O hotel fica em um local tranquilo e agradável, perto de restaurantes e um centro comercial. Café da manhã muito bom. Estava sendo pintado. Serviço de camareira diário. O nome que consta na fachada não é Imperial mas sim Garner, o que confundiu não só a mim mas vários outros hóspedes que chegavam ao hotel.

Für eine Shoppingtour ist es voll ok. Das Personal beim check in war ganz freundlich. Das Personal beim Frühstück war genau das Gegenteil. Parken ist eine Katastrophe. Sehr teuer.

Bei Check-In war kein Zimmer mehr frei, also musste ich in ein anderes Hotel fahren. Die wussten von allem nichts und konnte auch nicht sehen, dass der Aufenthalt bereits bezahlt ist. Das ist sich dann zumindest geklärt. Das Frühstück für 19,50€ ist zu teuer und Parkplätze gab es trotz anderer Angabe auf der Website nur in einer Tiefgarage gegen 15,00€ Gebühr

Très belle expérience et un retour positif pour mes 5 enfants. La propreté est correcte, la femme de ménage intervient tous les jours pour nettoyer et changer les draps. Seul point négatif, savon insuffisant dans la salle de bain pour se doucher et pour les laver les mains.

Friendly staff, able to leave bags safely. Breakfast was good and choices available. Beds were uncomfortable and there was one rubbish flat pillow on the beds, we asked for another pillow and they didn't have any for us so they gave us one extra duvet between three of us which wasn't much help. Although the room was clean there was a cockroach on the bathroom floor one morning! The electrics flickered and some light bulbs were broken and buzzed. We were a group of three adults and the bed was set up on the sofa bed which was very hard and the slats made lots of noise. There were only two cups/glasses in our room and they weren't washed or changed daily.

Hotellet var inget speciellt. Var bara på genomresa. Rummet var lite smutsigt och de var spindelnät i taket på flera ställen. Gick ej att få in dagsljus pga jalusier som ej gick att dra upp. Stannade bara en natt på Resa genom Europa så de funkade men absolut inget speciellt. Frukosten var ok. Men kökspersonalen skramlade och drog stolar medan man åt så de var inte så trivsamt.

Wasserkocher stark verkalkt Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Es wurden lediglich die Handtücher getauscht und der Müll geleert. Unterm Bett lag Papierabfall vom Vorgänger. Fließen an der Wand und auf dem Boden im Toiletten Bereich waren bereits bei meiner Ankunft STARK verschmutzt!!!! Täglich musste die Karte zum Hotelzimmer freischalten werden. Sehr ärgerlich!

The room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at all the first night and we had to work the next day. We requested to be moved and they moved us to the 6th floor which was better but it was not graciously given to us. The room was also so hot and we could not turn off the heat. We couldn't open the window because of the noise and the room was overly hot. There are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue you must go downstairs to the front desk which s a total pain. We also did not like that out of 3 nights 4 days, we only got clean room and towels twice!!! The breakfast was decent but we missed it because we did not sleep and ended up sleeping past it. I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist leider schon etwas heruntergekommen. Wir haben zunächst ein Zimmer im 6. Stock bekommen, das sehr staubig war – wir mussten ständig niesen. Am nächsten Tag durften wir das Zimmer wechseln, aber auch das neue Zimmer war staubig. Nach zwei Tagen habe ich beim Personal um Zimmerservice gebeten, da sich meine kleine Tochter erbrochen hatte. Leider kam niemand, und mir konnte auch sonst keiner helfen. Ich erhielt lediglich eine E-Mail vom Manager mit der Aufforderung, ihn direkt zu kontaktieren. Das Personal meinte, er sei nur für den Check-in zuständig – das fand ich ziemlich enttäuschend. Ich hatte weder die Zeit noch das Bedürfnis, mich zusätzlich darum zu kümmern. Auch frische Bettwäsche musste ich selbst anfordern – das sollte eigentlich vom Personal automatisch erledigt werden. Das Frühstück war zudem sehr einfach gehalten und wenig abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Frühstücksangebot ist höchstens durchschnittlich, das Personal im Frühstücksraum denkt gar nicht an einen Gruß. Buchung hat aber zuverlässig geklappt, das Ambiente ist sauber und man erreicht sehr schnell öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wenn man den recht günstigen Preis bedenkt, kann man das Hotel klar empfehlen.

