Great pool area with plenty of seating and bar area which serves good food and drinks. Lifeguard available poolside at all times. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast with lots of options and omelette station. Overall we would have expected more in terms of other areas for a 4* property - we were told use of the spa facilities was included on check-in but we were then charged for use on departure (despite us saying we were told use of the facilities was included); only one bottle of water in the room for the entire stay; we had booked a room with a terrace but this was above the reception area where guests seem to be able to smoke outside, meaning our room had a persistent smell of stale cigarette smoke and we sometimes couldn’t sit out on the terrace; cleaning of room was sometimes after 4pm; self-service luggage storage. Good for what we paid as we benefitted from a loyalty discount but unlikely to return if we are ever back in Palma.

Angenehmes Hotel in Hafennähe. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und Leihräder vorhanden. Mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, zu Fuß gute 20 Minuten. Das Fitnessstudio war für ein Hotel sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen ausgenommen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schade fand ich, dass zwar Hinweise im Bad waren, dass die Handtücher auf dem Haken nicht ausgetauscht werden, sie aber dennoch immer gewechselt wurden, auch wenn ich sie hätte nochmal nutzen wollen.

I was shocked and very disappointed that my bed was not made and room cleaned daily. Only new floor mat provided on one day. Having my bed made etc. is why I choose to stay in a hotel and not apartments or Air b&b. The use of the request card should have been made clear at check in. I think staying in a hotel it should be completely standard that the bed is made and room cleaned daily. It should not be by request.

Visited with my daughter on a birthday treat stay for her. There were pros and cons with our stay: Pros: beds very comfortable, pool area quite nice, location as described and fair for price, breakfast buffet and bar food nice options and reasonable price. Cons: 1. Staff are not here to help, they just feed back a professional ‘we are sorry to hear’ for any issues and then do nothing. For example we had an issue with ants all over the floor of our room- they said they sent a cleaner and she couldn’t see anything and then when I asked again they said ‘we already sent the cleaner, she did everything she could’ so we just swept them away ourselves- not ideal and quite gross! Also we called down for shampoo and conditioner and they just said ‘sorry we don’t have any’ even though there is a sign in the room saying you can call if you need anything… 2. On arrival, even though they swipe a credit card for deposit they still want a €10 CASH deposit if you want pool towels- I didn’t have local cash for a short stay and just off a plane travelling since 3am the reception lady suggested I walk to a cash point. This is very annoying! 3. The spa is for 16 and over which is not stated on Hotels.com and was very disappointing for my daughter. 4.The WiFi is terrible so if you’re bringing teens, they will complain that they can’t scroll videos or watch Netflix.

We had an excellent holiday overall. If I were to be picky elements in the bathroom were showing their age and needing attention. But very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. I would come back.

Very nice hotel. Spacious great room with balcony. There is some mold in the bathroom they should treat. Though the bathroom is spacious, and quite lovely. The front desk is very nice, except some of the male front desk staff are a bit condescending.

das Hotel wurde über eine längere Zeit nicht mehr renoviert.Das Badezimmer war veraltet und teilweise recht unhygienisch. Die Möbel sind teilweise beschädigt und veraltet. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah, dennoch wirken die Seitenstraßen weniger sicher.

Lovely hotel with great customer service and great breakfast options. Walkable to restaurants, cafe and 20/30 minutes walk to the centre. Not particularly keen that there was no air conditioning as the air conditioning get switched to heating in the "winter" which was 20 degrees when we went in November. This meant our nights were very hot and we couldn't sleep. We eventually got offered a fan on the second night, despite raising the issue on the first night.

Great location and a lovely modern hotel. Rooms are simply decorated, but clean and functional. Nice small balcony. Service was great and the gym is well equipped. Negatives: the balcony light doesn’t turn off until the small hours, so if you don’t shut your curtains there’s an annoying light. The rooms are very noisy, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Constant noises from plumbing rattling through the bathroom walls and from neighbouring rooms, plus noisy fridges make it very hard to get a good nights sleep. I did report this on the first night via hotels.com but got no response

Lager wasn’t cold at the pool bar. €3.50 for a can of Fanta is a bit excessive. Menus on the table at the pool bar at 6pm but no food available until 7pm. Rooms small and basic but very clean and had all you need for a city break, including a fridge and a safe. Hotel staff great. Location is fine - a few streets back from the promenade and about a mile into the old town where most of the bars and restaurants are. Plenty of beds at the pool Would stay here again

Nice enough hotel, a bit vanilla. Everything is ok but nothing about the hotel feels four star. A good three star. Double room was very small, no side unit on one side & not blackout as described. Gym is decent but opens too late in the morning. Well located for the main city & ideal for the theatre.

Hotel was overall pretty good. The beds were a bit too hard for me, but there everyone likes it differently. When we booked this hotel we specifically searched for a hotel with an ac and when we tried to lower the temperature of the room it just got hotter and hotter so we had to sleep with the balcony door open and the ac turned off. Asked the reception of this and they told us that you cant make the ac go colder, just warmer. Would not have choosen this hotel if I had known this since Im pregnant and pretty hot when Im sleeping. Breakfast was fine, I would have expected it to be of a bit higher standard when you pay a heafty price for it ( especially the bread section and the ham/cheese section had a lot to ask for) really nice with fresh orangejuice though! Spa and gym was pretty good aswell!

Hotel was nice and clean and rooms and facilities were great. Majority of the staff were kind and welcoming but the woman on the spa reception was rude and unhelpful. She ignored us when we greeted her and when we asked her a question she went back to texting on her phone! Other than that, great hotel.

We ordered the least expensive hotel, when we got there the man behind the counter gave us a free room upgrade (very happy about that) he was very spesific about the room we got being with breakfast included. When the trip was he charged us 330 euro for the breakfast.

Our airline lost my baggage but Nadia, front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind in our unfortunate situation. After one week my bag was found and Nadia telephoned me to let me know that it would be stored at the hotel. Excellent customer service Nadia!!!

I would recommend this hotel. Better than photos. Staff excellent. Would definitely return. Enjoyed our walks into the old town, however there are lots of buses if preferred and lots of restaurants / bars / cafes nearby.

Fliegen immer in den Pfingstferien für eine Woche nach Mallorca, wo wir von Sa zu Sa eine Unterkunft haben. Da wir immer schon Freitags anreisen suchen wir immer ein Hotelzimmer in der Nähe von Santa Catalina, wo es auch Parkplätze gibt. Diesmal waren wir zum erstenmal im Isla. Great hotel for exploring Palma. Walkable to old town Palma. Not far from restaurants. Hotel clean and comfortable. Has Spa (did not use). Outdoor pool very nice and great area with loungers. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Leider waren einige Speisen öfter kalt, egal ob beim Frühstück oder Abendessen. Die Nachspeisen waren besser als in vielen anderen Hotels. Speisenauswahl klein, aber alles lecker! Kein Wasserkocher und keine Klobürste auf dem Zimmer ist bei 4**** ein No-Go. Beachtenswert: Personal, auch an der Reception, spricht kein Wort Deutsch. Die Bedienungen tuen sich auch mit Englisch teilweise schwer. Absolutes Nichtraucherhotel, auch auf den Balkonen und den Terrassen. TVs auf der Aussenterrasse.
