The hotel is ideal for families, it was packed during the holidays and we still always managed to find a sunbed. Parking was tricky, but this was during the summer holidays, it might be easier other times in the year. Food and all inclusive is priced great and it's not bad but it's not great.

Highly recommend. So cheap for what they offer. Just 30meters from the beach and ocean..it can be a bit windy in this location but worth the proximity. We didn’t do the all inclusive so didn’t try the restaurants but there were food options very close. This is high traffic of kids, but it’s not loud at night as it all shuts down at good time. Would definitely stay here again.

We found out that it was not our hotel. Around the pool it's so full with sun beds that you can barely can walk trough them. Reserve sun beds is forbidden but it happens al lot. Personal from the hotel is doing nothing about it. Also around the pool it's very noisy. The room cleaning is not so good. They forgot our room a few times. The room we had was on the opposite site of a neighboring hotel (H boulding) whit a ventilation system that was really loud 24/7 hours a day. So on the balcony that was really disturbing to hear that all day. Restaurants we din't use so no opinion about them.

Rigtig godt hotel, dejlig tæt på lækker strand. Vi kommer igen. Mange mennesker ved pool, men vi var mest på stranden og fitness rum trænger til en opgradering .

El hotel está muy bien, restaurante a nivel de 5 estrellas. Por ponerle un pero, que todo está enfocado al extranjero. La media pensión es desayuno y cena, sin posibilidad de cambio por comida y el horario de la cena es de 17 a 21. La piscina se cierra a las 18. Los empleados de la animación del hotel no saben castellano.

We enjoyed our holiday here. Pros: locatoon next to beautiful beach, pretty good buffet food, very friendly staff, great kids entertainment Cons: pool could do with a decent clean as we got ill from it on our first day, not really any entertainment for adults, would prefer a location that is closer to more shops/town centre as this is a bus ride from somewhere like that

Hotel bastante masificado para la poca cantidad de hamacas y piscinas disponibles. Tienen a personal auxiliar pendiente de que los huéspedes no reserven las hamacas y se vayan. No me parece mal concepto, pero da un cierto aire "carcelario". Bien es cierto que la playa está a tiro de puesra, aunque ni la pisamos.

El hotel está bien, le falta un poco de mantenimiento en algunas áreas comunes. En las noches toda la zona tiene un fuerte olor a heces que no te permite caminar por las áreas comunes o bien utilizar el balcón, las habitaciones se pasa es olor fecal, este olor comienza a las 11 en punto PM y dura hasta las 6 am que es cuando cambia el viento, ES HORRIBLE , y la respuesta del hotel es que es un problema de la planta de tratamiento que tiene la zona lo cual afecta a todos los hoteles, está info está en internet “mal olor en Platja muro” si bien no es un problema del hotel directamente , afecta directamente a los huéspedes y trabajadores los cuales también se quejan de tener que dormir todas las noches con el olor a heces que es más fuerte de lo que podrían llegar a imaginar. las toallas se cambian solo los lunes y jueves, si las quieres cambiar antes como para además del olor a heces no tener olor a humedad debes pagar 1 euro por toalla. la piscina la cierran a las 6 PM y se oscurece a las 10 PM.

La cama para niños de la habitación familiar bastante incómoda, la limpieza se puede mejorar en todo el establecimiento, hay telarañas en los pasillos, la recepción holia fatal como a podrido los 5 días de nuestra estancia, el desayuno y cena buffet yo lo mejoraría tanto en calidad como en presentación con un poco de cariño ganaría mucho mas.

Aspectos positivos: Todas las actividades (niños y adultos) son gestionadas en ingles, lo que es lógico considerando que mas del 90% de los huéspedes son extranjeros. Hay actividades a todas varias veces al dia y los niños se lo pasaron genial. Hay piscinas para todos los gustos y el hotel está a pie de una playa kilometrica y de arena maravillosa. Para comer en las instalaciones hay un bar a la carta, restaurantes bufet (muy variado y bueba calidad) y un servicio de hamburguesas, perritos y pizzas (estilo fast food pero que esta bastante bien) La limpieza en las habitaciones es muy correcta y el personal de recepción muy amable. Puntos negativos: A excepción de un socorrista de pelo corto que iba con su silbato el resto me pareció bastante despistado. Queriamos una plancha y la unica opción para que nos la dieran en recepcion era dejando un depósito en efectivo de 20€, al no tener dinero quise dar mi tarjeta pero no era opcion. Francamente algo muy absurdo para los tiempos que corren, en fin, que no pudimos planchar una prenda de vestir. Conclusión: Es un sitio muy recomendable, sobretodo para ir con niños.

Great location. Room was really nice but the Air Con wasn’t very effective. Only a very short walk to the beach. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We were room only but bought food from the hotel facilities - mainly the Crispy Corner. Food was only OK. Shop was very convenient and overall the hotel had everything you could need for a good holiday. We enjoyed it and would most likely stay there again.

Direkte adgang til god strand, gavmilde bartender, restauranten lukken kl. 21. Med All inklusiv er der kun adgang til 2 restauranter gratis og også kun udvalgte drinks. Buffen var som forventet inden over eller under forventninger til hvad en buffe er. Godt og rumligt værelse.

