The 24-hour coffee was excellent - best ever in a motel. The breakfast had several options - all of which looked good. The room was comfortable. BUT the TV had "weak or scrambled signal" for the FNC, and that was annoying since ALL the left-leaning channels came in just fine. That would make us not want to stay at another Holiday Inn Express.

The property is well arranged and organized. The lobby and breakfast area are modern and spacious, with plenty of available seating. My initial impression was very positive. From the outside and into the lobby the appearance fresh, bright and cheery. The rooms are spacious enough, and they were nice enough to label the firmness of each pillow. My gripe is the overall cleanliness in the rooms. The bedspreads/comforters are white, which shows dirt/dinginess immediately. In our case, there were several very visible dirt spots. I understand that these are not a normally washed item, but visible dirt is unacceptable. Additionally white grout was used throughout the tiles areas, now this is a beautiful choice, but it also shows that the floors are not cleaned often, as much of the grout is brown. We also noticed our socks quickly turned brown when walking on the floor in our room. The tables, counters and flat surfaces had been dusted, but not wiped clean, as many sticky glass rings remained in our room. I would like to rate this hotel higher, the cleanliness is just below standards.

The Holiday Inn was right off I20 with easy access. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and I slept very comfortably. My husband however said he noticed quite a bit of road as it is near an intersection with stopping and going again. It didn’t bother me a bit and the black out curtains were awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived check in was easy. The room was clean and ac worked good. Bathroom and shower area was nice. Beds were comfortable, but one of the beds squeaked bad every time my son moved. Not sure of condition of facility because EVERY time someone moved in the room or hallway on second floor our ceiling squeaked. We could also hear squeaking beds from above us. Not sure what couple above was doing but kept son up the first night. We were only in the room late at night because of attending daughter’s college graduation. When hotel was full we had to park by the neighboring hotel due to not enough parking at this one. Rooms were clean but some facility/ bed conditions need improvement. Don’t hate this hotel but will try another one next time in area.

Overall was an excellent experience. Very clean, modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. We were on the second floor, handicapped accessible. Could hear above us and next door. Woke us several times. Also would recommend breakfast extend to 10 am on weekends. Went down at 9:40 - never knew it happened!

It was amazing, Service and Staff was remarkable. We had gotten into town at 11:00am, check in was not until 3:00pm. A room was available and they ushered us right in, Sue was the young lady that I spoke with first. She was wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast and Staff were great. Our checkout staff and cleaning crew were extremely friendly. We had come into town for a funeral, getting into our room early for a nap before going to the funeral home was a Blessing. Thank You !!!

Our check in was good, front desk clerk was very nice but as we were going to bed another family unlocked our door and tried to enter. Thankfully we had the security bolt in place but it was unsettling and disruptive! Someone had given our room to another family! In these days of so many security checks in place, this should not have happened! I expected better from a national company like Holiday Inn! We paid $200 to be unsafe in our room! What would have happened if we hadn’t had the security bolt in place?

It took us almost 45 minutes to check in because the hotel had no record of our reservation, even with the confirmation and itinerary numbers from Orbitz. The person on the check in desk did try and she was helpful in getting us the contact number for Orbitz, but I was not the only person whose reservation was lost.

Second stay, the hotel is very convenient to the interstate. Clean but slightly dated, it is a real value hotel and excellent compared to other hotels in the price range. Standard breakfast, close to fast food restaurants. Will stay again
