Stayed 1 night

I know the price may seem inviting but just don't stay here. The room I had was disgusting. Stains on the mattress cover, the bed sheet and the pillow was filthy with no cover. There was also a random piece of metal sticking out on the side of the bed perfectly placed at ankle height. The room smelled of smoke and damp, which would probably explain all the bugs. The air conditioning took some coaxing but I finally got it going. The toilet had no cover and a broken seat. Inside the toilet was a band aid and a bug having a swim. I had to go the the check-in and get toilet paper, a towel and soap as there was none when I arrived. The bath had one the taps broken off, not that I would have used it - as was the entire room - dirty. The door separating the main room and the bathroom was water damaged and falling apart at the bottom. It says there is free Wi-Fi but that is not the case. There is no Wi-Fi. They wanted to keep my driver's license until I checked out. I said "no" and they asked for a $200 cash deposit. I offered $6, and they accepted. When I went to check out I rang the bell and waited. After 10 minutes of ringing the bell with no response I went to the side door and banged on that, and only then did someone reluctantly come to the desk. If I had any other choice I would have been out of there. As soon as I got home, I stripped off in the garage put all my clothing in a hot wash, and had a long shower. Still feel dirty.

Extremely Disappointing 3hr Stay : Misleading Photos and Poor Conditions I booked this hotel based on the pictures online, but what I saw in person was completely different. The room was in terrible condition: the shower didn't run, there was no fridge, no toilet paper, and no bath towels. The bed sheets had cigarette burns and appeared to have bed bugs. One TV was broken on the ground, while another was loosely leaning on the cabinet. The floor was greasy in several spots, as it oil or baby oil had been spilled, making it unsafe to walk on. Management and the owners refused to take any responsibility for the state of the room or offer any assistance. I took multiple photos to document the poor conditions - please see them on Google. This place is not as advertised and should be avoided by anyone expecting basic cleanliness or functionality.

The property is very sketchy. It’s next to a large homeless encampment. They wanted to keep my driver’s license as a deposit but settled for $15 cash instead. There’s no way I was going to travel around in a city where I don’t live without identification. The first room they gave me a key for hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was unmade and ther was an empty can of Dr. Pepper on the nightstand. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a key for a different room, not quickly. They seemed unsure about what they had available. The second room didn’t have any empty soda cans and the bed looked made but closer inspection revealed there was no fitted sheet on the mattress or under the bedspread. I went back to the front desk and asked for cash deposit back and left. Then I contacted Hotels.com to try and get a refund. Stay very, very far away from this place. I don’t mind cheap, kinda sketchy places because I like seeing people and how they live in real life but this place was too mega, even for me!

Upon arrival to my room, 30 min past check-in of 2pm, room had a made bed but no sheets, no towels, no soap, no toilet paper. Explored more and found just the over head light for the main room. No reading light, nothing on the walls. Everything echoed. Of course, no phone in the room so I went to registration and told the associate my current need for toilet paper and towels, but that the room still needed to be serviced. I was given a roll of toilet paper without another word, associate waked through a side door which I thought she went to get me a towel... waited 5-8 min and went back to my room with just my one roll. Never heard anything from the motel staff. I went back to registration around 7pm and was then told by the associate that the dryer had stopped working and the property had NO linen she could give me... What? I understand I received a nice discount but I have never in 40 years paid for a hotel room that the staff knew she couldn't put sheets on the bed but made the bed up anyway and then proceeded to put the room back into availability and rent it to me. I did ask if there were any other rooms she could pull from for linens and I was told no. Terrible property and staff. Needs to be taken off Hotels.com. NO hotel room should be rented out without linens for the guests. I expect a refund.

Stayed 3 nights

As someone who's stayed in 1-2 star hotels before, I felt like I knew what I was getting. A somewhat clean bed and a usable bathroom... that's all I ask for. However this place was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. For the bathroom: the toilet had fecal matter still inside it (flushing didn't help), there wasn't any shower curtains nor towels, and the toilet and shower were extremely dirty. For the bed: the bedsheets were ripped in multiple places with visible fluid stains, the mattress was also stained in multiple places and the pillows were yellow with no pillow cases. The cherry on top: there was grainy porn playing when I turned on the TV. There was also an "ash tray" of vienna sausages that I'm assuming is a staple of every room, as whoever "cleaned" the room prior to my arrival deemed that it shouldn't be thrown away. Also they immediately charged me my entire 3 day stay and refused any sort of refund even though I did not stay in the hotel upon seeing how terrible the accommodations were. This is clearly a sex hotel that is using Expedia's platform to add to their usual clientele, and prey upon tourists who are on a budget and looking for a cheap place to stay downtown. If I could give negative starts I would. This place is a $*&%hole and the owners should be ashamed.
