This was the most incredible hotel I have ever visited! From the iconic lobby on the 80th floor to the club on the 70th and the spa on the 64th floor. Service was fantastic and truly deserves a 6 star rating.

Wonderful room, very large, with a magnificent bathroom, dressing room and separate toilet. Well stocked minibar, very comfortable bed and seating area and, best of all, a view to die for. Superb chef in Atria and staff who went out of their way to cater for our vegetarian diet. Great gym, yoga room and pool. Really can’t fault the place. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Special nod to Grace on front desk who was a delight, upgraded us and provided a bottle of fizz when we found out we were visiting our daughter in Melbourne.
Wonderful room, very large, with a magnificent bathroom, dressing room and separate toilet. Well stocked minibar, very comfortable bed and seating area and, best of all, a view to die for. Superb chef in Atria and staff who went out of their way to cater for our vegetarian diet. Great gym, yoga room and pool. Really can’t fault the place. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We recently spent 3 nights at the Ritz Carlton in Melbourne for my husband’s birthday. The hotel is modern and luxurious, rooms spacious and very clean. The lobby located on the 80th floor has incredible views over the city, as did our room on the 66th floor. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were well equipped with ammenities. Pool was stunning, however a little cold for a leisurely swim. We arrived just after 12pm, however our room wasn’t available for another 2.5 hours. I was a little disappointed that nothing special was organised for my husband’s birthday (mentioned in booking notes and upon check-in) considering we have stayed at far cheaper hotels who have provided a complimentary bottle of champagne or plate of chocolates for a special occasion such as this. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, service was excellent and rooms were stunning. We hope to return one day in the future.

Gorgeous 5 star luxury! We had a great break for a girls trip away. The staff were attentive and the amenities were stunning, everything you’d expect from a Ritz. Loved the pool and loved the sauna, if you are on the fence about staying here just book it! You won’t regret it.

A new hotel with well developed and classic Ritz Carlton service and warmth! I stayed in the club level which meant I had access to different food throughout the day (as well as drinks all day). The Club level team, the doormen, the concierge, the front of house team, the spa team, the Atria team were all an absolute delight to be around. The food at Atria was divine, my hot stone massage was heaven (Isabella), the welcoming mojitos and chats with the club team were delightful. The room was perfect, the bed heavenly, the bathroom/shower/separate WC and accessories (Diptyque) were all pretty perfect too.

Something off about this hotel. From the way you enter reception- cold feel of the swimming pool area- the way you enter the bathroom to access spa and sauna- separate male only and female only spa/sauna. Over rated and over priced in my view.

I can only say good things about this property. The building is well managed and maintained. The facilities were spot on, but the highlight was the service. Everyone from the Doorman, to the Club Team and the Concierge were flawless. We felt cared for and nothing was too much trouble. The weekend was a complete pleasure and we will be back.

For a Ritz Carlton, I was expecting a lot more & also the fact that it was much more expensive than other five star hotels nearby. The breakfast option was dismal. It got very boring after the second day and we were there for four days. Unlike other hotels and resorts of this grade, it was just selected options on the menu, same thing everyday. It was not a buffet selection of breakfast that we were used to at five star hotels and resorts. Lottie at check in also wasn’t that helpful, and missed any check in notes we made when we booked. We were pre-celebrating my partner’s 50th and our baby’s early birthday, so little details like that went unnoticed. Other staff members were fine, one even gave our baby a toy, she also works at check in counter. The pool and bathroom areas could have been cleaned more regularly. We asked for our bed sheets to be changed, they weren’t. The complimentary water bottles were pretty cheap and in paper box… Overall, great location but not the five star feeling we were expecting to get and is used to.

The height of the hotel lobby and rooms is fantastic. Great views, even from the north facing rooms although you do look over an apartment block. The panoramic view rooms over the bay would be spectacular. Room was big and quite nice. Bed was good. Lobby is lovely as is the lobby bar. Didn't use the pool or gym so can't comment on this. Breakfast was a disappointment - food quality was good but I do prefer a buffet breakfast over a limited el la carte menu.

Everything would be perfect if they didn’t accidentally charge my credit card while I had prepaid with Expedia. Furthermore, they didn’t check the minibar usage properly and added extra items which I didn’t consume at all. Although the team resolved the issue promptly, they really need to review their billing process.

