It’s a great hotel in the Glendale area. Stayed here as it was centrally located to the venues my Son played at for a baseball tournament: Peoria and Surprise. Clean, spacious rooms, large gym, nice large pool and it’s new. The entertainment district next to the hotel had a ton of food options and fun places like Dave and Busters, Pickleball facility and more.

Perfect Stay for a Concert Weekend! We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Glendale for a concert weekend and had a great experience. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, perfect for cooling off and hanging out before the show. The hotel has a fun, concert-friendly vibe, and the staff was super friendly and helpful the entire time. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being walking distance to both the stadium and great restaurants—it made the whole weekend so easy and stress-free. The only downside was the view from our room wasn’t the best, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. We’d definitely stay here again for any event in the area!

The property is nice and bed was comfortable. The bar in main lobby was out of control. The bartenders served one side at a time and it took approximately 30 to even order our drinks. It took another 30 minutes before we received them. When closing out the check, the bartender put my credit card in his pocket and forgot when I had to ask where my tab was. He denied having my card and I was about to come over the bar when he finally discovered it in his back pocket. Then it took another 25 minutes to get our bill. Needless to say he received zero tip as that side of the bar was all treated horribly by the bar staff. If I stay here again, I will not try the bar in the lobby again.

The property was bright, clean and quiet. It was in an excellent location for restaurants, shopping and activities. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious and beds were very comfortable. Staff was lovely and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area during the day as the courtyard in the evenings. Lots of seating and loungers to enjoy the sunshine. We also used the spa at the hotel. Staff were great and very friendly and we felt so welcomed. The only thing I would have loved is change rooms and showers in the washrooms by the pool.

We stayed here in September 2022 and the hotel was amazing. Fastforward to November 2023 and it was a totally different story. The hotel is under renovation and we were not notified of this before booking. The beautiful open lobby and bar area was totally enclosed with construction walls and most of the tile area was bare concrete floors. We could not be in our room from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm due to jackhammering and drilling noice. We couldnt even talk to each other it was so loud. We had to call the front desk to complain about comstruction noise after 7:00 pm two of the three nights we stayed. So disappointing and we shpuld not have had to pay what we did to stay there. Do not stay here until construction is done. Horrible.

The property needs to disclose They are in a major renovation that is a very inconvenience to all guest, which water gets shut off every day in the middle of the day or late morning when I guest would like to take a shower, also jackhammering happening from 9 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week !! Staff members somewhere very nice and apologetic, while others were rude and giving out false information and not accommodating

1- The duvet inside the cover appeared to be heavily stained/moldy. 2- There was a massive fight on my floor during Saturday evening/Sunday morning resulting in police being called and man being physically injured. While not the hotel's fault, the lack of expressed concern or even a cursory amenity offered to the rest of the floor was lame. 3-Why is there no microwave in the room? Popcorn would make being kept awake from loud, drunken violence slightly more tolerable

Always a great stay at this location . The hotel is being renovated so not everything was available but thats ok . Only speed bump of the trip was the red wine stains on the sheets and pillow cases . Brings into question how clean the room really was . Hotel was quick to replace after being brought to there attention.

Beautiful property, the staff was wonderful from front desk to bar to the restaurant, my only issue with property was I feel the glass doors on the outside of the room felt cheap in that it let way to much outside noise in.

Hotels Wi-Fi signal did not reach my room. After hours on the phone with tech support, they said they could reset the Wi-Fi. After resetting, still nothing. Tried on multiple devices and still the same result. I asked for the convenience fee to be waived, since "High Speed Internet" came with it. They said they needed to send someone to confirm it doesn't work. They never came to my room to check. I had to checkout a day early due to a death in the family, so on checkout they waived the fee and parking, but this was after so much wasted time. The internet worked in the lobby (it was the same connection). My room also was not stocked, as when I went to take a shower, the body wash was empty. No one came to clean my room either. Overall, great, clean, and conveniently located, but service was not adequate.

