Stay was good. Friendly staff nice modern room and shower was nice. Thing to improve could be to have cleat marking of hotels parking slots. It was bit confusing if we ate on correct side or not (it was instructed in check-in but much better to have signs outside as clear indication as there is so many other parking systems signs even in area that is allowed for hotel quests)

The difficulties in parking were dishonestly hidden from any information about this hotel. You must pay 24 eur per day to park in a very restricted set of parking spots without any guarantee that you will get one. Leaving your spot does not guarantee you will have another one when you get back—despite paying!! And if you end parking before the daily rate, you end up paying TRIPLE the hourly price.

Everything was ok, clean room, helpful staff. We didn’t have a breakfast whiowas quite expensive on the top of the room charge. Parking is also quite expensive but you can park on the near by streets cheaper/for free. Nice stay 👍

Had no fridge working during my stay for 1 week. I was advised that this may take more than 1 week to fix. Room bedding has to be replace (dirts covered by fancy covers but from inside disgusting). Some staff are kind and helpful and others are not. About 10-12 minutes walk to the center. Breakfast was too crowded and did not find a place to sit! No much facilities!

Some hair in the bed sheets but all in all it's a good hotel. Reception was extremely good, nice and helpful. Joined their e-mail spamming list to get presumably better floor. Don't know if that works for real? No minibar but there was a fridge.

Good location and friendly service. Basic breakfast, small breakfast area. Good sound insulation in the room. The security latch at the door was broken and had a sharp edge. One towel had a stain. Small parking area was full, had to take our car elsewhere.

Flot hotel, meget flinke personaler. Okay morgenmad, dog lidt kedeligt brød og mindre sprødt bacon. Og man skal ikke komme lidt sent til morgenmad, alt blev taget væk præcist. Rengøring også okay, dog blev brugt glas og kopper ikke taget med.

It was overall a good stay but the room could have been cleaner. There were odd stains on the furniture and curtains and the place where the cups and mugs are placed was very dusty. The espresso machine's water container was also stained. On the other hand the staff was very kind, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also wonderful, with a delicious fresh honey straight from the honey comb and great coffee.

Nice room but loud noise all night - not from AC in the room but there was a stairwell with huge pipes nearby, which i think caused it. Also bin in bathroom was not emptied after previous guests, so that was pretty disgusting. Limited breakfast. Overall not worth the over the top price and the issues have left a very bad taste. worth thd

Gutes Hotel Ein gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Frühstück war gut, Lage ist hinter dem Bahnhof auch gut. Schade nur, dass man kein Fenster im Zimmer öffnen kann zum Lüften.

Absolutely outstanding staff. Every single employee was kind, courteous, and willing to help with any guest needs. Sandra went out of her way to help my co-worker find his lost phone which had been turned in to Tampere lost and found. It is a very nice hotel, near a convention center, with very good restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet. The room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay in Tampere. Visit the Lenin Museum for some interesting history.

The hotel was about a 7-minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the center of town, and right next to a beautiful park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I also had a beautiful view of the sunsets. Breakfast was very good as well, although I had to pay an additional fee for it. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Tampere.
