The staff are excellent and helpful. Some of the equipment in the gym is broken so limited especially if there’s more than 1 person in the gym. Breakfast items can sometimes be a bit dry from being left out. The fruit was also old but other than that it’s a fine stay and very convenient for getting on the motorway.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Room is a little on the small side and bathroom badly designed but I would stay here again. Breakfast was good. Car parking excellent.

Alles geweldig. Alleen het gratis parkeren ging niet helemaal goed. Ze hadden mijn kenteken niet gevraagd en betaalde 22 euro bij uitrijden. Ik zou dit nog terugkrijgen maar op heden nog niet gekregen helaas.

Treurigheid qua service. Inchecken via een tablet in de hal. Die heel onhandig opgehangen is waardoor je in een krampachtige houding alle gegevens die je bij de boeking al in had gegeven nogmaals in staat te geven. Geen aanwijzingen waar je de kamers kan vinden. Zoek het zelf maar uit. Hotel en kamer zien er prima uit. Jammer dat in de kamer de bedlampjes het of niet doen of er half aan het snoertje bijhangen. Kapotte zeepdispenser en schimmelvlek in de badkamer maakte het irritatiegevoel af. Natuurlijk kan het erger. Bij terugkomst om 22:20 was de bar al dicht wegens “gebrek aan gasten en we gaan altijd om 22:00 dicht”. Ook Op vrijdagavond dus. Ik snapte het niet. Ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Ruime keus. Prima Koffie. Maar niet een hotel waar ik snel naar terug zou keren. Laten ze zich blijven concentreren op hun vergaderkamers. Die krijgen meer aandacht dan reguliere hotelgasten

Gut erreichbar, großer Parkplatz. Utrecht ist per Bahn gut angebunden, Fußweg ca.25‘. Klimaanlage leider sehr laut, wenn in Betrieb.Ansonsten alles in Ordnung, Kaffee beim Frühstück sehr gut! Als Zwischenstopp für den Touristen gut geeignet. Für Tagungen sicher ein gutes Ambiente wie ich gesehen habe.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, mas tivemos problema com a limpeza do quarto. No dia que chegamos o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e alagou todo o banheiro e a recepcionista foi nos atender e passou algumas toalhas no chão, mas ficou ainda molhado. Outro dia esqueceram de limpar nosso quarto. Quando limpavam não limpavam a pia do banheiro, não trocavam os copos que tínhamos usado e nem jogavam o lixo fora.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, mas tivemos problema com a limpeza do quarto. No dia que chegamos o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e alagou todo o banheiro e a recepcionista foi nos atender e passou algumas toalhas no chão, mas ficou ainda molhado. Outro dia esqueceram de limpar nosso quarto. Quando limpavam não limpavam a pia do banheiro, não trocavam os copos que tínhamos usado e nem jogavam o lixo fora.

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel, das an der Autobahn liegt. Beim Eintritt duftet es angenehm, das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings funktionierte der WLAN-Zugriff im Zimmer nicht. (Angeblich gab es beim Umbau des Hotels Probleme) Als wir uns spontan zum Abendessen im Hotel entschieden, kam keine Bedienung (zu wenig Gäste?). Sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Es gab außerhalb der Essenzeiten frische Getränke (Gurken-Orangen-Wasser) und kleine Snacks (Küchlein, Cracker) zum Mitnehmen. 4 von 5 Sternen insgesamt.

Hotel bom, porém para ser um 4 estrelas precisa melhorar muito. Banheiro antigo, sem nenhuma prateleira para acomodar produtos no box, exaustor não funcionava, cortina de plástico no box, teto baixo. Travesseiros horríveis e sem nenhum frigobar nos quartos, nem cofre.

Kleine kamer, zeker badkamer (ik zat met mijn voeten in de douche als ik op het toilet zat), zeer slecht bed en verplicht vegetarisch ontbijt. Voor die prijs wil ik een ontbijt naar mijn wensen en niet enkel een ei en groenten met een boterham.

No front desk and if there is It’s not visible Lack of employees The ones that do work especially in banquets or conventions act like the coffee/ tea police ( woman with short hair and yellow jacket) If they could they would send you to a concentration camp for sitting in the wrong spot of the hotel yet they have no visible signage. Prima hotel. Irritatie was er wel om het feit dat ik niet contant kan betalen. Meteen een reden om er niet meer naar toe te gaan. En alle milieuvriendelijke onzin stond me ook enorm tegen.

