Absolutely loved our stay here. They have an amazing buffet selection and the property is well maintained. The people are amazing from the front desk, house keeping, dining and children center. If you’re debating between booking here or another place book here take it from someone who has traveled quite a bit.

Excellentes vacances, en demi pension, buffet varié tous les soirs. Très bel hôtel, donnant directement sur la plage, demander le dernier étage pour avoir une belle vue piscine et/ou mer (balcon moins agréable en RDC). Grande suite avec salon séparé de la chambre, 2 magnifiques SDB séparées. Grande amabilité du personnel, attentionné et très affectueux avec les enfants. Mini club avec animations pour les enfants. Horaires aménagés pour que les enfants puissent accéder à la piscine intérieure du spa (très bonne idée). Piscine extérieure non chauffée excepté un bassin (mais malheureusement trop chaud plus de 39 degrés). Dommage que les transats de la plage n’appartiennent pas à l’hôtel et soient payants. Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel.

Service 1a. Strand einfach nur traumhaft. Essen war auch sehr gut. Wenn man die Nadel im Heuhaufen suchen möchte, dann waren die Zimmer etwas hellhörig und die Strandliegen könnten für Hotelgäste inklusive sein. Es wurde doch sehr auf die individuellen Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen. Wir waren ohne unsere Kinder als Paar dort und es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Können wir nur empfehlen. Pool und Strand sind aber auch sehr für kleinere Kinder zu empfehlen. Der Spa hat uns ebenfalls gefallen.

The hotel looked nice from the exterior, however, the area around it wasn’t very picturesque. All the staff we encountered were very nice & helpful. The massages were brilliant, we had Gerita ( proberly spelt wrong) who proved to be excellent at her job. Such a shame about the surrounding area.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was quiet. But most of all, the evening buffet was absolutely excellent. One of the best places for food we’ve ever stayed. Would highly recommend it.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O pessoal do hotel é super gentil e prestativo. Fazem tudo para acomodar sua estadia da melhor maneira possivel. Embora algumas areas communs do hotel estejam precisando uma renovação o pessoal e o atendimento compensa totalmente pois fazem nos sentir tão bem vindos.
Nossa estadia foi excelente. O pessoal do hotel é super gentil e prestativo. Fazem tudo para acomodar sua estadia da melhor maneira possivel. Embora algumas areas communs do hotel estejam precisando uma renovação o pessoal e o atendimento compensa totalmente pois fazem nos sentir tão bem vindos.

El servicio al cliente (Carolina y Estefi) está a disposición para ayudarte ante cualquier consulta ya sea del hotel o del turismo en general en la isla. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Felicitaciones!

Wonderful warm welcome from staff. They couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. Hotel was spotlessly clean, great ambience and food was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with every taste catered for. Would definitely return.

Overall a decent place to visit. The room is OK, but the hotel itself is a bit more outdated. Same is visible in the restaurant. Outside dinner is good, but not that much space. And mostly older German people seem to visit this hotel.

Positive Punkte Alles Gut vor allem Betreuung der Kinder bei lieber Gloria ( Ausgezeichnet) . Unsere Kinder vermissen sie sehr . Essen war auch sehr gut und Kellner waren auch am meistens sehr freundlich und aufmerksam vor allem Herr Jimi . Kettering war ebenfalls sehr gut und aufmerksam Auto service war auch Perfekt ( sofort abgeholt und sofort wieder bereit gestellt. Essen war auch sehr gut und Kellner waren auch am meistens sehr freundlich und aufmerksam vor allem Herr Jimi . Kettering war ebenfalls sehr gut und aufmerksam Auto service war auch Perfekt ( sofort abgeholt und sofort wieder bereit gestellt. I loved my spacious well appointed room. I wish there were more food options. If I wanted a large breakfast or dinner the food was great but non existent for a small meal. There is a nice option for lunch. There are other places within walking distance. If I went back to the area I would definitely stay in this hotel, They couldn't have been more helpful! The room was wonderful!

Was curious why this property had such incredible reviews- it looked nice in the photos albeit perhaps a little dated in decor in places. But having been here for a few days it’s really clear why: the staff. I’ve travelled a lot around Asia and other places with high reputations for staff in hospitality but these guys are superb here: very genuine, attentive, thoughtful. The food is also really superb. Was worried the buffet would be a bit generic and poor quality but not only is the food excellent but there has been a real effort to blend in local cuisine from Mallorca wherever possible. Congrats to the team here- true professionals doing.a fantastic job. 👍👍🙏

The hotel looked nice from the exterior, however, the area around it wasn’t very picturesque. All the staff we encountered were very nice & helpful. The massages were brilliant, we had Gerita ( proberly spelt wrong) who proved to be excellent at her job. Such a shame about the surrounding area.

Book the Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa and sign up for the half-board option. You will NOT be disappointed! Expansive, high quality, and tremendous variety. Worth every penny. If you're lucky Adam will select a cheese course for you and pair it with their own Muscat. Truly an outstanding experience.
