Great place to stay. Easy to find. Easy check in. Own parking (for $$). Walking distance to great eating/drinking options and along the foreshore. The spa bath was a little luxury too that I didn't expect. Overall, very happy with our stay here. Highly recommend it.

Room was great. Loved the layout. The hall way smelt like garbage mixed with a sickly combination stench of fish and flowers. Gagging everytime we left the elevator or room. There was only one elevator so sometimes there is a long queue and expensive car parking on site. Great location and clean room. Staff were friendly.

The room is stuffy with no AC. We booked 2 bedroom and one room has no AC. Hairdryer is broken and the car park is overbooked which makes parking a nightmare at certain times of the day. Accessibility to the room is poor, with very steep staircases which makes transporting luggage very difficult and is not disabled friendly.

The whole process, from booking, a special request, checking in and out, was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and view was fantastic. Available car parking is always a bonus, just a shame it’s an extra expense. None the less, I would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely stay. Bed was so comfortable, the room had everything we needed. The location is so convenient, walking distance to almost everything you need. Our view was beautiful over the park and Bay. One small thing that could be so easy to fix. The windows were really grubby and covered in cobwebs. It just lets the place down as the room itself was spotlessly clean. It wouldn’t stop me booking again though.

Cleaners left a row of smelly rubbish bags along the corridor on way in, which sat there for hours and hours. They left residue on carpet when bags were finally removed. Not sure if it was an outsourced cleaning company but it was a hot day and whole place smelled of garlic and body odour with no ventilation. Room itself was quite dated, it was okay, does the job and not super unpleasant but not a particularly nice place to stay. Appreciated views of the water and fireworks. Good central location which we used as base for further travel into Bellarine region.

The room was okay. The front porch was very dusty. Had uncomfortable wire seating with a tiny low table. -There was no egg flip utensil. -No salt and pepper. Had to call reception and asked them to bring some. The bottom of the shower door was very dirty.

Big, comfortable room overlooking the water. Big balcony. The kitchenette had a full size oven, two-burner stove and half-size dishwasher, making it an ideal place for longer stays. The kitchen could be better equipped. The knives were completely blunt (almost unusable), and there were no cloths or scrubbers, making washing up nearly impossible. There was washing up liquid but no dishwasher tablets, so I couldn’t even throw things in the dishwasher instead. For a longer stay, I would have bought some kitchen essentials, but we were only staying one night so I just had to make do.

2 nights room 503A one bedroom ocean view apartment. Nice, huge corner balcony with spectacular views. TV in both living room and bedroom, comfortable bed, opening window in bedroom but had to close it due to street noise, very loud as vehicles have to slow down for crossing bump, then rev up again. No air con in bedroom so ended up stuffy and hot under doona, but did find blanket on 2nd night. Overall we found the living space, kitchen and bathroom especially to be fab, ( great lighting and ventilation) but bedroom could be improved with soundproofing and air con.

The hotel is in an excellent position within walking distance of almost everything. Our suite was spacious and had wonderful views across the waterfront. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly and efficiently sorted out. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Yvette on reception was especially good - thanks. We went to a concert at the performing arts centre and would recommend this as something to do when you are in Geelong.

Das Hotel liegt im touristischen Zentrum von Geelong. Von nahe gelegenen Haltestellen fahren Busse in Richtung Queenscliff, Torquay und zu anderen sehenswerten Orten ab. Ein Coles-Supermarkt ist fünf Minuten entfernt. Mein Apartment war groß. Vom Balkon aus hatte man auch einen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Küche war in Ordnung, aber dürftig ausgestattet. Mir persönlich waren die Bettmatratzen etwas zu weich, da ich als großer Mann beim Liegen leicht eingesunken bin. Im Bad gab es Kalkrückstände im Fußbereich der Dusche, wodurch es etwas schäbig aussah. Sehr positiv fand ich, dass nach meiner telefonischen Beschwerde über den Zustand des Wasserkochers innerhalb von zehn Minuten ein neues Gerät in mein Zimmer gebracht wurde. Danke! Aufgrund des sehr durchwachsenen Eindrucks würde ich das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

I was greeted by a woman who was less than hospitable. My booking included two adults and one child, and was paid in full. However, the receptionist insisted that I had to pay an extra $60 per night for and extra bed - I was not impressed. That, on top of $20 a night for parking put an additional $160 on my bill which I had not budgeted for.

I booked a lot of places to stay because we are on a holiday as a family. For the cost there wasn’t even a box of tissues at the property. I was given the excuse of dynamic rates ?? many times which I tried to discuss should apply from booking to booking rather than different rates for different days in the same booking . I was charged extra for a bed that didn’t need and I was made to pay 100 extra for a 9 year old kid and much more for the second night . I Tried to discuss with the staff and even the manager . No one listens once they take your money .

I booked with expedia as they promised the best price discount for the comparative stay.....60 dollars less for 3 day stay, to find when i got there from staff that 3rd party bookings didn't include parking, so had to pay the extra 60 back to park my vehicle...misleading to say the least and not very transparent. Staying for 3 days and asked to be located in a seaview room, only to be told that all other rooms were booked for single day because on the football being held at gmhba stadium, you would have thought, customer service wise that someone paying for 3 days would have been prioritised in place of someone for 1 night.....staff seemed pretty disinterested and complacent....had breakfast in the cafe and the girls were more interested in chatting between themselves and customers seemed to be an inconvenience.....crap experience always comes down to care factor and there was none.

Good location near the waterfront and westfield, place was clean and spacious with pay TV which was nice. Bathroom modern and comfortable, not cramped thankfully but a drcent size. Kitche was fine and wrked as needed, place was good value for money.

It's a great location for festival of sails within easy walking distance to the marina and all the action. I'm not a coffee person but apparently the best coffee downstairs from the hotel ;-)

The size of the room and bathroom was great, minimally decorated. A picture on the wall would be nice and add some warmer atmosphere. Some staff were very professional and came across as competent, some not so. Cafe offering breakfast can definitely improve food options, and have something more than raisin bread and focaccias pre-maid during the week, on Sundays.
