This location is run down and the items that are said to be available for the kitchen were not. Apparently the *only coffee maker was broken and they didn’t have silverware because *other guests have taken them so we had to purchase our own at Target. Our kitchen needed to be cleaned when we arrived (food and grease on the counters). The pool was dirty and the outside door near our room didn’t latch so it was not secure ever!

Super convenient to the airport - a quick 7 minutes! And a ton of EV chargers. Runway noise until 11pm and after 6am but that's expected. Large kitchen with appliances and pots/pans available

Hotel staff never salted the entrance ways or parking area they both are covered in snow the entire stay Hotel pool has algae growing on the bottom surface , management is never available and the staff barely speaks English

Only one elevator way at the other end of the corridor. The entrances reeked of weed. The carpet at the entrances needs a good vacuum. The blow dryer never worked and was never replaced. The clock/alarm never worked and never replaced in the 5 days I stayed there. I was told to put the dirty towels outside my door for pickup which were still there after 4 days. Garbage can at the end of the hall was overflowing so I had nowhere to empty my wastebaskets. Obviously they're very understaffed. Being from out of town now I know I will never stay at Extended Stay of America anywhere !

Person checking us in was super unfriendly. Pool was disgusting and not even running. Kids running above our room till midnight. Sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Went to the front desk, nobody there. Guys outside our room smoking all night. Breakfast that is “included” was a tiny muffin. No coffee at breakfast. This place is horrendous.

The room concept was great with full kitchen in a standard double. Unfortunately the room e was not clean...dust, stains on the walls, floors, broken lamp shades, etc. The sheets, pillows, towels were all clean though. The bed was comfortable. The worst was the clientele. People fighting all hours of the night, smoking drugs outside the doors, propping open doors with sticks. The yelling was inside and outside the hotel. I did not feel safe my last night there, I thought someone was going to be shot or stabbed.

The breakfast was meager. The treadmill in the gym was broken. The pool was dirty. There were no toasters or coffee makers available for the room. The wi-fi kept shutting off and had to be reset. Otherwise, it's a functional, decent place to stay for the price.

We've stayed here several times. Cleanliness has always been a concern in the rooms and common areas. The staff was nice and accommodating.. i just have one warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I used the computer in the business center and some kind of way i was hacked. Someone changed my phone number, password and even factory reset my phone... I LOST EVERYTHING!!! PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS IF YOU NEED TO USE THE COMPUTER. This was a lesson i had to learn the hard way.

I've stayed at many hotels in my travels, and this by far was the dirtiest, loudest, smelliest hotel I ever went to. While complaining to the staff, two other families came up to complain as well. Room looked as if it was never cleaned. Dirty floors, sticky counters, actual gum stuck to the wall, something was splattered in the other wall, dirty mirrors and dirty toilet and shower. I literally slept with the lights on because I was waiting for bugs to come out of hiding. The staff made promises about getting someone to clean room, and for two days... never did. Was actually over charged as well and won't get a call back.

was very dirty rooms. The bathtub was badly stained. Water in the tub and toilet drain slowly. I had two rooms for three nights. Never seen anyone from house keeping. I moved my dresser to get to the outlet, There was too much dirt and trash behind the dresser. I will never stay at another extended suite hotel again. I can be contacted at 504-301-8807. This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The sheet was stained, the floors were dirty and sticky, there was a stray pill on the shelf, there was garbage on the floor, my dog found a used qtip, there was a dead bug squished on the wall, and the counters were not clean. The room also smelled like cigarettes and dog pee. Then when I went to complain and got new sheets, I pulled off the old sheet and the mattress was covered in dog hair. Completely disgusting. Will never stay again.

Overall the place is dirty and not kept up with. Room was also dirty, dusty. There were hair and debris in the bed and the worse was the restroom, the toilet and tub were pretty bad. No toiletries left in the room, we had to go ask.

Simply said you got what you paid. The room is not the sound proof, a lot of noise and speaks from the neighbor room after mid night. the wifi offered the basic speed 5mbps and limited time, I stayed one night and the free wifi stopped to serve before checkout, and asked you pay more in order to use.

