The staff is very helpful and friendly! Great prices for the 2 bedroom city view! Will definitely book here again if we come back to Phu Quoc!

The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid.

The room is clean, smooth check in and check out. Excellent view of fireworks every night is exceptional. Good location in Sunset Town and good amenities.

I was initially placed on the 10th floor, which had great views, but there was massive construction happening which affected my ability to sleep, so the hotel was nice in moving my room to another building the next day: which was on a 4th floor, so i had a partial view of the city and ocean. The rooms was i. Perfect condition and i loved that i had a washer (no dryer) on the balcony: i would stay again.