Fiquei hospedada por 7 dias por motivo de estudo na universidade Goethe-Universität, e por o hotel ficar próximo, permitindo ir caminhando (20minutos), se o objetivo fosse turismo, não ficaria hospedada nele. Ponto positivo: funcionário atencioso, limpeza, prédio relativamente novo, boa internet, boa cama , quarto amplo, silencioso, localização segura, próximo a estação de metro, próximo a restaurantes (em sua maioria árabes) Ponto negativo: sem ar condicionado, sem frigobar, café da manhã pouquíssimo variado, em verdade, sem variação, todos os dias, rigorosamente a mesma coisa.

Die Reception war leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Die Dame konnte kein Deutsch (was man von einem Hotel in Frankfurt ja eigentlich erwarten dürfte) und nur gebrochen Englisch. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Da hätte es eigentlich möglich sein sollen, dass diese nebeneinander liegen. Vor allem, weil wir die Reservation einen Monat in voraus gemacht haben. In einem Zimmer fehlte der Feuteuil und die Jalousine liess sich nicht öffnen, nicht einmal ein bisschen. Wie das Hotel die vier Sterne erhalten hat, bleibt wohl deren Geheimnis. Die Ausstattung war auf das Mindeste beschränkt. Nicht mal ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend sauber, aber recht abgenutzt. Zudem war es sehr warm und konnte kaum gekühlt werden, da sich Fenster nur ankippen ließ. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ok. Etwas mehr Auswahl und bspw. Rührei wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Great location if you have business in Bockenheim or Westend of Frankfurt. Walkable to the Univeristy of Frankfurt. One of the two affordable hotels in that area and the only one I have found that still offers breakfast. The breakfast is good. Continental. Staff is professional: the front desk manager spoke at least German and English, perhaps other languages as well. So, international guests would feel welcomed. Rooms are a bit dated but bathrooms and some other aspects of the rooms have been updated. Rooms are also spacious by European standards. The hotel certainly has some “faded glory” vibes, but it is a good place to stay if you need a place to rest, have breakfast and get to work the following morning.

My bedroom's blind was broken so broad daylight and sun came into the room at 4am. I spoke to reception the night before asking how to work the blind and they said it was broken. The window was very big, almost the size of a double bed. I asked how they could sell a room without a blind or curtain and their answer was they were waiting for the engineer to fix it. They were fully booked so couldnt change my room. At 4am, my room was in bright daylight. At 7am I went to reception and they said nothing they can do. The room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at all the first night and we had to work the next day. We requested to be moved and they moved us to the 6th floor which was better but it was not graciously given to us. The room was also so hot and we could not turn off the heat. We couldn't open the window because of the noise and the room was overly hot. There are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue you must go downstairs to the front desk which s a total pain. We also did not like that out of 3 nights 4 days, we only got clean room and towels twice!!! The breakfast was decent but we missed it because we did not sleep and ended up sleeping past it. I would not recommend this hotel.

In einem Zimmer fehlte der Feuteuil und die Jalousine liess sich nicht öffnen, nicht einmal ein bisschen. Wie das Hotel die vier Sterne erhalten hat, bleibt wohl deren Geheimnis. Die Ausstattung war auf das Mindeste beschränkt. Nicht mal ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden.

Clean, spacious, and enjoyed the area. Lots of eating options, shops and a supermarket nearby. Transport easily accessible. Gardens close by. Arrived early, and the front desk checked me in straight away. Friendly, helpful. Would stay again in Frankfurt.

