This property is in a need of major renovations. We have stayed in Quality Suites on numerous occasions and this was by far the worst we have ever experienced. When we checked in they gave us a room and, upon entering the room, it smelled of pot. They gave us another room and the wallpaper was peeling, the vanity counter was drooping and the carpets looked worn and dirty. We turned back the covers to make sure the bedsheets were clean. The room gave us enough concerns that we did this. I was very disappointed to say the least.

This hotel was very dirty, and severely neglected. We were not able to use the show as it water didnt transfer to the shower head properly. Staff did nothing at check out to make it right.

This property was awful. It was dirty. There were holes in the walls where all the pictures & mirrors were taken off & nothing hung back up & just holes for no reason. A giant hole in one of the comforters. Ironing board looked like someone died on it. Broken hangers all over the closet floor. Hotel next door was abandoned & probably had squatters. Stay tuned, you will probably see this on an episode of First 48... Only positive was front desk was very nice & approved for me to cancel remaining nights on my reservation & get credit back from Expedia.

The food area was dirty, the first room door lock didn’t work, someone had put the lock set in wrong. The first room had a bad smell also. The second room was better, smells better and the walls were painted instead of papered. Overall we will not be staying there again.

The building is old and in desperate need of renovations. Carpet was filthy/stained. Caulk around the bathroom was cracked/missing. Room smelled musty. Neighborhood seemed unsafe.

Shampoo sample partially used Vending machine empty Rated 3.5 offered breakfast it was evident they are struggling financially. Non refundable unable to change hotels only 7 cars in the lot- should be a 2.0

I want to start off saying I frequently stay at "budget" properties. I dont expect first class amenities when I choose these type of hotels. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in! Dirty sheets & comforters, dried blood spots on a pillow, stained couch cushion (they did flip it over at least ?!?), stained walls where something had spilled down it, pealing paint and wallpaper in several areas, air conditioning only cooled room a few degrees( definetly not to 60 like it was programmed to do), breakfast was awful (stale cereal, waffle batter gross-either not actual waffle batter or expired-not sure which but tasted bad when cooked, only included a few yogurts of 1 flavor, 6 slices of bread, stawberry jelly, apples, pitcher of orange juice). In addition, my son woke up with bites all over his arms. The positive..we had clean towels and the beds were comfortable..if the sheets didnt have stains on them I might have actually slept. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I have pictures but not sure it will let me attach.

This hotel is very dirty. The breakfast area had not been properly cleaned. The rooms are old with dirt and stains all over the floor, walls, and sheets. The bathrooms were pretty clean thankfully and the staff was friendly. I did find a lice comb under my mattress while I was checking for bed bugs. There is an old vacant hotel next door with broken windows. The entire building smelled like an ashtray too even though it was a non smoking facility.

We arrived at about 9-9:30 PM. It was still warm outside and the room was very warm. We tried to turn on the air conditioner on and couldn't. Went down to the desk and told them and he came up and said it needed to be reset. When it started it smelled terrible. We let it run for about 30 minutes and still wasn't that cool. The manager brought us up a fan to help get it cool. it ran all night. Why can't they get the room cool befor you arrive?? the room was not clean at all, stains on the rug, and a bug on the bed.

My daughter ended up with bedbug bites after our trip, even after careful inspection of the beds and surrounding area of the beds. The room appeared clean however smelled of men’s cologne all weekend, and the pullout couch was disgusting. We did not use it, but it was disgusting.

Check-in was great! The room wasn't as clean as i would have liked. We had a cooler from thr car and as i was putting food into the fridge and freezer, there was a bowl od ice cream left by another guest. I don't know how long it had been there. That was off-putting.

Stay was great. Only issue was that family members had a small dog so they had to find different hotel due to not being pet friendly. Need to have better information on amenities for hotel. Other than that, room was huge for only $75 a night. Sleeps 6 easily!!

Had a friendly welcome by the gent at front desk & a nice swift check-in. The room was nicely presented, but smelt like ciggies. For what is supposed to be a non smoking room there are guests who are clearly chuffing away without a care. I found cig ash behind the bedside table when I needed to use the socket. Clamp down on this & it would be lovely.

Their staff was exceptional. Room was clean & beds were very comfortable. Our room was cleaned each day & towels restocked. This hotel was in an older industrial area, but was in a convenient location for Louisville downtown. They seem to be working hard to revamp the hotel & update it.

Area was quiet, staff had excellent customer service. Continental breakfast was nice. The lobby, not to mention the web, offered false hope. It was beautiful. Though, in need of a major upgrade. The room appeared to be clean. However, there were stains on the floor that made me super uncomfortable. Other than the stains, it was all good.

The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms need new carpet and there’s some shoddy repairs in the bathroom and the wall paper needs replaced. Breakfast is ready and nice and clean area to eat for the price it’s a good deal and I stay here 2-3 times a month

This is an older hotel, and the grounds are basic and a bit shabby, but the location is very convenient, right off a fwy exit, and inside it is pleasant and well-maintained. A good value.

This hotel was in between two abandoned hotels. The area did not look safe. Our room was very old and outdated and the sheets and pillow cases were dirty and stained. It made my skin crawl so we asked for a refund and checked out in the middle of the night.

Toilet was dirty. Had to repair to flush. Towel tossed on counter, assumed used. Beds were awful. Way too many added plush cushions. Breakfast was minimal. Only saw one staff member at check-in. No one around in the morning.

it was very dated. it was quite however the continental breakfast was horrible, there was a few pieces of bread, the waffle mix tasted like sour dough bread so we did not eat it there was 2 types of cereal, a couple of yogurts, a little bit of orange juice, only 2% milk, and as for fruit there was only apples no eggs, no bacon, no sausage. we have stayed at quality inns before and there has been a much better variety of breakfast items. this was a bit disappointing. plus many of the tables needed to be wiped off. we decided to skip breakfast on sunday morning because of the experience we had saturday morning with the waffles and them tasting like they were spoiled and eat at a restaurant and not even waste our time at the hotel

Well, the room was adequate but almost killed myself on the threshold for the bathroom that was sticking out. Breakfast was fruit loops and waffles, white toast and yogurt. We got our bleached sugar and flour quota in for the day! Pretty sparse and coffee was bad. Water is $2 a bottle, maybe for $150 a night you spare a bottle or two? The bed was comfortable though, tv was good.
