I liked pretty much everything about the property. Location very close to the beach. Food is amazing. Entertainment team is superb with lots of programmes for kids and parents. Reception and housekeeping staff all very kind and polite. The only thing that we missed was outdoor pool was so cold and the kids missed that part. And safe/ locker in the room was chargeable. This was little strange for me. Despite paying so much for the room why the safe need to be charged seperately. In general i loved the property

Die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten des Hotels war super. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am schönsten Teil der Bucht ist toll. Die angebotenen Speisen waren vielfältig und das Buffet wurde auch zum Ende der Essenszeiten immer wieder ergänzt. Das Zimmer war immer Top sauber gereinigt und man bekam auf Nachfrage (falls nötig) auch zusätzliche Handtücher die sogar aufs Zimmer gebracht wurden. Toller Service. Die Zielgruppe für das Hotel sind Familien mit Kleinkindern. Deswegen ist der Lärmpegel beim Essen sehr hoch. Auch musste wegen der Kleinkinder ständig zerbrochenes Geschirr und heruntergefallenes Essen weggeputzt werden. Ein Lob an die Angestellten die das ständig sehr schnell und gründlich erledigt haben. Der Pool und die Liegen am Pool waren übervoll mit Familien mit Kleinkindern so dass wir zum schönen Strand ausgewichen sind und den Pool leider nicht genutzt haben. Die Roof Top Bar mit dem tollen Blick über die Bucht und den kleinen Whirlpools war ein Highlight. Dort war es auch relativ ruhig. Als Fazit können wir feststellen, ein tolles Hotel für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, eher weniger geeignet für Paare oder Alleinreisende.

Schönes Hotel, direkt am Strand, der wunderbar ist. Schöner Pool und viel Unterhaltungsprogramm - da wird sich ins Zeug gelegt. In der Hauptsaison aber zu voll, da zuviel Kapazität. Essen für die Menge an Gästen aber sehr gut.

If you are looking for an all inclusive / family resort vacation, this is a great pick. We dedicated four nights for my kids to be fully entertained. The hotel had wonderful entertainment for kids of all ages, and it starts at breakfast and ends at night after the great theater shows. The water slides kept them busy all day and the beach was lovely. We really enjoyed the calm water and sand bar in the mornings. The rooms were spacious and clean. The common grounds were well maintained and cleaned often. The pool could have used more frequent cleaning but being by the beach and so many kids, it’s expected. The tiles surrounding the pools were very slippery when wet and kids were slipping often. Food was above average for an all inclusive. I appreciate the two snack / lunch options that were easy to get when wet / quick. Dinner “restaurant” options could have been better but again- for a trip for kids it was great and they have the best time! Staff were really friendly - specially the kids and entertainment crew. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

Essen gut, bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre schön, gefühlt wiederholt sich alles nach 3 Tagen. Sauber, Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Pool schön, aber viel zu wenig Sonnenliegen für die Anzahl an Menschen. Wenn man keiner dieser mögen um 9 gleich ne liege blockieren Typen ist, dann hat man keine Chance. Animation okay, Abendprogramm auf der Bühne mit guten Ansätzen allerdings eher so semiprofessionell. Schöner Strand direkt am Hotel.

Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Schöner kleiner Spielplatz, perfekt, dass die eltern in ruhe zu ende essen können und die kinder schon mal spielen können. Großes Animationsangebot für kinder und erwachsene. Hotel aber nur mit kindern zu empfehlen, sonst fühlt man sich sicher fehl am platz.

Our stay at this resort was a perfect location. It’s located right on the beach, which made it very convenient. The all inclusive package was well worth it. Beatriz at the front desk was very helpful. We used the spa to get facials and massages. The staff at the spa were also amazing. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Super close to the beach. Shallow and so kid friendly. Had floatie toys that were donated to the resort available to the guests. Pool chairs got taken really quick. Kid pool is great. Food options are good but only the buffet and the BBQ restaurant available. BBQ restaurant was good.

