Unica caratteristica che e proprio il marchio distintivo di Omena è l'assenza di personale a contatto diretto col cliente... non reception, ne servizi bar o breakfast nella struttura. Questo consente una tariffa competiiva. Convenzione breakfast in un bar vicino a 13 €.

Las escaleras y elevador bastante sucio y afuera del edificio también , no tiene ventilación y hacía mucho calor, deberían contratar a alguien que limpie porque se ve muy sucio, la habitación mejor, pero no se puede regular el aire acondicionado.

Good sized space. Room was supposed to have a tv but there was not one. There were mounting brackets on the wall where a tv was supposed to be. No front desk or concierge so no way to notify them of the issue. Very convenient location if you do not need to worry about finding parking for a car.

Love this hotel. You are provided with codes for access to thr building and your emailed designated room. The room that i was allocated had everything i needed including a microwave! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Really good value for money.

Salle de bains inondée a chaque utilisation. Nous avons été si peu satisfait que nous avons annulé la réservation que nous avions à Helsinki avec cette chaîne d'hôtel. Seul point positif : l'emplacement, 5 mn à pied de la gare ferroviaire ou de la gare routière, et à proximité des lieux d'intérêt.

Fördel: Fräscht hotell mitt i stan. Nära till allt och hade parkeringshus i närheten. Nackdel: Inga dörröppnare (handikappanpassat) och våra extrasängar hade ej kuddar eller täcke. Det kostade även att ringa hotellet.

very good location, clean, quiet, the code to open the door excellent solution and precise in providing the code before arrival. they also came by to change the towels and tidy up the room during the stay. all conveniences close.

Riktigt bra läge. Sängen var skönt, rummet rent och rymligt.

My stay was overall ok, but because I've once had a really horrible hotel experience involving critters, I always check the beds immediately when I arrive and before I unpack. The sheets were clean, but there was quite a lot of hair and dirt between the mattresses, which was gross and made it feel like the whole room was unclean. The headboard was dusty and there was an old piece of someones fake eyelash stuck in the headboard which I first thought was a spider or something lol. Could also find some hair on the floor in the shower. But this was one of the cheapest places to stay in the town, so I was not expecting it to be tiptop, but maybe give the cleaning crew a bit more time for each room? Otherwise I had a good stay, did not hear much from the neighbours and the tv was of a good size. The check-in worked really well over text.

Tiny rooms not fit for 4

Very handy for a quick stay. Unfortunately there wasn't much sound dampening and therer was a group of people running down the hallway in the middle of the night banging on all the doors.

It's in the center. Many shops and restaurants. Business friendly and quiet space.

Nice, big room with comfortable beds and a large bathroom! Right in the heart of Tampere close to the train station.

room had poor air conditioning and two pillows were missing (for the sofa beds) and one sofa bed was broken, so it made a terrible noise every time you would turn. other people staying in were noisy

Omena hotel in center of Tampere. Good connections to everywhere. There is no staff and checkin trough telephone. Sometimes very noicy pleace when people partying. Excellent value for money if you just want to sleep.

They forgot to send the code for the door!
