Nice rooms and amenities. Indoor pool is an incredibly warm 80F or so which was a nice surprise. Low water pressure was a bit of a disappointment.

Loved the service at breakfast. Harvey makes everyone feel like family. I didn’t like that fire pit inop.

We loved our room!! Everything was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful all around the building. Breakfast was good, but would have been better with biscuits and gravy added to the selection. Pool looked nice, but we didn't use it. Excellent stay!!

Awful customer service. Booked with them because of their pool. We even called first ti confirm. Arrived to find theirs closed. They could get us into a "sister" hotel for $80 more and maybe not get the room we already booked refunded. So essentially pay for two rooms.

We loved being able to walk over the bridge. Overall, it was a great stay. The only thing we didn't like was that the hot tub wasn't working.

The staff was great. The pool was always closed for cleaning (which was a reason our boys wanted to stay there). Our room was mostly clean but had an odor to it. The comforter was stained with what appeared to be blood in several places. The bed had old bottles and cups under it so it wasn’t checked during the cleanings is what I am guessing. Overall, not terrible but will look elsewhere if we are back in the area.

We arrived after 10pm, the clerk was very unfriendly. I had to ask about breakfast her answer was 6:30am….that was all she said. I asked what time it was over and in a nasty tone said 9:30am. Breakfast was very basic and not very good. No meat, biscuits and gravy were not good biscuits were hard and gravy was runny. Fruit was old. Our room had cobwebs on the walls and ceiling. The bed was hard.

Pull out bed/coach was dirty…. Mattress had what looked like either throw up or feces on it. Called and they brought a rollaway in, however never removed the couch. Rooms outdated, mold in the bathroom and dirty floors/carpet. Location is not safe due to the area and homeless walking around asking for money.

zero housekeeping was done depite us requesting it every morning. we actually checked out a day early (non-refundable) because we could not get our room cleaned! unacceptable!! even had to ask for toilet paper because no one ever looked in our room!

The property itself is nice, parking easy. Staff friendly and accomidating. Harvey who sets up the breakfast was the kindest man, met him when we were leaving. He is a treasure and lucky to have this employee.This was a one night stay on our way home from a trip. My complaint is the carpeting in our room 125 along with the sitting chair, and bedskirts were filthy and stained. Found a random sock under the bed. Bathroom, kitchen area & dining table were clean. Just my two cents but if my room reflects reat of hotel, you need to do a deep cleaning.

I have frequented this location several times within the past year. This most recent visit was disappointing. Customer service was amazing. My room was far from clean...objects in view under sofa sleeper. Carpet didnt look vacummed. Bathroom floor needed sweeping and mopping. Bed uncomfortable and flat pillows. I only got breakfast on my departure and the milk was not sour or expired but it was VERY bitter tasting. I had to spit it out to keep to prevent getting sick later. In not sure what has happened since my previous stays; but in not staying there again. Its a shame because that location is close to my family

We loved the location and the size of our room!

My stay at TownePlace was great. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Chose this location due to its proximity to area attractions. Love the Jeffersonville area. We were able to walk to some of the shops nearby. The breakfast wasn't anything special. Typical offerings you find at similar hotels. My door key had to be reprogrammed. Not sure why it quit working. Overall, it was a good stay.

The Town place hotel is very convenient, looking the great walkable bridge in Jeffersonville . We had an issue with the hot water in the bathroom shower so the front desk offered a room change. The room had hot water but the TV wasn’t working. So we trade our suite with great views but no hot water for another one with no working TV

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were very nice. The mattresses are very comfortable and the bed linen is pleasant to the touch. We had a spacious bathroom. Our room also had a kitchen equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator and microwave, with the necessary utensils. The breakfast was varied and fresh.

We only had a two nights stay, but the room was accommodating for a much longer stay with a full-size refrigerator, coffee maker even a dishwasher, everything you need for eating in even. Nice little park across the street and good coffee shops and restaurants walking distance.