King bed was very comfortable, for pricing they need to do a few things to make the place people want to stay. There were. No glasses to get a drink of water, no bath soap or shampoo in room. No microwave, no coffee, for a room with a huge kitchen no table or chairs , blow dryer didn’t work. The breakfast small muffin,packages of oatmeal (no milk) only flavored creamer. The area big enough for a normal hotel breakfast. All in all it served our purpose for a short stay but could be so much better with just a little effort. Also pet fee is high!

The ac was leaking and when reported no action was taken to fix it. Beds were really small and they limit you to the number of device you can log onto with the internet (max 3) even thought we paid for 4 guest. We were there for 2 nights and no cleaning/house keeping was provided. The internet was horrible and the electronic door kept beeping once you enter or exist the door.

Conveniently located near the airport and food and shopping, walls are thin a decent place to stay if you want the ability to make food some days. The kitchen works and you need to get your kitchen utensils and cookware from the front desk. It’s an ok clean stay. I like how the hotel is kind of set back away from main traffic. As far as safety goes that is a nice perk for those who Solo travel like myself.

Very noisy due to being located directly in the flight path of Buffalo Airport. Flights from 5:30am to 11:30pm really interrupt sleep. Also noise inside with the slamming of doors until about midnight from other patrons. Very poor sleep. Smaller rooms than normal ESAs. Interior had a bumpy floor by the AC unit as well.

Good place to stay for the price. A couple of things in the room didn't work properly (bed lamp switch broken, shower knob was partially missing). Otherwise, it was clean and spacious. Really close to the airport.

We are happy with the cleanliness of the room and toilet. The kitchen amenities are a plus. We are just disappointed with the wifi as it is unavailable on our 2nd and last day. The staff are not as helpful with our request for access. At this day and age, internet access is a must for hotel stays an is part of what we have paid for.Please try to improve this service.

This place was adequate. I think that sums it up completely. Adequate. The air traffic overhead settled down about 11:00. The noisy neighborhood settled about then as well. There was a tub and I was able to have it hold water for a while by covering the drain w the plastic that the soap came in. Not very adequate just adequate.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was there for a surgery in Buffalo. The room we initially got didn’t have an a work AC unit. The room never got cooler than 78. We said something to one of the staff and they immediately switched our room to a new one with everything working properly. They also provided us with a cart to make moving our luggage to the other room easier.

We checked in at 5p on 7/3 and were told all of the kitchen items - coffee makers, etc, were all given out and there were no more available. Our room was dirty when we arrived and had a strong odor. At 10:45p a hotel employee entered our room without knocking, using a master key card and scaring me to death. We were told he meant to go into a room further down the hall. At 12:15a, the oder got stronger and we noticed raw sewage in the shower. We were moved to another room at 12:30a that was also very dirty (see photo of shower door) and had a strong smell of sewer gas. We were afraid to use the shower in the room because we thought the possibility of sewage backing up was high due to the smell. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager and was told he wasn’t available. We left early in the morning and stayed with friends for the day. We stopped back at the room around 5p and noticed the bed was covered with white particles - it was pieces of the popcorn ceiling that was falling. I took some of the pieces of the ceiling to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager and was again told he wasn’t available. At this point, we packed up the car and left. We returned to speak to the manager and return the keys at 9a on our scheduled check out day and was told again that there was no one that could speak to us about all of these issues and we would not be refunded and money.

We stopped back at the room around 5p and noticed the bed was covered with white particles - it was pieces of the popcorn ceiling that was falling. I took some of the pieces of the ceiling to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager and was again told he wasn’t available. At this point, we packed up the car and left. We returned to speak to the manager and return the keys at 9a on our scheduled check out day and was told again that there was no one that could speak to us about all of these issues and we would not be refunded and money.

When we arrived I waited at the desk for about 10 minutes because a sign was put there stating the night employee was helping another guest and to call “0000” using the courtesy phone. After waiting (and now another family behind me) I dialed. While the worker answered and was to the desk within a few minutes, we learned they were eating food somewhere and that was frustrating. Why not eat in the office behind the front desk and be aware of guests if you are the only employee? The bathroom, specifically the tub/shower was disgusting. Hair still on the shower wall from previous guests, an absolutely filthy tub that needs to be resurfaced, and a shower handle with no handle (pictures included). Do yourself, and your family a favor, and go somewhere else. This was not as clean as previous Extended Stays we have used in the past.

