What a great find! We absolutely love this hotel! It’s my new favourite. The staff are all exceptional - really really lovely friendly warm people - sympatica! Thank you all for making our stay brilliant. I travelled with my disabled mum and the disabled facilities were excellent, we had the most help I’ve had anywhere in the world. The decor and amenities are bright, fresh and a lovely surprise. Honestly though - amazing job on recruitment, nicest, funnest and most attractive bunch of staff I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Thanks all!!! This hotel goes to eleven!!!!

Staff super friendly, great atmosphere and dining/drinking options. Location is perfect for a Paddington village experience and super close to get to the city or bus to the beach. Room is modern, clean, spacious and mini bar options were great.

What a delightful respite from the heatwave outside. The funky design elements make the room really stand out without being offensive. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and great shower! Also of note are the fabulous rooftop bar and Palomar restaurant which was pure 'chef's kiss'.
