Lovely rooms, especially the rooms with view of the pond. Quiet, secluded and private. Wonderful having options to eat on hand as well as the bottle shop for a few appropriate night caps back at the room.

Room was fairly basic but clean and adequate for what we needed as it was close to family. We never expected it to be the Ritz but was absolutely fine for our needs. Pool didn’t look very inviting. No luggage storage. Sports bar good with outside area. Family meal area good, food nice and good value

Beds were a bit too soft besides that was great . Bws a family bistro or a sports bar to have meals at . Not aure what the go with breakfast options are outside of the weekend 8am week day no clue. but we went on a lovely 6 minute walk up the road the a garden place where theres and old tram and a shop thay sells all kinds of stuff and good food so we had great coffee and breakfast and bought some things. So worth walking

The creek and wildlife was unique but was also fantastic! Netflix was great! The room was neat, clean and looked very inviting. I loved that the bistro was just across from the rooms and hearing people/music was nice. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom grout was mouldy.

We had an upstairs room but my husband was unable to shower, as the shower was over a deep spa bath. He was unable to step over this safely to into the spa bath to have a shower. We did expect a walk in shower

The accommodation was very clean and easy to access. The beds are comfortable however for older people they need to be aware that they are on wheels and moved when getting in, this could potentially be a hazard as it was for my father.

If you are staying at the hotel and not going to one of the functions or the beer garden then you will be kept awake by the very loud music until about midnight. I requested a quiet room and was put about 20 meters away from the beer garden And despite reception assuring me that our room was one of the quieter ones and the music gets turned off at 10 and all of the guests that complain about the noise are in other rooms I can assure you this was not the case and I could hear every note until midnight.

We arrived very late and were treated amazing, the next night i was accompanied back to my room to let me in as forgot key. Staff were helpful, friendly and kind. Room was comfy and restful. Will definitely stay again.

Tv didnt work in multiple rooms told by staff this has been happening a bit and there was nothing they could do, not ideal with a 2 and 4 year old Chose this place due to play ground for kids only to be told no facilities expect for pokies are available on the day we stayed
