Large studio with beautiful view of Molokai and water. The beach is small especially at high tide. Quiet property with peaceful family vibe convenient shopping and dining at Ka’anapali Beach area as well as minutes to Kapalua and DT Fleming Beach

This is not a Resort!! Don’t assume you’re coming into a hotel environment like I did. First off they charge an additional resort fee when checking in, and I assumed like all hotels that the staff would be cleaning the room, changing the sheets, and throwing away trash. FALSE! You have to do everything yourself!!! You have to request everything here, they never bring anything to you as courtesy of your stay. You have to request new towels/new bedsheets, change your own sheets, take out your own trash etc. I don’t understand what the resort fee is for in this case. The room also had the AC vent right above the bed and was constantly dripping condensation onto our faces all night while we were sleeping. Parking is also very limited so we asked them where do we park if it gets full, and all they said was to park at the sister resort next door. They would never mention the name of the place no matter how many times we asked for clarification so we were guessing where to park (there are multiple resorts/hotels near this property). These condos are also old looking and outdated as well. I would not recommend staying here. I would have rather payed to stay at an actual resort and have the rooms maintained for us. This is not a resort it’s just old condos, but they advertise it as a resort. Very disappointed in our stay and would not want this same experience for someone else. I never post bad reviews about a stay, but had to make one for this place.