Bei Check-In war kein Zimmer mehr frei, also musste ich in ein anderes Hotel fahren. Die wussten von allem nichts und konnte auch nicht sehen, dass der Aufenthalt bereits bezahlt ist. Das ist sich dann zumindest geklärt. Das Frühstück für 19,50€ ist zu teuer und Parkplätze gab es trotz anderer Angabe auf der Website nur in einer Tiefgarage gegen 15,00€ Gebühr

Das Hotel ist leider schon etwas heruntergekommen. Wir haben zunächst ein Zimmer im 6. Stock bekommen, das sehr staubig war – wir mussten ständig niesen. Am nächsten Tag durften wir das Zimmer wechseln, aber auch das neue Zimmer war staubig. Nach zwei Tagen habe ich beim Personal um Zimmerservice gebeten, da sich meine kleine Tochter erbrochen hatte. Leider kam niemand, und mir konnte auch sonst keiner helfen. Ich erhielt lediglich eine E-Mail vom Manager mit der Aufforderung, ihn direkt zu kontaktieren. Das Personal meinte, er sei nur für den Check-in zuständig – das fand ich ziemlich enttäuschend. Ich hatte weder die Zeit noch das Bedürfnis, mich zusätzlich darum zu kümmern. Auch frische Bettwäsche musste ich selbst anfordern – das sollte eigentlich vom Personal automatisch erledigt werden. Das Frühstück war zudem sehr einfach gehalten und wenig abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

One of the two affordable hotels in that area and the only one I have found that still offers breakfast. The breakfast is good. Continental. Staff is professional: the front desk manager spoke at least German and English, perhaps other languages as well. So, international guests would feel welcomed. Rooms are a bit dated but bathrooms and some other aspects of the rooms have been updated. Rooms are also spacious by European standards. The hotel certainly has some “faded glory” vibes, but it is a good place to stay if you need a place to rest, have breakfast and get to work the following morning.

Buon soggiorno con camera grande e pulita. Ottima colazione con buona scelta.ottima posizione per trasporti e calma del quartiere. Mancano piccole banalità molto utili come il sacchetto per la biancheria sporca, un calzascarpe e magari un paio di ciabattine visto che la solita moquette tedesca su cui si cammina non è molto igienica.

Schönes, großes Zimmer. Lage ist gut - viele Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung - auch zur U-Bahn sind es nur gut 400 Meter Fußweg. Beim Frühstück könnte es mehr Auswahl geben. Hier ist deutlich Luft nach oben.

Recht große Hotelzimmer, die auch in Ordnung sind, wenn man von ein paar Flecken an der Tapete oder Schimmelresten in der Dusche absieht. Das Frühstücksangebot ist höchstens durchschnittlich, das Personal im Frühstücksraum denkt gar nicht an einen Gruß. Buchung hat aber zuverlässig geklappt, das Ambiente ist sauber und man erreicht sehr schnell öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wenn man den recht günstigen Preis bedenkt, kann man das Hotel klar empfehlen.

Zum Übernachten völlig ausreichend. Frühstück angemessen für den Preis, nur leider war der Kaffee nicht gut und der Cappuccino sowie der Latte macciato kalt. Der Shop auf der anderen Straßenseite hat sehr leckeren Kaffee. Alles in allem vollkommen in Ordnung für den Preis.

Primary benefit was quiet ,friendly, inexpensive, not far from restaurants, good room, window we could open a bit for fresh air. Very helpful and friendly front desk.

Terrible experience due to poor responsiveness and unprepared service staff. The problems started before we even arrived. I wanted to postpone my reservation by one week, so I contacted the hotel both through the Hotels.com app and via the email address they provided themselves. Unfortunately, I never received a response to either message. As a result, I had to pay for an extra night's stay unnecessarily. During our stay, the shower hose became detached from the shower head. I reported the issue to the reception, and the staff assured me it would be fixed. However nothing ever was repaired during our stay. We ended up having to improvise and use the broken shower. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve even a simple maintenance issue made for a very disappointing experience.