On devait avoir un logement avec vue sur la grande piscine en étage on s est retrouvé au rdc j avais précisé loin des ascenseurs pour être au calme c était tellement bruyant que nous nous sommes pas reposé !!! Au final votre Apart hôtel était nul et pourtant on est pas chiant d habitude

If you are looking for a cheep place for a family or small group then this would be a great place. I booked the hotel as it gave the impression that there was secure parking on site yet when we arrived we discovered that it was just on street parking. The room was a good size but had a stake damp smell. Luckily it was cool enough to have the windows open over night.

Det var rikigt bra hotell när man reser med barn. Nära havet, med litet kök och möjlighet att stänga dörrarna så att det blir ett litet sovrum. Väldigt bra barn aktiviteter ingår i hotellet.

We found out that it was not our hotel. Around the pool it's so full with sun beds that you can barely can walk trough them. Reserve sun beds is forbidden but it happens al lot. Personal from the hotel is doing nothing about it. Also around the pool it's very noisy. The room cleaning is not so good. They forgot our room a few times. The room we had was on the opposite site of a neighboring hotel (H boulding) whit a ventilation system that was really loud 24/7 hours a day. So on the balcony that was really disturbing to hear that all day. Restaurants we din't use so no opinion about them.

O resort é razoável. O problema que tive foi com o atendimento. Contratei um quarto triple o qual havia com vista para dentro do resort e para a rua. Deixei muito bem explicado nas solicitações especiais, que não queria com vista para a rua. Chegando lá, não só me colocaram com vista para a rua como também me disseram que não podiam me trocar de quarto porque como não contratei diretamente com eles, não poderiam fazer nenhuma mudança, nada para ajudar.

Hotel bastante masificado para la poca cantidad de hamacas y piscinas disponibles. Tienen a personal auxiliar pendiente de que los huéspedes no reserven las hamacas y se vayan. No me parece mal concepto, pero da un cierto aire "carcelario". Bien es cierto que la playa está a tiro de puesra, aunque ni la pisamos.

We had a great time at this hotel! It’s really family oriented and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Lots of activity for kids, lots of options for food in the hotel and also around the property. There is also a grocery shopping right outside the hotel, very convenient. Overall we had a great experience.

Aspectos positivos: Todas las actividades (niños y adultos) son gestionadas en ingles, lo que es lógico considerando que mas del 90% de los huéspedes son extranjeros. Hay actividades a todas varias veces al dia y los niños se lo pasaron genial. Hay piscinas para todos los gustos y el hotel está a pie de una playa kilometrica y de arena maravillosa. Para comer en las instalaciones hay un bar a la carta, restaurantes bufet (muy variado y bueba calidad) y un servicio de hamburguesas, perritos y pizzas (estilo fast food pero que esta bastante bien) La limpieza en las habitaciones es muy correcta y el personal de recepción muy amable. Puntos negativos: A excepción de un socorrista de pelo corto que iba con su silbato el resto me pareció bastante despistado. Queriamos una plancha y la unica opción para que nos la dieran en recepcion era dejando un depósito en efectivo de 20€, al no tener dinero quise dar mi tarjeta pero no era opcion. Francamente algo muy absurdo para los tiempos que corren, en fin, que no pudimos planchar una prenda de vestir. Conclusión: Es un sitio muy recomendable, sobretodo para ir con niños.

Highly recommend. So cheap for what they offer. Just 30meters from the beach and ocean..it can be a bit windy in this location but worth the proximity. We didn’t do the all inclusive so didn’t try the restaurants but there were food options very close. This is high traffic of kids, but it’s not loud at night as it all shuts down at good time. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Room was really nice but the Air Con wasn’t very effective. Only a very short walk to the beach. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We were room only but bought food from the hotel facilities - mainly the Crispy Corner. Food was only OK. Shop was very convenient and overall the hotel had everything you could need for a good holiday. We enjoyed it and would most likely stay there again.

We enjoyed our holiday here. Pros: locatoon next to beautiful beach, pretty good buffet food, very friendly staff, great kids entertainment Cons: pool could do with a decent clean as we got ill from it on our first day, not really any entertainment for adults, would prefer a location that is closer to more shops/town centre as this is a bus ride from somewhere like that

The hotel is ideal for families, it was packed during the holidays and we still always managed to find a sunbed. Parking was tricky, but this was during the summer holidays, it might be easier other times in the year. Food and all inclusive is priced great and it's not bad but it's not great.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé. Nous avions vue mer, donc magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées, beaucoup de rangement. Le personnel est très sympathique et agréable. Bémol au sujet de la nourriture au niveau du restaurant Green and gril. Aucune réfrigération, le pâté et le fromage dégoulinait dans une pièce chaude. Les steaks immangeables car très mal cuit. Nous avons été malade pendant 2 jours à garder la chambre. Dommage 2 jours de gâcher sur notre séjour. Le reste était parfait.

Amazing location right on the beach which is beautiful. Food was better than expected. Our room was big enough in I block but needed updating. Also had a bad smell for a couple of days - drains or something. We were AI but it was frustrating that the pool bar wasn’t AI after 5pm so we had to walk quite a way to the other bar for drinks or pay extra. Recommend for the beach and kids pool/slide but needs a bit of TLC

It was a wonderful experience! The hotel's swimming pools and sunbathing facilities were excellent, and there were plenty of enjoyable activities for guests. It is especially well suited for families with children. One of the highlights for me was the morning exercise class each day—it was a great way for adults to relax, recharge, and start the day feeling refreshed. The hotel's restaurant was outstanding and definitely one of the best parts of our stay. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the room service, which could be a little more attentive.
