To start - there is NOT a pool OR gym onsite, despite what this listing says. Instead you can get vouchers to use the pool around the corner... if youre over 18. Because what kid likes swimming at the hotel pool anyways right? (heavy sarcasm) This place is ran with the absolute minimum of everything. The times I did interact with the front desk I was treated like I was interrupting their entire day. My room only had decaf coffee and I was told they were out of regular coffee pods, and the lobby coffee machine was out order. The back entrance is left propped open at all hours. We came and went frequently early in the morning or late in the evening, and everytime the door was propped open to the back parking lot and The lock on the inside door was broken, so anyone could walk in without the front desk staff seeing. Stayed from Friday - Sunday and none of the common areas were cleaned or vaccumed the whole time. It was the dirtiest lobby I've ever seen. Can not recommend this place to anyone.

The elevator alarm was going off, front desk didn’t seem to care. There is no pool, but if you are over 18 you can go to the gym next door, which was a big disappointment for our kids. The hotel was dirty, the elevator had graffiti in it. The front desk staff was rude. Room was nonsmoking but smelled like cigarettes. Do yourself a favor and read the Google reviews before you book.

Was advertised on web site as having a pool. No mention that it would be outdoors and was supposedly under construction. We saw no evidence of a pool on the property. Was not impressed that it was advertised. Would have chosen a different hotel.

Attempted to check in early, was told to come back in 1hr. I came back in an hour then ended up standing at the check in desk for another 25 minutes until someone showed up. I even tried calling and could hear the phone ringing and no one came to answer. Finally checked in. Took the elevator up and the first thing I noticed was the elevator was dirty and had graffiti in it. Dropped our bags off then came back 5 hours later hoping to watch TV or use the pool. The pool, while advertised as olympic sized, was not and closed. I then turned on the TV and all channels had a green screen. I then looked for a phone to call the front desk only to realize, there is no phone?! Call from my cell and I'm told that they are having a problem with their service. Then I log into the wifi. Now I have nothing against religion, but the wifi password was "godisgood". While that may represent some guests views, it is not inclusive to others and forces a person who may not believe to use a term that doesn't represent their feelings. This hotel was basically a place to sleep with a roof over your head. To add, I'm not one to complain, but this was much more than a normal travel annoyance.

Seems like they are understaffed! Property is out of date. Lists double queen as sleeps 5 but you have to reserve a pull out bed $20 per night to sleep 5. Pool is across the street, not hotel property.

The outside needs a good wash, some parts of the frame on the windows On the bottom part is coming off. Our air conditioner didn't work, I opened the window but didn't have a screen. There was hair stuck to the shower wall. The door to come in and out of the building on the East side stayed stuck opened, I closed it a couple of times but when I went out and came back it was opened again. Room did not get clean, there is a notice at the front desk but was not advised by the receptionist.

Staff was okay on spite of conditions. Front entry way door was broken with no notice of when it would be repaired. Elevator floor was unclean In my room, drapes were torn, tv picture was fuzzy and they were scant on the coffee, limited quantity of kcups. Sad overall.

There was no TV avaliable. The cable was out for the whole building for the entire 3 days. The pool is across the street and an employee has to accompany you over there. It's not heated and they don't allow anyone under 18. One lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. The other was rude. The breakfast was just OK. They did have eggs and sausage both days. Only one choice of cereal and white bread. One thing that was unsafe is there are 4 doors open to the motel; you don't need a key to get in building.

The first floor hallway smelled like urine. Our room had cigarette burns on the comforter along with some questionable brown stains. There was no trash can in our room and we found a toenail on our nightstand. Since we didn’t discover most of this until the morning, they said there was no remediation. I thought I’d give Wyndham another chance, but their hotels have typically been awful as of late.

This property was not clean at all. There was a dirty washcloth in our shower and the carpet was very sticky. The lady at the front counter was ok to us but anybody that came to ask for towels(they only had two in the room) she was very rude to. This was definitely not worth the $250 that I paid for.