Our stay was amazing. We came with two young children and this is a fantastic place to bring kids! For us: buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from each meal with all of us getting something different, new dishes rotating in daily. On a fantastic beach, clear water, we even rented a pedaling boat with a slide. Our suite had a separate room for the kids and we had some peace. All staff through the hotel was very nice, accommodating and helpful the entire stay, without exception. And very clean! There is also an electric car charger on the property which we used as part of exploring away from the hotel during our stay. For the kids (and us): fun activities through the day and into the night, including shows and performances for their ages. Great water area for little ones in addition to the pool, as well as a playground. All meals had something for even the most selective eaters. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay from Monday through Friday. From the welcome drink at check in until we checked out we felt at home. We chose the all inclusive package that was well worth it. The buffet had amazing food and changed every meal (breakfast typically was the same but ALOT of options). The buffet was extremely busy but staff did an amazing job on keeping it stocked and clean. The sports bar was nice if you wanted a burger and a drink or just some ice cream during hours buffet wasn’t open. The pools were very nice and kid friendly, property is right on the ocean. The night entertainment was very fun and the star camp activities for kids were awesome. Our 4 year old loved it as did we. The absolute only thing in thought was weird was you had to pay to use safe and you had to leave a deposit for pool / beach towels. Other than that this hotel was perfect! Bus 32 from airport will drop you off two minute walk from door property and it runs every hr.

An und für sich war die Anlage ok, entsprach aber nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Angefangen beim Pool, der auf den (offensichtlich sehr gut gemachten Fotos) viel größer wirkte. Auch das Zimmer war ziemlich eng. Die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage lies zu wünschen übrig. Z.B. gab es eine an sich sehr schöne Spielhalle für Kinder, die aber leider sehr dreckig und ungepflegt war. Auch die Zimmerreinigung hätte besser sein können. Auch wurde dabei z.B. nicht bemerkt, dass unsere Seife leer war. Es bedurfte insgesamt 3 Nachfragen und hat fast einen ganzen Tag gedauert, bis wir endlich neue hatte. Die Qualität des Essens war mittelmäßig und hätte bei einem Aufenthalt von 9 Tagen etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Und auch hier wieder… Sauberkeit und Hygiene! Ich persönlich habs gut vertragen, aber meine Tochter hatte die letzten 3 Tage einen schweren MagenDarm-Infekt. Da sie da sie bis auf ein industriell verpacktes Eis nichts außerhalb des Hotels gegessen hat, kann sie diesen nur innerhalb bekommen haben. Auch die Minidisko (auf die sie sich unsere Kleine nach der Erfahrung aus dem letzten Jahr aus einem Iberostar-Hotel nur wenige Kilometer weiter sehr gefreut hatte) war nicht sehr ansprechend.

Auch das Zimmer war ziemlich eng. Die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage lies zu wünschen übrig. Z.B. gab es eine an sich sehr schöne Spielhalle für Kinder, die aber leider sehr dreckig und ungepflegt war. Auch die Zimmerreinigung hätte besser sein können. Auch wurde dabei z.B. nicht bemerkt, dass unsere Seife leer war. Es bedurfte insgesamt 3 Nachfragen und hat fast einen ganzen Tag gedauert, bis wir endlich neue hatte. Die Qualität des Essens war mittelmäßig und hätte bei einem Aufenthalt von 9 Tagen etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Und auch hier wieder… Sauberkeit und Hygiene! Ich persönlich habs gut vertragen, aber meine Tochter hatte die letzten 3 Tage einen schweren MagenDarm-Infekt. Da sie da sie bis auf ein industriell verpacktes Eis nichts außerhalb des Hotels gegessen hat, kann sie diesen nur innerhalb bekommen haben. Auch die Minidisko (auf die sie sich unsere Kleine nach der Erfahrung aus dem letzten Jahr aus einem Iberostar-Hotel nur wenige Kilometer weiter sehr gefreut hatte) war nicht sehr ansprechend.

Men, godt med skapplass, bra bad med rainshower og stor balkong er pluss! Veldig rent og pent. Bra vask av rommet hver dag. Effektive heiser. Some things could be improved: dishes and cutlery were almost always dirty and sticky, the tables and chairs weren’t always cleaned either, especially if you’re not dining at opening. Hotel and beach are wonderful. We were able to find parking nearby each day and the half-board was 100% worth it. The A/C in our room did seem to struggle to keep up but we’re glad to have something. Housekeeping and the ability to fill up our water bottles each day were also great.

