The hotel has the most comfortable bed!! Pool, hot tub nice are though hot tub jets bubbled rather than giving a strong jet stream. Also, after 5 minutes in the tub, the jets started emitting extremely hot water, so I notified the front desk. They offer a very nice breakfast!

The sofa couch was nice and big, a queen size, and they had all the bedding for it in the room, including a mattress protector. May seem like a small deal, but when you're traveling with 4 kids, it makes a big difference. Hotel was very clean. Large parking lot, plenty of room for our 2 vehicles with trailers. 2 queen suite was very spacious.

Every interaction with staff was wonderful. Check in was great and wonderful. Housekeeping was so kind and thoughtful. Did a great job. Hotel is clean and convenient. Only one bad thing. Pool is freezing. We will stay again at this hotel. Would like to be able to swim. Our 4 yr olds lips turned blue it was sooo cold!

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast - I appreciated the veggie option for omelets and warm cinnamon buns. The cook even had pancakes ready (rather than wait for them at the machine.) The carpets in hallways could use a good cleaning. The rooms were fine although noise travelled easily from hallway and from the road outside.

We’ve stayed at this holiday inn express for years as we have family in Ontario. It has gone down hill over the last 2-3 years. We used to love staying there. It’s now noticeably worn down and dirty. Hotel was hot and muggy. The sleep inn across the freeway is where we’ll stay going forward as there aren’t a lot of options in Ontario but IHG is falling behind Hilton. We stayed at the IHG in Boise with a terrible experience there too. Don’t waste your money on IHG. They charge well over $200 a night and it’s filthy and run down.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I thought it was a new hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. I enjoyed having my coffee while being on the lounger reading. They also provided a very good breakfast full of choices. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

This was an unexpected delight on our roadtrip. The hotel seemed new with its clean community areas and clean rooms. Excellent staff who were welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious, great furniture for relaxing ambiance. Bed was particularly comfortable, and the quiet nature of the room and hallways made for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for both vacation and business.

It was quiet and clean. The staff was kind and helpful when we needed to extend our stay last minute. Multiple options for breakfast. The only problems I had was the quality of the mattress and pillows for $200 a night.

Very nice experience. The front staff were friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and clean. I like the dispensers for all the amenities. Breakfast was acceptable, but not impressive. The bathroom was bright enough, but it was hard to apply makeup due to lack of mirror light. The only other complaint is, the traffic noise from the freeway was quite loud.

Amazing service. We came up as an emergency to pick up my mother in law who broke down and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our situation by letting her check into the room while we were still enroute.

I had asked the nice lady at the front desk about changing my room from one with one bed to two beds. The supervisor very rudely explained why it couldn’t happen (8/25/2023). Bathroom cleaned bed was not.(8/26/2023). I did not like riding the elevator with the cleaning crew and the dirty sheets.

Check out is at 12pm however, the house keeper knocked at my door at 9am. I told her to go away but she knocked again. Again I told her to leave. The lady then opened my door and entered my room. I asked what her problem was she said they have to check the room to see if I had checked out. I told her I told her to go away and she said she still has to enter. I get getting a jump start on cleaning rooms but I did not feel safe.

We stayed at this hotel twice in about 10 days. They were very welcoming at the front desk and the breakfast was delicious!

I don’t want to give a great review. Why? Because it’s always so hard to get into this hotel and if people know that it’s the hotel to stay at it will be harder. The service is always friendly. The breakfast has a variety. The breakfast person is joyful and understands the importance of having coffee ready. The check in people are nice and act like they really want you to have the best experience. The rooms appear clean with no weird smells. They are comfortable. Whenever we travel we try and stay here because it’s just a nice experience. A lot of times they are booked up. So plan ahead.

staff and all that was great. The people above me slamming on the roof til midnight after an 11 hour drive was not cool. Also i was disappointed to not have waffles for breakfast.

The water was really none existent. The toilet kept running after flushing had to giggle the handle every time. Over all the one night was good.

If you're traveling through or need a good base camp, you can't go wrong here. The staff - with front desk people like Gabriela - is invariably cheerful and helpful. I have visited 3 times in the last 6 months and I will stay there again.

The place was 100 per cent booked so it’s definitely a popular spot. I had made a request for a specific room and it was not honored. That was understandable as they were fully booked. We were returning the following week so I requested the room for the return. The specific room was not requested but the floor was. When we checked in for the return we were given a room on the specific floor but not the one requested. It was overlooking the freeway and there was a barking dog in the room next to us. The kitchenette sink was a very slow drainer and we found a dog kibble on the floor. It really didn’t seem as nice as the previous stays at this hotel. We definitely paid extra to stay here thinking it was worth it but we will be looking elsewhere next time around.