For a Ritz Carlton, I was expecting a lot more & also the fact that it was much more expensive than other five star hotels nearby. The breakfast option was dismal. It got very boring after the second day and we were there for four days. Unlike other hotels and resorts of this grade, it was just selected options on the menu, same thing everyday. It was not a buffet selection of breakfast that we were used to at five star hotels and resorts. Lottie at check in also wasn’t that helpful, and missed any check in notes we made when we booked. We were pre-celebrating my partner’s 50th and our baby’s early birthday, so little details like that went unnoticed. Other staff members were fine, one even gave our baby a toy, she also works at check in counter. The pool and bathroom areas could have been cleaned more regularly. We asked for our bed sheets to be changed, they weren’t. The complimentary water bottles were pretty cheap and in paper box… Overall, great location but not the five star feeling we were expecting to get and is used to.

A new hotel with well developed and classic Ritz Carlton service and warmth! I stayed in the club level which meant I had access to different food throughout the day (as well as drinks all day). The Club level team, the doormen, the concierge, the front of house team, the spa team, the Atria team were all an absolute delight to be around. The food at Atria was divine, my hot stone massage was heaven (Isabella), the welcoming mojitos and chats with the club team were delightful. The room was perfect, the bed heavenly, the bathroom/shower/separate WC and accessories (Diptyque) were all pretty perfect too.

The Ritz-Carlton was exactly what I wanted and needed. Five stars indeed, and highly recommended. The service was impeccable. The attention to detail in every matter (comforting aromas that weren't toxic, the beds pillows and linen, the choices of cutlery, the toiletries, etc) was wonderful. Even the carpet was pure delight under my bare feet! My room was both cozy and spacious. Atria! The "buffet" breakfast was outstanding; the quality of produce was exquisite, and the hearty croissants were a Dream. This place is worth a visit for any dining experience. The staff, in every interaction were just delightful. Sure it is Their job - but there was a sincerity in service that was greatly refreshing and soothing. One particular hostess went on a journey to try and find out about a lovely piece in the bathroom I stayed in and was to get back to Me - Oh, She did! The only thing that surprised Me was that the tea selection in the room was not quite to the standard of the rest of the offerings in the room. And, the lovely snack drawer was low in stock on my arrival; I was looking forward to a nice biscuit with a cup of tea after a long travel over. Truly, if You want quality service on all levels, with a safe haven to stay, or just stay in at - this place delivers on All levels. I look forward to returning. The Cameo Bar - a stunning, seductive space, perfect for a quiet night cap, or a relaxed moment amongst stunning views.

Wonderful room, very large, with a magnificent bathroom, dressing room and separate toilet. Well stocked minibar, very comfortable bed and seating area and, best of all, a view to die for. Superb chef in Atria and staff who went out of their way to cater for our vegetarian diet. Great gym, yoga room and pool. Really can’t fault the place. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Special nod to Grace on front desk who was a delight, upgraded us and provided a bottle of fizz when we found out we were visiting our daughter in Melbourne.

Service on arrival is just top. Ground lobby and reception on 80th floor just breath taking. Fantastic service. Fantastic tasty dishes for breakfast. Breakfast bit complicated. In my opinion negative. You have to choose 1 dish out of 4 different subjects. No chance to mix with small changes. Ex yoghurt and fruit same category. Big portions, so if you ask for half yoghurt and fruit, you get anyway 2 portions, eat half and pay for extra dish??? Breakfast should be enjoyed also for guests who et little and many different dishes. We had room with fantastic view, very business like. Preferred coach and not meeting table. Bottom line we enjoyed our stay very much.

Where to start.. I visited Ritz Carlton Melbourne to surprise my girlfriend as a token of my appreciation for her. The Ritz Carlton did not disappoint, the service from the staff - room service; 10/10 communication skills, speed of delivery. Very relaxing and very luxury. Very Wow’d.. definitely take your special person here to experience this environment. Definitely coming back as a regular ! I’m still dreaming

The height of the hotel lobby and rooms is fantastic. Great views, even from the north facing rooms although you do look over an apartment block. The panoramic view rooms over the bay would be spectacular. Room was big and quite nice. Bed was good. Lobby is lovely as is the lobby bar. Didn't use the pool or gym so can't comment on this. Breakfast was a disappointment - food quality was good but I do prefer a buffet breakfast over a limited el la carte menu.
