I highly recommend the Las Arenas Hotel for anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooftop area was also fantastic, with an incredible view and a relaxing atmosphere. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend Flip Flop and Manu for great food. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which is a wonderful way to explore the area—riding along the boulevard to the Catedral-Basílica de Santa María de Mallorca was a memorable experience. Lastly, the hotel is only about 7 minutes from the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is spectacular! Unfortunately I am not able to give a 5 star review as my check in took over an hour. There was only one guest service agent with 10 guests waiting. Not sure why, and he was doing his best. It was 23:30 and everyone was exhausted. The hotel itself was clean beautiful and great location across from the beach.

An excellent stay at Hotel Las Arenas! A solo traveller, arriving around 4pm and was greeted openly at reception. There was an issue as my booking had been duplicated but the receptionist was calm, reassured me everything would be sorted and worked to fix it. The room was fantastic. Lovely balcony space, excellent storage and wardrobe space and everything was great. The bathroom was fantastic - two options for the showers (a rainforest shower and normal shower head) and everything was clean and tidy. Great food choices for both breakfasts and the evening meals and the pool areas were brilliant. The views from the rooftop bar are something else!