The room was filthy. There was garbage in the closet with nasty things like a dirty diaper and another unmentionable. Dirty towels hanging in the closet. Garbage inside the kitchenette cabinet. One cabinet smelled horrible. The smell of cheap air freshener was overwhelming. Made me worry about what I couldn’t see. Didn’t sleep well because I was so disgusted. Had to find somewhere else to stay.

We got a room at this property and it was obvious the floors weren’t cleaned and there was garbage in the room. We asked for a new room and the second room did not appear to have been cleaned at all. We got moved to a third room and it was still not clean, the floors and surfaces were dirty, so we asked if we could get a refund. We were told that we couldn’t get a refund because we booked through Expedia. When we submit a complaint to Expedia they requested a refund from the hotel, but the hotel says they couldn’t provide a refund.

The first room was dirty, changed rooms and still dirty. Had to change my own sheets. There was puke in elevator took 2 days clean. Stairwells were filthy. 1 towel for 2 adults. My stay was for 3 days. No one brought fresh towels or replenished coffee or soap at anytime. Also, I was bitten in the bed after I changed my own sheets. Bedbugs, fleas I don’t know. Just full of bites. The breakfast was VERY GOOD.

Dirty, in poor condition, unfriendly staff. We usually give a good amount of latitude, but this was bad. I have pictures of the uncleaned surfaces but don't want to waste the time. Staff was not friendly on the phone and were not helpful in person. Broken handle in the bathroom. Toiletry holders ripped off the wall.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room in the pictures has been remodeled - most of the rooms have NOT. We were given one that was not. The room smelled awful, had a dirty washcloth in the shower, had a bedside lamp that would only turn off by unscrewing the lightbulb, and was only partially vacuumed. Absolutely do not recommend.

The shower didn’t have a curtain so the bathroom got soaked from a quick shower. There was black hair all over the bathroom floor when we arrived. The bed was decently comfortable but the AC wouldn’t stay on so it got real stuffy. Also the “breakfast room” is a tiny back room and it was absolutely stuffed with people.

A thong would have a better chance of covering my butt than those blinds would have of covering the windows. It meant for a night of trying to sleep while the lights from the signs of the business next door were shining in the room. Thankfully at 5:30am, the lights from next door were no longer an issue as the sunlight drowned them out and filled the room. Definitely not to the standard of a Wingate.

Asked for a quiet room. We did get the top floor and end of hallway, however the noisiest end- as our room overlooked the roadway, and traffic was very loud. We would stay again however, and try to get the quiet side of the property. Very nice breakfast provided. Beds were comfy - room was spacious.

The hotel canceled my room with no communication. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while trying to see if the hotel had any rooms for me. The clerk was annoyed and bluntly rude. She told me they had a room for me for significantly more than I was supposed to originally pay. I told her she needed to get close to the rate I was supposed to pay. She said she needed to call her manager and get back to me. She then proceeded to check in people for the next 25 minutes. She then called her manager and when she hung up, she said they have no room for me at all. Our friends had already checked in so I went to their room to talk to them. There was hair in their drain, garbage next to the toilet, the elevator had garbage on the floor and their license hasn’t been checked since 2023. Gross

We stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never came in to clean, emtpy trash or anything. Even after we stopped at the dest to request trash cans be cleaned and extra soap and shampoo was needed. Desk clerk was uncaring, bordering rude when this request was made.

First, the other bad reviews are all correct, head there warning. ALSO!!! WARNING!!!! If you do decide to stay at this dump (Not sure why after all the bad reviews) make sure you are paying the correct amount. I booked through Hotels.com. The hotel canceled my booking and rebooked it through the hotel and charged me more. Then lied to me about it. I talked to Hotels.com and they said there was nothing they could do because i booked through the hotel. I told them that, that was the problem, I didn't book through the hotel, I booked through hotels.com. they said they understand but still could do nothing. So pay attention to your bill when checking in. They will just change your booking and hotels.com will do nothing about it.