Only took 3 rooms to get an acceptable room that door didn't break at hinge , bed was smaller in 2nd room than we booked and third room they just cleaned for us which was great of them, desk clerk tried but ! Also come to find out that there is no airport shuttle service and long term parking is extra!! Which we call Extended Stay about before booking and was assured that these services were available but is not! And Expedia did not list on the booking either. All in all room is adequate.

I was not pleased with the service. Our room key wouldn’t work, therefore we could only leave the room one at a time. We expressed the door was messed up and they made it an issue to move us to a different room. It should’ve never been a hassle, seeing how I was a paying customer and was inconvenienced. The hotel seems decent however they have a very unclear late check-in policy. Valuable lessons were learned when it comes to arriving later to a hotel. Despite having two nights booked our entire reservation was cancelled even after an attempt to contact the location about a late arrival (we were driving overnight and needed a place to sleep when we arrived). Policy should be more explicitly stated.

My impression prior to arrival was apprehensive. I received an email stating that if I canceled or tried to change the reservation, I forfeited the reservation and there would be no refund. The location is excellent. The building is yet under construction. I was assigned 2 rooms that were yet being renovated before getting a sufficient room. The service was poor. The young desk clerks during the day seemed to be bothered by my presence. When I approached the desk for something there was no greeting or May I help you? They would just look at me, so I would start talking. Had to ask for towels and there weren’t any available on the last day of trip. Poor breakfast: coffee or tea, granola bars, muffins or you could make oatmeal. I was charged room damage deposits. None of the rooms were damaged and I haven’t received any notification of being reimbursed for the damage deposit fees. This hotel has potential if they make some adjustments (get people friendly clerks) and more linens. This can become a great place to visit.

Very noisy due to being located directly in the flight path of Buffalo Airport. Flights from 5:30am to 11:30pm really interrupt sleep. Also noise inside with the slamming of doors until about midnight from other patrons. Very poor sleep. Smaller rooms than normal ESAs. Interior had a bumpy floor by the AC unit as well.

The location and basic services were fine, but it was a really pathetic free breakfast—hot water for powdered beverages and packets of oatmeal, small, empty calorie muffins—that was it. No fruit, no yogurt, no real milk; very disappointing. Also, very noisy from nearby airplanes coming and going from the airport.

There are no signs on the building at all, which is confusing. Absolutely nothing fancy about the accommodations but everything worked fine. Omg, where should I start, what a difference 2 years can make. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago in 2024, it was clean and spotless. I recently stayed for 2 days and couldn’t wait to leave, the conditions of the upkeep were terrible! The shower molded tiles and the cobwebs found over the bed from the ceiling, The “weed” scent in the hallway who wants to smell that it was to be a smoke free environment. The little children in the parking lot playing was crazy!!The loud music playing until 2am was ridiculous. The children running over your head and in the hallways as if they were in the park up until 10pm, the baby crying all night long, seemed to be hungry and needed to be feed. The strange men walking around in the parking lot look in the window. The banging of the window to let them in. The pool looked soapy and dull more like a bathtub instead of a pool. The side exit door beginning left open for what look like strangers sneaking in was scary and alarming, so I decided to complain to the front desk. I asked besides the out of town visitors like myself are their displaced families living at this hotel? He responded YES! I said so that explains all that am seeing on day one. Sunday couldn’t come quick enough I thought in my head, I spent the remaining time outside up early until 10pm on Saturday. Sunday I was up and out before the sun came up! Never again will I be staying at this hotel !!! Don’t stay there !!

The room was not completely clean. There was some places in the room where there was food items. Walls had dirt on them. The iron’s cord was broken in two and just twisted together to work. Very loud throughout the hallways. I get it that people live there; however it was loud. I do like that security was on site the entire time we were there. I also like that we had access to silverware, plates and cookware.
