Room outdated but clean and spacious. Staff in reception really busy (also in SPA reception) and clearly understaffer and a bit undfriendly also due to the high workload they had. Biggest disappointment was that no restaurant services are available before 5pm, no drinks, no pool bar, nothing. There is a kiosk but after a long drive to the hotel we wanted to enjoy a quick drink in lobby bar and pool bar, but these werent available. Dont understand the hotel thinking process on this. Breakfast was quite ok, busy but seating was available. Parking also available behind the hotel in ok price. But overall, i wont propably stay again due the lack of basic hotel services.

Great room, great breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful. Try out the spa, although the jacuzzi was cold. Hotel is near a busy stop that takes you into central Tampere.

Really nice area and super service with good food and parking facilities connected to the Hotel. Stunning view At 9th floor with a nice balcony. Old but so Nice and a full pentry. I will come back for sure!
