Super bra hotell så trevlig personal i receptionen, mindre trevlig personal i frukost restaurangen. Frukost löjligt dyr men helt ok. Väldigt bra gym. Luis i receptionen får högsta betyg, så hjälpsam, trevlig och välkomnande. Hotellrummet var lite dåligt städat i hörnor och vrår.

Skönt rum med stadens utsikt, allt var rent, modernt och fräscht. Det finns en super skön Onzen typ av spa som rekommenderas. Personalen var trevlig och välkomnande och hotellet ligger några steg från en stor shopping center. Glad vistelse i Novotel.

작년 여름휴가 그리고 가끔 식구들과 가요. 한번도 체크인하면서 붐비거나 줄을 선적이 없이 빨랐던 것 같아요! 페이나 식당에 계신 직원분들도 모두 친절하시구요! 근처 용산 아이파크몰 연결 다리가 생기며서 더 편해졌고 아이들과 박물관 기념관 다니는 거리도 가까워서 좋아요! 수영장도 놀기 좋고 사우나도 조용하고 깔끔해요:)

大型スーパーにショッピングセンターもあり駅直結で便利な場所でした。食事に困る事がなく良い立地です。残念なのはホテル室内の衛生面です。バスタブ部屋をお願いしたのに数本の髪の毛やまつ毛もが落ちていて入る気が失せました。本当に掃除はしているのか？非常に不安になり外出時にフロントに伝えましたが部屋の電話でルームチェンジを伝えるよう言われ終了です。髪１本位ならまだ良かったのですが。。またソファーの下が埃だらけで床が絨毯でないので目立つのかもですが一見綺麗なホテルですが掃除が行き届いていないのが明確です。龍山はBTSの事務所もありここにしたのに本当に残念でした。

龍山駅直結でホテルまで行きやすかったです。お部屋も広くて解放感があってとってもくつろげました。朝食も充実していて美味しいです。私的にポタージュが最高でした✨２泊しましたが、少しずつ並んでいるものが違っていることに心遣いを感じました。1つだけ、バスタブがないお部屋だったのが残念でした😢龍山駅は比較的移動も便利でした。また泊まりたいと思います。

We were exhausted from a day of travel. We booked a room for 3 people. When booking on hotels.com it asks for adults and child and the age. We had 2 adults and one 14 year old. When we were checking in she said we were being put in a room with 2 twin beds and no pull our couch or any other sleeping arrangements. We asked where our son was supposed to sleep (a twin bed is very small, just enough for 1 person). She had to get a manager who finally decided they would bring another twin bed into our room. He was laughing and saying that our reservation says we have 2 adults and a child. As if it even mattered at that point. Even if we had a five year old child where would he sleep? We went up to our room and realized just how small it was. We waited and then had to go down stairs to inquire when the bed would be brought because we were ready to go to sleep. They had to remove the very small lounger to make room for the extra bed. We paid way too much money for this room to have this type of accomodations. Also, we came back at 5pm the next day after a long day of sight seeing and our room was being made up. Why so late? Everytime the room was made up we had to ask for coffee, creamer etc. simple things were not restocked. Overall not impressed. There are better places to stay with better accommodations and less cost.

We had such an amazing time here, it was honestly almost perfect the only thing to note is that there were little to no vegetarian options for room service and staff didn’t seem very accommodating. I did see a vegetarian menu online but when I called to ask the staff member said it was for crew only. It was only a minor convenience as we didn’t mind eating out but it would have been nice to have the option to order room service as a veggie! Other than that, our room was great and the amenities were also very very good! As first timers in Seoul, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Would recommend :)

The breakfast buffet was sumptuous, and the bed was very comfortable. On the pet peeve side, why does the cleaning staff (at most hotels, including this one) never replace the black tea bags that I use on the first night I am there? Do they not check what's been used and needs to be replaced? Do they assume that no one ever drinks black tea? Do they not wonder what the two used teacups were used for? I don't get it.