The property was great for us for just a night. It was just my husband and I and then we were moving to another place. I wouldn’t have wanted to do my entire vacation there only bc we did not have any kids with us. There were a lot of kids. Property was clean and modern. Beds weren’t the greatest but overall the location was excellent and the views of the beach were gorgeous!

Séjour en famille pour des vacances en relax. Le personnel est super sympa et convivial, toujours à disposition pour vous aider. Nous étions dans une chambre "Prestige" et les petits plus sont très appréciés par rapport à une chambre classique, aussi l'immeuble séparé. Seul point négatif si je dois en indiquer un, l'isolation phonique des chambres: même avec les portes et fenêtres fermées, on entendait souvent les voisins parler à coté. Autrement tout franchement super.

Överlag fint hotell och mycket barnvänligt med mycket aktiviteter för barnen och vuxna. Superfint poolområde och stranden utan hotellet var väldigt ren fin och superklart turkost vatten. Mindre bra saker är alla helt onödiga "depositionsavgifter". Man ska ha depositionsavgift för alla basartiklar som normalt ingår i alla hotell jag varit på. Det va depositionsavgift på handukar till poolen det var till och med depositionsavgift på strykjärn. Men det blev löjligt när jag skulle gå över gatan för att köpa något på supermarket kunde dom inte ens erbjuda ett paraply utan att ta ut en depositionsavgift, urlöjligt! Man kände sig sjukt misstänkligjord att man skulle stjäla massa saker. En annan sak var att dom ville att man skulle betala för sin säkerhetsbox på rummet. Det var alltså en tillkomande kostnad att låsa in sina värdesaker i sitt eget hotellrum. Det var stora rymliga rum där vuxna och barn sov avdelat dock var sängar för vuxna väldigt obekväma och både jag och min fru fick problem med ryggen. Luften var också dålig i rummen och det kändes som att man till slut andades in samma luft hela tiden. Hade det inte varit för att sängarna och luften samt depositionsavgifterna var så fruktansvärt många så är detta ett väldigt bra hotell och speciellt för barn.

Lo primero a destacar es la atención de todo el personal. Camareros, animación, check in, absolutamente todos super cálidos y dispuestos a brindarte lo mejor. Luego la comida y bebidas, de primer nivel. Las habitaciones muy lindas y espaciosas. A pie de playa, en Playa de Muro, mar cálido y sereno ideal para familias. Es un hotel 10/10. Volveremos sin dudas.

Our stay was amazing. We came with two young children and this is a fantastic place to bring kids! For us: buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from each meal with all of us getting something different, new dishes rotating in daily. On a fantastic beach, clear water, we even rented a pedaling boat with a slide. Our suite had a separate room for the kids and we had some peace. All staff through the hotel was very nice, accommodating and helpful the entire stay, without exception. And very clean! There is also an electric car charger on the property which we used as part of exploring away from the hotel during our stay. For the kids (and us): fun activities through the day and into the night, including shows and performances for their ages. Great water area for little ones in addition to the pool, as well as a playground. All meals had something for even the most selective eaters. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

That’s right, considering the price, it’s a good place to visit with kids. However, during this trip, we experienced discrimination from the restaurant staff. They didn’t give us the menu, took our order late, and while serving other tables, they told us to pick up our food without any explanation. Moreover, the food we received was incorrect, and we were overcharged for drinks on the bill. We didn’t use many other services, so I’m not sure about them, but it wasn’t a pleasant trip.

We have spend our Summer holidays last week of August in Mallorca and we couldn't have better hotel than Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park. In your first step off the hotel you are in the beach! The facilities are quite good, the room is not big but you have room enough for what it is, and good swimming pool size. The food is amazing, and the staff is awesome. From the bar in the pool, with Maite, Laura and Sebastian (great coffee), to the entertainment team (Andres is an amazing entertainer and host, always cheering up to get us enjoying our time; also Andres and the rest of the team. The best of any hotel we went). The buffet at the restaurant is really good quality. Every day you have a theme (Spanish tapas, Mexican, sushi, ...), and they care for you to be comfortable all the time (Brian treats you like you are a VIP). My teenagers said that it was the better holidays they ever had :) ! We are really thinking to book here again for next year. No doubt!

