Really wanted to like this hotel but absolutely not worth the money. I paid around $500 USD per night for a very small room with just breakfast included. I would have expected more from both the room and the hotel/service. The room: small, lots of bugs/ants, musty smell, uncomfortable bed, clogged sink, no hooks to hang towels. The hotel: i can tell they try to make it a good experience but it also fell flat: the pool water is very cold, and the floor is dirty with leaves. Limited pool chairs that get “reserved” and no beach chairs included. Limited towel service and a hefty deposit per towel. The worst part: on our last night the lights in our room would randomly turn on, waking up my entire family including our baby. This happened 4-5x at all hours of the night from 12-5 am. It was absolutely maddening and unacceptable. What made it worse is when we told the front the concierge yelled at us “what do you want me to do?!” No apology or offer to credit refund or make things right. So disappointed. Do not recommend this hotel.

Great except the times available for youth in the indoor pool, especially with the cold outside water temps.

All inclusive if needed. I was there on a bike trip and everything was at and around hotel. From bike shops to just about everything you need for a bike vacation.

Das Hotel ist ein Familienhotel. Ich würde es nicht für Pärchen empfehlen oder Personen welche entspannen wollen. Der Empfang war herzlich wir haben ein Upgrade für ein Meerblick Zimmer erhalten. Die Zimmer leider sehr klein, das WC und der Schrank in den normalen Zimmern haben das Badezimmer direkt so das man alles hört. Der Safe ist extra zu bezahlen. Das Restaurant ist sehr groß und extrem laut, obwohl wir außerhalb der Ferien gebucht haben waren sehr viele Kinder. Das Essen war gut und die Auswahl riesig. Wenn man Ruhe sucht wird man diese nicht finden. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Liegen werden sofort in aller Früh reserviert mit Handtüchern und ein Platz am Pool ist dann nicht mehr zu finden. Obwohl es eigentlich nicht erlaubt wird, wird auch nichts dagegen unternommen. Für Familien gibt es reichlich Programm. Wenn man selbst Kinder hat dann ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

The facilities gave us everything.

Nice hotel with a great beach and good size pool area. Kids play pool was very cool. Adults were enjoying playing on the bouncy slide, including me with my 14 year old daughter. Hotel is a four star, no more. Buffet is nice, but nothing crazy. Lots of seating no problems there. More babies and families with small kids than I’ve ever seen at any hotel. It wasn’t a problem. Most were adorable but we love babies. Elevator is slow. Skip the specialty restaurant Gust. No one seems to go there as they have a small menu with boring food.

Hier ist es Optimal - alles nach bei einander: Radverleih, Parkmöglichkeiten auch für das Rad, Shoppen, Hotel und Strand.

Super localização, com acesso directo à praia. Boas instalações, quartos amplos, ginásio 5 estrelas (o melhor que já estive num hotel!), boa comida em qualidade e variedade. Único senão - os horários dos serviços de refeição são sagrados - nem 1 minuto a mais; aliás, começam a retirar as coisas a partir dos 5 minutos antes da hora de fecho. Achei super deselegante e nada simpático; não é assim que se faz - o recomendado é fechar a porta da sala de refeições no horário marcado, avisar quem está ainda a comer que vão fechar o buffet e só então começar a retirar as coisas. Não vi ninguém a refilar, talvez porque a maior parte dos hóspedes são alemães e 21h para eles já é hora de estar a dormir, mas lamento, estamos na Espanha, somos mediterrânicos, não temos medo da noite. Não gostei dessa parte da experiência. Além disso, tinha direito na reserva a 1 garrafa de espumante no quarto, que tive de ir pedir especificamente; quando a trouxeram, não trouxeram copos - achariam que eu ia beber pela garrafa ou pelos copos da casa de banho?...

Pros: very well situated on a beautiful beach , hotel is clean staff is very nice. cons : they surcharge everything, exp. For breakfast you have access to filtered water and coffee machine supper time they close them off with a blind and charge you for filtered water that they fill in a bottle from the same machine. I found that to be very cheap!!

Positive: 1. Front desk service (thank you Sheila and Aurelia for great and attentive service to try to address my concerns). 2. Beautiful beach. 3. Walking distance to shops and restaurants Negative: 1. Rooms and housekeeping - very old and smelly rooms and dirty all around. Found dirty socks in our bed sheets that belonged to the previous guests- absolutely gross. We were left with ripped dirty towels after housekeeping “cleaned” our room. The smell in the resort area was so bad could not even sit and enjoy the patio 2. Food- egg shells in our scrambled eggs, frozen veggies served in the poke bowl (dinner buffet was good although incredibly busy- only one buffet for the entire resort). 3. The pool- so busy -not enough space to enjoy or find chairs. This resort is so busy even my kids were annoyed at how many screaming kids were there. Other than the beautiful lobby, the rest of the resort is old, dirty and smelly. This is at best 3* resort. I have stayed at many resorts in the Caribbean. Mexico, etc also stayed in other Spain hotels and resorts. This is the worst resort I have ever stayed at. I felt bad for the front desk staff who were wonderful and were dealing with different guests complaining as I was standing there. They should rate this a 3* so guests know what to expect. I had to ask to move to another Iberostar (Selection Albufera Playa- absolutely wonderful) and lost money (still waiting for one night’s refund) as staying at this resort was awful.