Hotel is fine and the resturant and Bar is plesent. Menü when I was there was 80% veggie. One point to be aware of is I booked rooms for multiple people and selected pay in hotel. Annoyingly 1 day before arrival they booked payments for all the rooms from my card. For me pay in hotel means something else, and I book a lot of rooms. They did credit my card again but it was not easy as they needed supervisor to organise it.

The train station is 20 minutes walking away. A busstop is more near the hotel. The flexibility of the staff, as I had made an error. I came 1 day earlier than I had booked. No problem. I could extend with 1 day earlier. And not having to move to another room the next day.

We were visiting family who live nearby and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean with plenty of hot water and little extra touches throughout. The food at breakfast was delicious and loads of choice even for us fussy Brits !! But best of all was the staff who were so friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. If we return to visit we will definitely book another stay.

The rooms were large, comfortable and clean with plenty of hot water and little extra touches throughout. The food at breakfast was delicious and loads of choice even for us fussy Brits !! Rustig hotel. Bushalte bijna voor de deur, station op 15 minuten lopen. Alles in orde. Moest alleen even aan de draadjes rammelen voor de TV het deed.

Good standard hotel, very comfortable. Staff are welcoming and the property is easy to locate. Very good range on the restaurant menu with great service. I would stay here again

Die Unterkunft hat einen guten Standard, es gibt nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln. Beim Frühstück könnte es durchaus mehr Auswahl (z.B. Wurst, lokale Spezialitäten) geben, aber es war in Ordnung. Das Personal ist kinderfreundlich (wir waren mit einem Kleinkind da). Es gibt mit einem Fußweg von ca. 10-15 Minuten 3-4 Restaurants zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft hat einen guten Standard, es gibt nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln. Beim Frühstück könnte es durchaus mehr Auswahl (z.B. Wurst, lokale Spezialitäten) geben, aber es war in Ordnung. Gut erreichbar, großer Parkplatz. Utrecht ist per Bahn gut angebunden, Fußweg ca.25‘. Klimaanlage leider sehr laut, wenn in Betrieb.Ansonsten alles in Ordnung, Kaffee beim Frühstück sehr gut! Als Zwischenstopp für den Touristen gut geeignet. Für Tagungen sicher ein gutes Ambiente wie ich gesehen habe.

Op zich prima. Douche erg smal en krap. Inrichting erg spartaans voor het aantal sterren dat het hotel zou moeten hebben, maar wel schoon. Ontbijt was echt karig voor wat het koste, dat raad ik niet aan.

The staff are excellent and helpful. Some of the equipment in the gym is broken so limited especially if there’s more than 1 person in the gym. Breakfast items can sometimes be a bit dry from being left out. The fruit was also old but other than that it’s a fine stay and very convenient for getting on the motorway.

Kleine kamer, zeker badkamer (ik zat met mijn voeten in de douche als ik op het toilet zat), zeer slecht bed en verplicht vegetarisch ontbijt. Voor die prijs wil ik een ontbijt naar mijn wensen en niet enkel een ei en groenten met een boterham.

Despite giving reception our vehicle registration nbr on checkin, every time we left the pkg lot, we had to call reception to let us out which was challenging 3/4 times when they were not available to answer. Wifi was unstable and insecure needing to add VPN for safety. Gym equipment was not well maintained, twisted, broken machine cables. Had to ask for extra pillows and caffeinated coffee. No hand towels provided, only bath towels. Shower water did not drain properly as the tiles not slanted to the drain causing flooding on the floor. Fuse in the room blew twice (maybe our adapter ;( Staff couldn't answer any questions about the EV chargers 'totally independent from them' which is fine but for customer service, u wd think they'd want to know a bit about them.

For a hotel that markets itself as business-friendly, I was quite surprised about a couple crucial things: the internet connection was slow and unstable. A couple important online meetings I had dropped because of this and it was highly frustrating. Also, for the day we checked out, I needed to take some other calls after checkout time. I was told by the staff that I had to pay €7 per hour to use the business area if I wasn’t staying overnight that night. I find this ridiculous, since the checkout time is at 11 am and only needed to work until 1pm, and I was a guest at the hotel the previous nights.

Loved all the seating space on the ground floor. Wish there had been a small light next to both sides of the bed. Shower was fabulous. Also needs usb outlets
