Clean, nice , quiet. Enjoyed the real Hot Tub likely 104 degrees. Unusual to find! Breakfast was good, but no Bagels and Cream Cheese. Will put it on our list for next trip!

Clean room, soft beds. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Only bad thing was the hot tub did not work, pool was so cold my kids only swam for a few minutes before they wanted to get out.

The AC in our room did not work and neither did the ice machine on the 1st floor. The pool was like an ice bath and when we tried to warm up in the hot tub, we discovered it was no where near warm. Just a few degrees above the pool water. Stay was decent overall. Wish we could have enjoyed air conditioning and a hot tub. The location next to the highway was ideal.

The fart fan in the bathroom did not work. The front desk gave complete attitude when I asked if I could upgrade my room. the eggs for breakfast were GROSS, more options needed for breakfast especially for what you pay for the room. The jacuzzi was dirty. Tea and coffee should be supplied in the room. The vending machines didn't work half the time

The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice. Room was never serviced even After repeatedly asking for room to be serviced The whole facility was dirty. Carpet was disgusting. Walls dirty and damaged. Was not a reflection of review ratings

Don't stay in room 318 -- This Inn is fine for one night, just passing through the area. The front desk staff were friendly, explained everything thoroughly. Yes, there is a limited breakfast buffet, but for the price is perfectly acceptable. There are bananas, apples, and bread items with peanut butter and jam. One thing I've never seen at a hotel is a waffle maker. You dispense the batter and make it yourself, so that it is fun -- especially for kids. The sheets/bedspreads and carpet in the rooms looked clean, but the same cannot be said of the bathroom. A previous visitor either left their nose discharge smeared on the wall next to the toilet, or it was some other bodily fluid which -- 1. I don't want to think about and 2. can't image how it got there. Assuming only room 318 has this problem, the other rooms will be fine. No this is not a 5-star hotel, or even a 3-star hotel. But we felt safe in the area, even though it is right off I-84 and you can hear some traffic noise. Depending on how sensitive you are to sound, you may want to request a room which doesn't face the freeway -- or don't stay here. Overall, you will get a decent night sleep and be fed in the morning. For the price you should not complain about the lack of options.

Cobwebs between ceiling and walls, dust covered cornice’s and lamp bases. No fresh towel replacements (or soap, shampoo, or coffee) from time we arrived to when we left, we asked at desk for new towels and t paper after 3 days, as it was nearly out, was told they would bring some but didn’t.

I stayed there one night, arriving late and leaving early. Overall all the stay was pretty good. If I had to give a comment it has to be the stained carpet in the room. It appears that this is property that’s used buy construction workers give the number of company trucks in parking lot. Nothing wrong with that but it does seem to affect the floors from those workers coming in with their dirty work boots. On a positive note, your desk staff was great. Very helpful at check in.

Our room was clean and quiet but the tv control did not work unless up close. The refrigerator was plugged in but not working since the electrical outlet was the problem. The phone was not plugged in but didn't work when we plugged it in. We all had trouble sleeping since the room was too warm and the linens were uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very good.

I was staying at this hotel for a week. The photos of the hotel must be old because it was not as nice as portrayed. The hotel was fairly clean; however, the rooms had only wall-mounted A/C units and were unable to cool the room adequately, eventually stopping cooling altogether. The in-room refrigerator stopped working, and I lost all my groceries. When I complained to the front desk, they simply apologized with no compensation for my groceries or offer of another room. The room appeared clean, but can't be positive it was since Skittles were found on the floor of the closet. I had no choice for other arrangements since it was already paid for with no refund.

The man in charge at the front desk at 11:00 pm was extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. He could not find the reservation even though he was provided the number. This man at the front desk is ruining the reputation of this hotel. We stay with this establishment at least once a month on business but we need to find another hotel to stay in.

I managed to leave extra money when I checked out, but the opffice called me when I was a few miles away. The staff noticed I might have over tipped, but at this point I thnked them for their extra effort and asked to split it among the staff. Thanks, they desevred it.

Such an improvement over Red Lion!!!!! There was no USB port in my room to charge my phone, but the gal at the front desk, gave me here wall plug with USB so I could!!

The smoke alarm went off in both rooms when taking a shower because the bathroom vents don't work. When the alarm would not stop the graveyard attendant moved me to the room across the hall. After repacking and moving the new room carpet was soaked and smelled like mold. The carpet was fully saturated about an 8 by 10 area around the a/c. And had been that way for a while judging by the smell. I was moved again. In the morning when I went to ask for some compensation for a series of avoidable issues I was kicked out from there the same graveyard attendant followed me to my vehicle trying to escalate an argument to violence. I would like a call from management.

The staff were amazing. My room was clean, towels switched out, and timely without me asking. When I would return to the hotel, it smelled so cleanly. I asked if I could check out a little later and they allowed it, until 12:00. I definitely will be staying here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was “OK”. There were not enough outlets. The AC unit did not have a constant fan setting and was a bit disturbing to sleep when it came on. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage cylinders and waffles. Also available was cold cereal and 2 percent milk, fruit and muffins and bread for toasting. Coffee was available and a Tang tasting orange drink. There was no cold water available, I looked.

Breakfast was disappointing at best. Arrived in breakfast area 20 min into service: no coffee, no eggs, area was dirty. Overall, this was the most disappointing stay I e ever had with Sleep Inn.

Motel needs a refresh - carpet and drapes are dirty and needs replaced . Breakfast was minimal- coffee was good and replenished adequately. Heat /air unit was quiet .

Hotel is in serious need of some updates. Room was mostly iodated and clean, but elevator and hallways left a bit to be desired. Got breakfast just before 9:00 and "hot" water was cold, do oatmeal was a no-go.

We had a great stay. Nice family ran hotel. They were very nice. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean & conveniently located. I didn’t do breakfast, but it looked decent. I’d stay there again!

It is very old and there is only one way in and one way out. Locations is fair. The amenities were horrible. They say there is a gym but there was only a very old treadmill and 2 weights. It is no bigger than a closet. The room smelled liked weed and very run down. It felt very dirt, looked dirty and not clean at all. The free breakfast was horrible. The sausage was green and there was very limited choices. The tv went out and the phone in the room was broken so we could call the front office. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I am a returning guest (5-6 X) because my stays are always quiet and restful. The location is excellent for my business. The hallway carpets are a bit worn but otherwise everything else is just fine for a quick layover. Not fancy but comfortable when you are tired from long travel
