Sleep Inn Madison

Parking was kind of odd and you had to kinda guess which way to go other than under the registration canopy. For the price, the room was adequate and the area quiet and the side parking lot well lit. Beds were a little soft for me....but okay. Breakfast was pretty much the standard when a breakfast is provided....scramble eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, waffles, juice and sugar packets etc. were well stocked. Coffee was really good!

I booked 2 rooms for family for graduation. I had to switch one room upon arrival because the toilet did not work. While switching rooms my wife accidentally left her curling iron. When checked with staff later in the day we were told it had been thrown away. The second room key did not work until the last day of our stay. We had to stop at the front desk each night to get it working key entry.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking. Everything was fine we only stayed one night.

We were disappointed with our stay due to several cleanliness and comfort concerns. The hallway leading to our room was dirty upon check-in, and unfortunately, it was never cleaned during our stay. Inside the room, there was a persistent dampness that affected both the space and our personal belongings. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—so much so that my husband had to purchase an air mattress to sleep on the following night. Additionally, our room was not serviced while we were out all day Saturday. When we returned, the bed felt cold and damp, which added to the discomfort. The bathroom sink was leaking every time we turned it on. We would not stay here again.

Lots of parking, quiet, good beds.
