Basic room. Bed was not horrible. Went down for breakfast around 8:30 and all hot items were gone. There is an Indian restaurant and night club. The club is cash only after 10 pm. Did not eat there, tho. Price was right for a one night stay.

The place is older. Rooms are older. Our bathroom was not very clean, had a “floater” in the toilet. We had 2 rooms and the A/C didn’t work in one of them. Parking was easy. Had a nice continental breakfast.

I was expecting a hotel and this is a motel. Not that big of a deal but it is dated and they are working to make improvements. The bar closes at 8 pm and it is right near a carwash that plays music all the time.

Evening staff on 3/20 was great had some issues with other tenants and was resolved. The room was dirty and would not take a shower as there was pink (mildew) on all of the caulking. The soap holder had been painted over at some time and was peeling off. Tub was dirty. Pubic hairs on bathroom floor. Sticky substance on nightstand (between bed & phone) and hairs on it. Refrigerator didn't work.

The room smelled musty. There were stains on the bedskirt, they looked like fecal matter. Stains on the sheets of unknown origin. The bathroom was not clean, the tub was dirty, tile on walls of the shower was coming off. Toilet was also not clean

The lady at the front desk was super nice!! The room was old, dirty, there was stains and cat hair in the room. The room itself smelled like animals, even after I was told it was not a pet friendly room (I mentioned we had my daughter’s service dog). Wouldn’t recommend. Seemed like some people were living here?

Room was disgusting! Everything was dirty, hair in the bathtub, the light switches had grime all over them, there was toothpaste still in the sink, butter packets left in the fridge from a previous guest, cobwebs in the corners, the carpet was filthy, and the entire place was run down and in desperate need of repair. I took photos and left. Didn't even spend the night, found lodging elsewhere.

JUST DON'T!!! Everything was filthy. The white curtains were black, we found plume pits hidden in the corner and the bedding was dirty. The provided shampoo and lotion were previously used and the bathroom was dirty. Completely disappointed does not even come close to how we felt.

The whole point of renting a hotel room is to get some sleep. All I heard all night is the traffic on the highway. There’s a major intersection right next to the hotel and you hear all the braking and the accelerating. Your room door is an outside door and there’s a giant window next to the door that has zero noise reduction. You hear every... little… sound. Staff was very friendly.

I only think that if the updated the comforters to something thicker and new carpets throughout the whole hotel. It would be even awesome to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is actually updated and nice. We had a few knicks on the ridge of the tub. A piece was laying on top of. Someone must've dropped something hard or metal on it. For that to happen to a porcelain tub. Besides that. WE LOVED THE METAL FRAMED DOORS AND THE AMOUNT OF LIGHTING OUTSIDE OF THE ROOMS!!!!! Security wasn't an issue either because of this.

There was a small issue. We specified 3 people, and it showed a sleeper couch; Or maybe I thought it showed that. But anyway, our grandson ended up sleeping on the floor and then in the chair. The A/C worked fine, and the bed was comfortable. The cable was a little confusing, but we did used it more as noise in the background.

The room had no USB connectivity. The single-serve coffee making have no brew basket into which the coffee packets could be placed. There were light bulbs that were burned out. The comfort level of the stay was OK but left much to be desired.

Didn’t like that room was serviced (fresh linens, towels, trash removal) only after 3 night stay. Never have had to dispose of trash myself any place else before. On the plus side, staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

No one came to the desk to check me in I stood there for and hour calling the hotel and ringing the bell and not a soul anywhere. I left and paid for a room at another hotel and would like my money back and to warn anyone who even thinks of staying here don't do it it's dirty and not even staffed at night!

First, when I checked in, the woman at the counter was extremely rude. Even though I booked a room through Expedia, I was told they didn’t have any rooms available. I told the woman, I had just worked a 13 hour shift and was not in the mood to deal with her rudeness and that she needed to find my reservation. After quite some time, she said she “figured it out”. When I got to my room, it was absolutely filthy. I have pictures. We were expecting a snowstorm wit a 9-13” accumulation and I had to work the next morning at 0600, so I had no option but to stay. I had called a few other hotels, but that time of night and with the storm rooms were already booked up. After checking for bedbugs and hoping the sheets were clean, I literally cranked the heat, laid in one spot, didn’t even undress, got up when I needed and left! I have pictures! I was mortified! And I had to pay for this dump!

1st room- bed is disarray. Was given a 2 nd room and pillows were on the floor and covers all messed up. Was given a 3rd room and during the night someone came in to the room thinking it was their room. Apparently keys were given to them as well. Could have been a very dangerous situation!!!! I will not be going back there again!!! I believe a refund of some sort is in order!!!!

Computers were down. One guy a head of me took 20 minutes to check in during shift change where clerk with baby on hip would not put baby down and was filling out paper work which kept slipping on the desk. Was ridiculous!

Did not feel safe leaving the car in the parking lot for feee of it getting broke into. The heater was broken or not working properly so the room didn’t get above 60 degrees. The room was filthy, beds were hard and comfortable, and the sheets were not clean.

It’s old and it shows. Comfy clean bed. Sweet staff. Walkable to restaurants. The negatives were no ice bucket and you can’t get one after housekeeping leaves and the tile grout in the bathroom is discolored. Hot breakfast was B&G, waffles, cereal.

The roads were under construction near the hotel and made access tough. Exterior of property was rough looking but the room was really nice inside and the people at the desk were wonderful. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

Old and run down. Not safe area where the outside entrance to the rooms were. Illegal activity going on, due to unsafe conditions, didn’t stay and had to pay huge price at last minute for a safe and clean hotel.

You can hear everything inside and out and everyone that hangs around here are suspicious and creepy. The bed sucks. The lights suck. Didn't use the tv. Breakfast is awful and your are surrounded by slot machines. Won't come back ever

This is an old property that needs updating. The worst part is the bathroom sink wasn't at all clean. The sofa in the room was good for putting a suitcase on but was very old and not very clean. The bedding was clean and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Don't say here for the breakfast. They had a waffle maker but the syrup was empty and no one was around to fill it.

The courtyard location was nice and quiet. Not really crazy about the gambling machines in the breakfast room. Toilet paper was almost out and we needed more towels; front desk was prompt in helping in that area. One of our members was cold and asked for an extra blanket, but there were none available.
