Very disappointing experience, especially because of the poor customer service and the lack of effort to make things right after repeated daily complaints. From the first day, our room key repeatedly failed. We constantly had to walk back down to the front desk to have it reset. At one point, staff even came upstairs to the room because the door/key issue continued. This was not a one-time inconvenience it happened repeatedly throughout our stay, including after we eventually changed rooms. The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. For the first three nights, the room remained around 80°F and was extremely uncomfortable. We reported the problem repeatedly, but there was very little effort to actually resolve it. On the second night, we were given a fan, which did not address the actual problem. By the third night, I finally demanded to be moved to another room. Suddenly, a room became available, and the air-conditioning issue was resolved after the move. Unfortunately, the problems with the room keys continued. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of service recovery. After dealing with three nights in an excessively hot room, daily key problems, multiple trips to the front desk, and repeated complaints, there was absolutely no compensation or meaningful gesture from management. No parking consideration, complimentary coffee, drink, glass of wine, or even a sincere apology from hotel management. Nothing.

Very disappointed! The hotel is okay, but please know that AC is not really existed they claim it is AC but it is really just a fan, my room was very comfortable hot and wasn’t cleaned properly. Staff was very rude most of the time, it’s like the don’t like guests very strange. location is okay definitely not central but neighborhood is safe. I would not recommend this hotel.

Would not consider this again.

The first room assigned to us was on second floor which was old, dirty and out of shape.. We rejected that room and got a room on 7 floor which was much better.