We had a lovely stay here and the majority of the staff especially the bar and entertainment staff were excellent - unfortunately had a poor welcome to the hotel arriving very late in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. We had no help with our bags, couldn’t find our room and we’re not able to get milk for our toddler. Rest of the trip was brilliant though, pool and beach are great and all the family activities and entertainment made the holiday especially for our 4 year old.

Our booking was not uploaded into the system on arrival and we had to pay a large deposit to gain access to a room so we could get access to the hotel to be returned after the booking was uploaded. Also the hotel was closing the following day and so a lot of the facilities were not available which was very disappointing when we had paid for all inclusive and found ourselves having to go out to the shops because the hotel was not open in all areas.

If you are looking for an all inclusive / family resort vacation, this is a great pick. We dedicated four nights for my kids to be fully entertained. The hotel had wonderful entertainment for kids of all ages, and it starts at breakfast and ends at night after the great theater shows. The water slides kept them busy all day and the beach was lovely. We really enjoyed the calm water and sand bar in the mornings. The rooms were spacious and clean. The common grounds were well maintained and cleaned often. The pool could have used more frequent cleaning but being by the beach and so many kids, it’s expected. The tiles surrounding the pools were very slippery when wet and kids were slipping often. Food was above average for an all inclusive. I appreciate the two snack / lunch options that were easy to get when wet / quick. Dinner “restaurant” options could have been better but again- for a trip for kids it was great and they have the best time! Staff were really friendly - specially the kids and entertainment crew. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

Check-in was very easy and the hotel was very clean. We were to receive a mini bar in our room and asked for it 3 times-it was never delivered. There are drinks that are part of the all-inclusive but the better known liquor was charged extra. We are good with kids but we could never get a seat at the main pool due to the large number of kids. Food was ok. Staff at the sports bar were extremely nice and helpful thank you David & Virginia!! The only sit down restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Beach was nice but a public beach. The vendors were pushy and rude when rejected.

Our stay at this resort was a perfect location. It’s located right on the beach, which made it very convenient. The all inclusive package was well worth it. Beatriz at the front desk was very helpful. We used the spa to get facials and massages. The staff at the spa were also amazing. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay from Monday through Friday. From the welcome drink at check in until we checked out we felt at home. We chose the all inclusive package that was well worth it. The buffet had amazing food and changed every meal (breakfast typically was the same but ALOT of options). The buffet was extremely busy but staff did an amazing job on keeping it stocked and clean. The sports bar was nice if you wanted a burger and a drink or just some ice cream during hours buffet wasn’t open. The pools were very nice and kid friendly, property is right on the ocean. The night entertainment was very fun and the star camp activities for kids were awesome. Our 4 year old loved it as did we. The absolute only thing in thought was weird was you had to pay to use safe and you had to leave a deposit for pool / beach towels. Other than that this hotel was perfect! Bus 32 from airport will drop you off two minute walk from door property and it runs every hr.

The night entertainment was very fun and the star camp activities for kids were awesome. Our 4 year old loved it as did we. The absolute only thing in thought was weird was you had to pay to use safe and you had to leave a deposit for pool / beach towels. Other than that this hotel was perfect! Bus 32 from airport will drop you off two minute walk from door property and it runs every hr.

Check-in was very easy and the hotel was very clean. We were to receive a mini bar in our room and asked for it 3 times-it was never delivered. There are drinks that are part of the all-inclusive but the better known liquor was charged extra. We are good with kids but we could never get a seat at the main pool due to the large number of kids. Food was ok. Staff at the sports bar were extremely nice and helpful thank you David & Virginia!! The only sit down restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Beach was nice but a public beach. The vendors were pushy and rude when rejected.