Room was neglected. Strong smell of mold. In both our rooms. The reply we got was "We just opened two days ago". This is irrelevant.

Clean room and very friendly staffs. The food is excellent with many options. The star camp provides many fun activities for kids. We will definitely come back again.

Rooms are not 4 star - very small, shower was just dropping, needed to call 3 times technician, no excuse, bathroom was always torally under water after having taken a showet, street very noisy even with closed windows swimming pool area and beach access are nice; but with these rooms a relaxing stay is not possible Price was much too high for this kind of room

nice hotel. well maintained and friendly staff. as we went in february it was a bit cold and the heating system was not on in the room, It was kind of chilli in the room

A 10 night trip with various family members dropping into our holiday. The IT at check in was slow- in fact the computers always seemed slow. David was wonderful at reception as was Marina. Always a queue at reception I think due to the IT but very personal service when speaking to the reception staff. Bridgette was friendly and funny at the beach bar where we visited at the end of our beach days for a pre-dinner catch up. The resort is typical of the area, but the beds are not really comfortable- and the cover does not even reach your chest. The see through bathroom doors were not so fab- and they also have these in the public rest rooms too! We overlooked the road which was fine as the noise did not permeate the sliding doors- although the hotel doors could do with slow closers. It is not in the hotel blurb but they do have a laundry which we would have used if we knew about it previously. The aircon was not efficient and the shower leaked so much! We had a leak from the ceiling too but this was sorted very quickly by the brilliant chamber maid. The food in the hotel is amazing- the fresh cooked food, salads were fantastic with the theme nights not respecting our waistlines! 😀It would have been nice to be shown to a table but the waiting staff never stop moving! The chefs cooking are friendly and welcoming. We stayed half board. The entertainment at the bar at the front of the hotel was excellent in that my dad could have a sing along. The hotel states that it has a beach

En general, la experiencia ha sido maravillosa para toda la familia. Localizacion, servicios, equipo (destacar a Abril y Emma en el Kid's Club, a Sheila en Guest Services, a los segundos en el comedor) e instalaciones fueron de ensueño y volveremos al 90%. La nota mas negativa fue que aunque se anuncia aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, no lo tienen en servicio en esta epoca del año. Entiendo el porque pero por un lado se anuncia un servicio que no dan, y por otro lado hizo que pasasemos calor con lo que (1) no descansamos bien por las noches, y (2) la noche que dejamos la ventana abierta, amanecimos picados por mosquitos. Entiendo que por el dia no haga falta el aire acondicionado, pero por la noche era supernecesario y de alguna forma estropeo la experiencia. Otros dos detalles negativos. Al primero es que no habia desayuno take-away para salidas tempranas al aeropuerto - hay una zona con comida nocturna disponible pero ni habia cafe, ni untensilios para poder llevarselo (ni vasos ni emboltorios de take'away). Por ultimo, las camas eran demasiado blandas para nuestro gusto, aunque entiendo que es algo dificil de estar al gusto de todos los huespedes. A pesar de estos detalles negativos, la experiencia general fue maravillosa.

I booked this hotel very last minute, I arrived at midnight and the male receptionist Jose was amazing! Very friendly & professional. Made the check in very uncomplicated & quick. Thank you. Room are nice clean and spacious.

Highly recommended The waiters are so helpful and attending i spite of the too ma y guests at the same time during the meal time

Das Service Personal darf gerne etwas aufmerksamer sein. Zb bei neuen Gästen Getränke anbieten oder allen an Tisch Getränke anbieten und nicht nur ein Teil.

Would definitely recommend. Friendly staff, great entertainment programme and proximity to the beach. Food was fantastic with different themes every night.

Único senão - os horários dos serviços de refeição são sagrados - nem 1 minuto a mais; aliás, começam a retirar as coisas a partir dos 5 minutos antes da hora de fecho. Achei super deselegante e nada simpático; não é assim que se faz - o recomendado é fechar a porta da sala de refeições no horário marcado, avisar quem está ainda a comer que vão fechar o buffet e só então começar a retirar as coisas. Não vi ninguém a refilar, talvez porque a maior parte dos hóspedes são alemães e 21h para eles já é hora de estar a dormir, mas lamento, estamos na Espanha, somos mediterrânicos, não temos medo da noite. Não gostei dessa parte da experiência. Além disso, tinha direito na reserva a 1 garrafa de espumante no quarto, que tive de ir pedir especificamente; quando a trouxeram, não trouxeram copos - achariam que eu ia beber pela garrafa ou pelos copos da casa de banho?...

Im Hotel sind viele gute Ansätze erkennbar, die jedoch leider nicht durchgehend auf gleich hohem Niveau gehalten werden. Für die Kleinsten stehen beispielsweise sogenannte Kids Corner zur Verfügung, die jedoch häufig nicht sorgfältig gepflegt werden (z. B. eine lose Eingangstür, Unordnung oder beschädigtes Spielzeug). Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl, ist jedoch nur teilweise abwechslungsreich – am reichhaltigsten an Samstagen. Das eher kleine Zimmer (mit defekter Schranktür) wurde leider nur unzureichend gereinigt (Sand und Haare auf dem Boden). Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Strandnähe, die Aktivitäten im und rund um den Pool sowie das freundliche Personal.