Where to start? At check-in, nobody was around for 15 minutes. When somebody did show, she was rude, not only to me, but everyone else in line. The other staff members also clearly hated people as well as working at this hotel. The included breakfast consisted of runny, oversalted, processed eggs, sausage links, hash browns, and white bread. There was yogurt. Sometimes. Then lets talk about the conditions of the hotel. Run down, dirty, and smelling of mold. The rooms? Well, much the same. Rattling air conditioning, a bathroom that made most gas stations seem well maintained... I could go on and on. This place needs new ownership and modest investment. Badly. Look elsewhere.

The breakfast was the best part of our stay. The attendant kept everything stocked, hot and clean. Great variety of choices and was overall tasty. The front desk service was terrible. No housekeeping in a 3-night/4-day stay. Asked for more clean towels, they said they would deliver in 15 minutes (pat answer everytime), never showed up. We had to leave for wedding prep for my son, came back in evening, no towels. This happened every day. I finally walked to the laundry to ask for towels myself, door open, no attendant so took 3 towels. Two women came to my room and said I wasn't allowed in there, employees only. That's the quickest response we got. Our friend's across the hall toilet wouldn't flush. Went to ask for help, front desk attendant just stared at her, no response. She had to come use our bathroom and the one by breakfast room, they never did come to fix or offer to move her. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, I never will again. Wyndham used to be a good name in hotels-not this one.

Easy to find and very quiet seeming neighborhood. Property is dated, but kept clean. Was impressed by the room size, and the fridge was bigger than a normal bar fridge. Only downfall was that the room had a wet dog smell, but you could see that the hotel was trying to air out all their rooms. Breakfast was good and there were lots of options, staff were constantly refilling the hot food as it got low. We would go back as value for money was really good.

The location is great. It's right off the freeway and is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. Parking is free and there were plenty of spots near the entrances. The breakfast area is a little small, but there was a good variety of breakfast foods. The mini fridge in the room was clean and did not have any funky smells. The staff was friendly during check-in. I would stay here again.

County civic center is in same lot. Had a Quinceanera that lasted till 1am. Music was so loud it shook the room. Staff made no effort to move us. Also they took up all the parking for the hotel, leaving us no where to safely park. Horrible experience. I know every town has a cut off for noise and it usually around 10 PM. Also, the hotel should’ve made sure parking was saved for its guest. It’s the hotels responsibility to make sure these protocols are put into place. Not the guest

Met our needs perfectly. It was a budget hotel, but was a great room for the great price. The full breakfast was awesome! All you can eat buffet of waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, juice and coffee. Convenient location too. We'll be back. Pet friendly and only $20 extra a night.

Very disappointed! .Our shoes stuck to the dirty elevator floor,the carpet in front of our room door hadnt been vaccumed in a while we entered our room to find a clear garbage bag covering the smoke detector attached with a rubber band ,garbage was left on the floor outside the elevator. Website lists restraunt and bar and there wasnt one We checked out a day early and were denied a refund! I would not reccomend this Hotel. Makes a poor reputation for the Wyndam Hotels. I would add photos but this site wont let me.

The pictures on Expedia do not reflect the actual property. There is no restaurant or bar. The back door to the property is unlocked at night. Anyone can access the rooms without going through the front. There was only decaf coffee in the room and no tissue.

We booked our hotel for your breakfast, pool and pets. Your oil is closed and the breakfast was awful. Juice was water with a hint of apple flavor. The sausage was so bad my dogs wouldn't eat it( and they eat everything).

We have been here two nights, the room is spacious and clean, very well stocked. It's nice and quiet and peaceful. The staff have been great for helping with requests and the breakfast is AMAZING -- lots of hot food options as well as cold drink options and sides like bagels and yogurt etc... of all the hotels/motels we have stayed at in the area during our move this one has been the best --- and the lowest-priced! Absolutely fantastic.