Fint hotel med super beliggenhet på Muro stranden ved Alcudia. Vi var to mødre med tenåringsgutter i familie rom med sjøutsikt. Rommet kunne vært større. Men, godt med skapplass, bra bad med rainshower og stor balkong er pluss! Veldig rent og pent. Bra vask av rommet hver dag. Effektive heiser. Lo primero a destacar es la atención de todo el personal. Camareros, animación, check in, absolutamente todos super cálidos y dispuestos a brindarte lo mejor. Perfekte unterkunft für Familien. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und es stand schon bei Ankunft ein Babybett mit im Zimmer. Es wird sehr gut auf wünsche reagiert. Lage direkt am Strand einfach traumhaft. Vor dem Hotel sind auch jede menge gratis Parkplätze für den Mietwagen vorhanden. Da das buffet doch sehr voll war, waren wir oft an dem Food Truck der mit zum Hotel gehört. Bei All Inklusive ist dieser im Preis enthalten. Ein absoluter Traum. Wir werden defintiv wieder kommen.

Hotel and beach are wonderful. We were able to find parking nearby each day and the half-board was 100% worth it. The A/C in our room did seem to struggle to keep up but we’re glad to have something. Housekeeping and the ability to fill up our water bottles each day were also great.

We have spend our Summer holidays last week of August in Mallorca and we couldn't have better hotel than Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park. In your first step off the hotel you are in the beach! The facilities are quite good, the room is not big but you have room enough for what it is, and good swimming pool size. The food is amazing, and the staff is awesome. From the bar in the pool, with Maite, Laura and Sebastian (great coffee), to the entertainment team (Andres is an amazing entertainer and host, always cheering up to get us enjoying our time; also Andres and the rest of the team. The best of any hotel we went). The buffet at the restaurant is really good quality. Every day you have a theme (Spanish tapas, Mexican, sushi, ...), and they care for you to be comfortable all the time (Brian treats you like you are a VIP). My teenagers said that it was the better holidays they ever had :) ! We are really thinking to book here again for next year. No doubt!

Absolutely amazing stay from Monday through Friday. From the welcome drink at check in until we checked out we felt at home. We chose the all inclusive package that was well worth it. The buffet had amazing food and changed every meal (breakfast typically was the same but ALOT of options). The buffet was extremely busy but staff did an amazing job on keeping it stocked and clean. The sports bar was nice if you wanted a burger and a drink or just some ice cream during hours buffet wasn’t open. The pools were very nice and kid friendly, property is right on the ocean. If you are looking for an all inclusive / family resort vacation, this is a great pick. We dedicated four nights for my kids to be fully entertained. The hotel had wonderful entertainment for kids of all ages, and it starts at breakfast and ends at night after the great theater shows. The water slides kept them busy all day and the beach was lovely. We really enjoyed the calm water and sand bar in the mornings. The rooms were spacious and clean. The common grounds were well maintained and cleaned often. The pool could have used more frequent cleaning but being by the beach and so many kids, it’s expected. The tiles surrounding the pools were very slippery when wet and kids were slipping often. Food was above average for an all inclusive. I appreciate the two snack / lunch options that were easy to get when wet / quick. Dinner “restaurant” options could have been better but again- for a trip for kids it was great and they have the best time! Staff were really friendly - specially the kids and entertainment crew. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

Essen gut, bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre schön, gefühlt wiederholt sich alles nach 3 Tagen. Sauber, Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Pool schön, aber viel zu wenig Sonnenliegen für die Anzahl an Menschen. Wenn man keiner dieser mögen um 9 gleich ne liege blockieren Typen ist, dann hat man keine Chance. The service was amazing! Some things could be improved: dishes and cutlery were almost always dirty and sticky, the tables and chairs weren’t always cleaned either, especially if you’re not dining at opening. We always cleaned before dining. It’s very loud in the room (windows are not sound proof) and blackout curtains leave a huge margin and let light in A LOT! But we really loved our stay, the staff, it’s super baby friendly so we would definitely come back.

Super close to the beach. Shallow and so kid friendly. Had floatie toys that were donated to the resort available to the guests. Pool chairs got taken really quick. Kid pool is great. Food options are good but only the buffet and the BBQ restaurant available. BBQ restaurant was good.

Unfortunately, our stay did not quite live up to our expectations.
