No one was at the counter and they didnt share self- check in info as promised. No phone calls or texts answered after 11 pm...flight delayed and no hotel after international flight. Unsatisfactory and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff was awesome. Outside was dangerously slippery and no one was available to put salt down. Our room had minimal amenities.

When we arrived, we were told the hotel had been overbooked and there was no room available. We were told we could wait for the employee who did the overbooking to return. We were not told when he returned. When we asked, we ultimately got a room. The card key door lock had been removed from the door. We were given a card key that therefore did not work. I had to go back to the lobby and ask for an actual key. This worked. The bathroom fan did not shut off. There were bugs in the room. The water pressure and the heat in the shower were good. Better than the other places I stayed in Munich. The breakfast was adequate. It was a quick ride by taxi to and from the airport. The mattress on the bed was quite thin.

Breakfast only no other food available. Staff seem under pressure from booking system. Be aware vending machines only take cash or German bank card, causes a problem with stuck in Munich for 3 days do to bed weather