The property was clean and located in a very nice neighborhood. However the air conditioner was very loud.

The stay was overall amazing, there was a slight issue with the bathtub trying to get it to fill but the shower worked just fine but everything else was great!

Room was very clean. Really like how big the suites are. Nice size fridge with ice tray. Full size table to eat at. Only thing was the bed isnt as comfy as some of the other places we have stayed, but that could just be a personal preference thing.

Hotel is on a great location and staff are friendly and helpful. That being said, we asked to verify our room would be cleaned and they advised it would be. Left, came back at 3, still not cleaned, asked again and by 8 the maid put towels in the bathroom. Not cleaned or bed made. Nothing as a refund could be fine because we booked through Hotels.com

Just across the Ohio River, we were able to walk the nearby pedestrian bridge and enjoy the nice westher. Many food options within walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodations were well kept. An excellent value!

We booked a king bed studio apartment. When we arrived we were told by the front desk that the manager switched our reservation to 2 queens. Never received an email back with no answers from staff and no manager on duty.

We purchased 2 queen rooms. 1 room was ready and the second we was told was being cleaned. Around 3:15 after asking again the room was not being cleaned and couldn’t be cleaned for some reason. Ended up getting a king room which is not what we needed. We were in town for a wedding. Coffee area was dirty and trash was spilling over Breakfast at 9 was gone and doors to juice area was closed down. Older lady on shift was rude and made us feel like we weren’t welcome. She went around and whispered the reason that there was an issue with the breakfast. There were 3 families in lobby wanting food she walked up to two families and explained in a quite voice what was going on and as I stared at her awaiting for her to approach my family she walked on. We requested towns and was told they didn’t have any and wouldn’t have them until 8am. We requested towels again at 8am and was told they were in the dryer and housekeeping would bring them. Went back at 10 requested demanding line side we only had an hour before departure They then was brought within 10 minutes. Not the best stay. Having the full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stovetop was nice and enjoyable. Great location next to the bridge. Wished the service and my room would’ve been better. In town for a wedding and purchases the extra room for the bride and groom

The hotel itself is in good shape. Room was a little odd in layout. But the main problem I had was with the key. Could not get in my room shortly after check-in and had to get help, who kept asking me if someone was in my room. After they got me in the key worked the rest of their night, but failed again in the morning. Took almost an hour for the staff person to figure it out, and clearly it seemed more like I was inconveniencing her rather than the other way around being trapped out of my room and on a time crunch. The pool was warm, which was nice, and the hot tub was hot. But some inconsiderate guests made that a bad experience too. So while the hotel was clean it had many other issues.

From the minute we walked in to the minute we left we felt so welcome. The General Manager Sheila was WONDERFUL. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Linda was so sweet. From the moment we walked in to check-in her smile made me feel so safe and relaxed. She told us where all the attractions were in the area. We ended spending $100 at Schmits Candy store!! She sent us to Iron Steak house and we got the best steaks ever!!! The evening staff were just as nice. Our room was clean and smelled great and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Misty at the front desk was very helpful and inviting. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be coming back to this location anytime we are in the area.

Arrived to a locked hotel with no staff to help. Had to go elsewhere even though I already paid.

Nearby playground, great area, close to downtown Louisville without the chaos.

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice area. Free parking. 4 min from downtown Louisville but away from the wandering homeless. Great room.

Clean, parking was great. The breakfast was great. The gentleman who worked the breakfast was fantastic very helpful. He also gave me some great history about the area.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and convenient, and at a great price. Our only real complaint is that the coffee in the lobby was terrible! Truly the worst I’ve ever had. The breakfast overall was not very good.

Rate was affordable and room was clean. Ran out of food at breakfast which was disappointing and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check out.

The free breakfast and coffee service was disappointing. The food was prepackaged for the most part, and the milk was all curdled and sour. Why bother if this is what you offer?
