze van het ontbijt viel ons tegen. Geen roerei, gebakken eieren maar alleen koude gekookte eieren.