Hotel is nice an clean when you walk in. I reserved a suite (and on the pics a suite is shown with a balcony n stadium view). Well…. I was given room 235 which had neither. Nice size room but that’s it. I was looking at roofs, and there was barely any natural light! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR.

Started off with a check in line of about 50 people long that lasted approximately 20 minutes from 4:00 to 4:20pm. Keep in mind check is at 4:00pm. After getting to the front desk we soon learned that our double bed pre reserved room was not ready and that they had no eta of the time to have the room. Keep in mind there were people walking by stating they had been there since 2:30pm awaiting a paid for room in the lobby (approximately 2 hours waiting). The front desk manager Feliez was the one taking care of me. As a business owner myself I do understand we all have challenges so I accepted the fact that the room wasn’t ready. Feliez was nice enough to offer a $100 voucher for the hotel’s restaurant. I was happy with that until we proceeded to sit down and wait for a drink/waiter for 30 min to talk to us. My wife ordered some food for us but at this point I was pissed off enough I was up at the front desk every ten minutes asking for the room. Keep in mind, this was my wife’s birthday trip to go see Luke Combs all the way from Louisiana. The concert started at 5:30pm. After persuading another hotel front desk person I finally got the room at 5:50pm. I told my wife to pickup at the restaurant because we were never going to get our food. After waiting to find our waiter after ten minutes he felt so bad and boxed all the food up to go. Fast forward to after the concert the security guard was standing at front door not letting anyone in without a key. Rude as hell at that.

We asked for a quiet room when we checked in and we were very happy with our 7th floor room overlooking the parking garage. It was quiet. I understand the other side of the hotel can have a bit of noise from the restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. The prices for food and drinks are the hotel bar/restaurant were high...but in line with other hotel food/beverage costs currently.

Check in was poor. The person said I can't check you in now as the phone is on hold. Then the keys did not work. She said the machine had problems. The coffee pot maker was missing the basket for coffee. The food received was not the order. Parking was hard. They said it was a new process. Not impressed.

The room was properly cleaned daily and the consumables restacked very well each day. The room was quiet. We loved the AC system as it was effective, yet relatively quiet and the stream of cold air was not oriented directly toward us. The restaurants' service was prompt and the prices were affordable, although we found the food variety to not be too diverse. However, with the mall right across the street, there are plenty of dining alternatives in the area.

I stayed during the weekend of the 2024 Final Four. The Hotel is perfectly located for a brisk walk to State Farm Stadium. My stay was so fantastic that I have to give it a 5-star rating. However, I must point out that food service was unavailable on Saturday night of Final Four weekend. There are countless eateries in the area around the Hotel but they were swamped due to Final Four visitors. Kudos to the Hotel staff. They were candid, forthcoming and pleasant in apprising me of the situation. Other than that matter, the food service was superb in every respect, particularly the breakfast buffet. I plan to stay at the Renaissance upon my next return to Phoenix.

From start to finish everyone was kind friendly and efficient. This is the top choice for the area if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, options for walkable food drinks and shopping. Right next door to the stadium this also Makes this a great option if you’re attending any games in the area. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay! Shout out to Dan at the bar he went above and beyond to ensure my drinks were well liked and fresh.

Room was clean, they do charge $100 if you check in early, a resort fee, any amenity provided must be used by midnight. The high prices do not support the value. Restaurants service was terrible. A sold out hotel for a Thursday night football game and 1 server serving six small tables (less than 1/4 of the restaurant). We chose the room because of its location to the stadium. We do not recommend nor will we stay again.

NO ROOM SERVICE BECAUSE OF THE EVENT THE NIGHT BEFORE AND IT WAS "TOO CRAZY' AS THEY TOLD ME. THIS HOTEL IS NEXT TO A STADIUM. YOU WOULD THINK YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE FOR THE HIGH VOLUME OF PEOPLE THAT STAY WHEN LARGE EVENTS HAPPEN.

Great location and beautiful hotel. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was the service in the restaurant. It was slow and one meal everyone was given their meal except me. When it FINALLY arrived, part of the order was missing. And the rest of my table had already finished eating! I feel that I shouldn’t have been charged for my meal.
