Stayed for work and location was excellent. I have it 3 stars for these three reasons. 1. They have a mattress topper on the bed, which would be fine if it was secured. However as it was not everytime I move the mattress topper moved ending up half way off the bed by morning so sleep was not great. 2. There fire door step (i am presuming that's what itwas) is a safety risk. On a stripped floor they have it covered with sripped tape and no 'mind the step' sign in any language. I tried over it hurting my toe and many others at conference complained about this also. 3.The showers are tiny and hard to maneuver around foor

Excellent breakfast if you ignore scrambled eggs which are as horrible as they tend to be at many hotel breakfasts. Water pressure ridiculously low in the shower! They always reply that it's good for environment but if that's the case, why don't they get rid of the bathtubs and that black mold. Also I didn't understand how you're supposed to open the minibar?
