Studio 6 Springfield VA Washington DC Southwest

Terrible. Door won't work or open. Wifi don't work.

Room was clean. Newly updated front desk people were good. Loved having the kitchenette I will definitely book here again. It's about 16 minutes from DC, close to shopping and restaurants.

There was NO internet service. I was there 3 nights. I asked and was told it was only out 'once in a blue moon'. Every night must have been a blue moon. The 'manager' simply lied. Others at the hotel told me it was a common problem. I will never go back or recommend this place.

No washcloths

The front staff has been absolutely terrible. We have been staying there three nights a week for several weeks and never do we ever leave the lobby feeling good about where we are staying. They have been hateful and downright nasty. The ice machine does not work. We have decided that we will no longer be giving our money to Motel 6. It is also odd that studio six and Motel 6 are listed as different hotels with different pricing when it is the exact same hotel.
