I am so disappointed at the ratings on Hotels.com. This hotel should be a 5 at best. It wasn’t clean, rooms dingy, no elevators. Just disappointing.

I’ll start out saying there was nothing wrong with this hotel. But it is an older facility that seemed a bit tired. And with no elevator you are left to drag your bags to the second floor. Staff is friendly and efficient. I would stay here again at a lower price point. Can’t recommend at the current rates.

We booked a room with a Jacuzzi inside the room, and we ended up getting a room on the second story with a Jacuzzi tub inside the bathroom. That was way too small. The price difference in the room was a good 30 to $40 difference. And they the staff told us there's nothing that they can do because it was booked through a third party, the third party told us there was nothing that they can do because it was booked. It's the hotel's job to make sure that they can honor the booking so at the end of the day I ended up paying more for a room that I didn't even get. And it was filthy and the staff was extremely rude.

Clean room, nice staff, breakfast was fine, but not the best but way way better than the Red Lion across the street. Pool and hot tub were clean and I love that it was 24hrs. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, the bottles were empty, but the night staff did get me some.
