Please make it more useable for electric outlets to charge other things other than cars. The hotel was clean and great to stay. If you needed to charge your batteries it was hard to do that for a boat etc.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Dee, the desk manager and the young man managing the breakfast stations both went out of their way to meet our needs. Everything, the room, the lobby, the pool were very clean. There are a number of negative reviews on line about this property, so our expectations were low. After having stayed there, I do not understand those reviews. We give them very high marks and would stay there again.

We stayed with our 7 pound dog for one night. The advertised pet fee is $50, we were charged $75 (we told them that the website information was inaccurate). A couple of minor things in our room were broken but it wasnt enough of an inconvenience to move since we were just there for about 14 hours. The gym is horrible. There is a mold or mildew issue that\'s heavily noticeable by smell, the last thing you want to be breathing in. Plus there are two machines and a couple of weights and that is all. They either need to just close the "gym" or do a rehaul. The staff was extremely friendly, and it seems like they are doing their best. Breakfast was an A .

There was drug paraphernalia in the room and on the bed where my children were going to be sleeping. Front desk was extremely helpful in getting it fixed and cleaned.

Front desk staff seemed annoyed to help you, but otherwise it was fine. Was newer/renovated, so much cleaner looking than other places. hallways smelled a little of smoke and marijuana but at least our room didnt.

Facility was an old and needing updates. Floors in room where very dirty feeling. Systems not working properly when I arrived. Clerk wanted to take a picture of my credit card. I said no. He wanted to write it down. I said no. He waived the fee. As a Hilton Honors customer I shouldn’t have to do that. Cable and phones out. He resolved that quickly. Just not a great experience

Got to our room on the third floor only to find it was bug infested. Employee got us a new room on the second floor within 20 minutes, but we were awakened at 1:30 in the morning by the person in room above us on the third floor constantly making noise, so we left at 3am to finish our trip.

It was a two night stay (Friday night and Saturday night). The shampoo dispenser was empty on Friday, and there was no maid service on Saturday even though I, personally, spoke to the maid who assured me that the room would be serviced. She also related that they were "supposed to" check and fill the dispensers. When we went out on Saturday night to attend a wedding, I, personally, spoke to the male at the front desk, and he assured me that clean towels would be provided even if they couldn't service the room, as the maids had already left. No towels were provided. The room was not serviced, and assurances re filling the dispensers, cleaning the room and bathroom, and providing clean towels to replace the wet towels used Friday night were all net done. Terrible service!

Overall, the room was ok, but the room was very stuffy on entry. We ran the AC which helped but the unit is very loud making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the breakfast bar was nothing spectacular. The hard boiled eggs were almost impossible to peel leaving an unappetizing mess.

The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. I think I’d give them all 5 stars, and I believe they do a great job despite the lack of resources they are given by the owner. The entire property last the front desk reception dining areas are dilapidated and worn down. We booked a King and got a room with 2 double beds which I thought would haven proven more beneficial when I found so many hairs between the sheets. It was late, I was tired and looked in the other bed in it was worse. I was told a cleaning member quit during the rounds that day - I was given clean sheets and I changed the linens. At least the mattresses were clean. Grubby hallways Grubby bathrooms Grubby gross air conditioning vents Poorly repaired ceilings, caulking Just Grubby and overdue for a renovation For $200 /night in a friendly yet po dunk town, it was disappointing.

I called ahead to inform the hotel we would need a late check in and they said we will have you ready for express check in. When we arrived at the hotel at 1am, they immediately handed us the key to the room. We were in our room right away, however, when we opened the door to the room, we were all taken away by the smell(terrible old dusty, dingy, body odor type smell)..we were all so tired, we just turned the air down some, showered and went to bed...the next morning the smell was still pretty rough, so we informed the staff and they found us another room. It was much better. The staff is the only thing I can say that made our stay enjoyable. They were very friendly and professional. However, The hotel needs to be completely renovated. The rooms are decent(other than the 1 that smelled), but the hallways leading to the rooms show signs of age. Until they renovate, I would not recommend staying there.

When we arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk was on her personal phone attempting to make reservations for herself. I went to the restroom upon return, she continued on her call. There were 2 other folks waiting. When she acknowledged us she shared she was having computer issues and her manager was on the way to assist. The room wasn't ready she offered to call us when the room was ready. She called us and left a message. This stay was over Thanksgiving weekend and many hotel guests were staying for college football game on Friday night. The hotel was completely booked. On Saturday morning we went to breakfast around 9 am. There were 3 cups of pancake batter on the counter. The hot food only had potatoes. Frittatas were an option but she cooked enough for one table, same for sausage. I have never experienced lack of hospitality at a Hampton Inn. It was a very busy weekend, there should have been extra help in all areas. .

The power went out Sunday night and there was no one at the desk for hours. My girlfriend, who was on crutches at the time, had to descend a dark stairwell. We could not contact anyone or find a manager anywhere. The cleaning staff were arguing and literally fighting in the lobby. It was a total disaster.

The evening/night manager Michael went above and beyond to meet the needs of my son and I. Breakfast was fantastic and the gentleman that was keeping the food stocked did an outstanding job meanwhile keeping the tables and floors cleaned, very hard worker. Great experience overall. Thank you

It was a two night stay (Friday night and Saturday night).
