Everything was great. From the time i checked in, the lady at service desk was very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had healthy items to pick from. Which i enjoyed and very friendly service. Parking was great as well. All in all our stay was great and would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

This property was t best, now is t worse: t whole hotel smells musty, t room t beds are ok, but t sheets were not changed, it seems they are changed 2 times a week only, t pillows I, had to request to exchange it because of the smell of it terrible! Breakfast ok! But, t attendant on weekends has a terrible attitude it seems like she Owens t place, gets upset if you ask for anything concern to t breakfast items very sad.

Terrible stay at this hotel they change us 2 rooms due to water issues,also they wanted to charge us a fee because it was a big room. Bathroom was dirty the toilet seat old and dirty never again will stay at this hotel I don't recommend it....

This is our third time staying at this hotel and it will be our last. As soon as we walked in there was a smell of mildew or wet carpet. We went up to our room and the smell continued. The remote to the window shade had to be reprogrammed. We tried using the room phone to call the front lobby and all we heard was static. When we moved the phone a small cockroach came out from the phone. We ended up having to walk down to the lobby to talk to the staff. Later that evening as we were getting ready for bed the cockroach came out again. The next day we left a soda can on the desk and came back to ants on it.

The whole room smelled horrible like mildew and the restroom smelled like sewage. The tub was dirty and yellow. I requested an accesible room on the first floor and got a regular non accessible room on the second floor. There is better hotels in the area for cheaper prices. I thought this would be a nicer place to stay since it was more expensive but I was wrong. They also charged my card an extra $10 after we checked out and I have no idea why.

The flooring in room was not level. Certain areas of the room were uneven. The phone was connected or in service. The automatic blind was not working either leaving us to be awaken by the storms lightning

There were only two things that needed improvement. 1. My room did not have hot water. 2. My free Wi-Fi did not work when I entered my name and room number. It said it did not match what they had on file. Otherwise everything was great. Staff was friendly and nice facility so this will not affect my decision to return. It was just a little bit of an inconvenience and a little bit chilly shower in the morning.

Everything was fantastic! Beds were super comfy! Only small complaint was that the maids were making lots of noise cleaning rooms next to me. Toilet seats were dripping & doors were open so I thought it would wake up my honey. I mentioned to desk clerk C & she addressed it promptly! Great stay & price was good also.

My family stayed here for 2 nights and from the moment we checked in, the staff was amazing. We truly felt welcomed. The only issue was that the room wouldn't cool down. We let them know and they said someone would have to look at it the next morning. Thankfully it wasn't 100 degree temps. They came the next day and worked on it. It was better, but still not getting super cool in the room. Unfortunately, there wasn't another room with 2 king beds and a sofa bed to switch to. The beds were super comfy though and we all got some great sleep. We will probably book again for the next time we come.

We stay at this location quite often, and usually there are two girls that always help us. This time there was a gentleman, and he was nice but not quite as nice as they are. Kind of had a bit of an attitude.

The only bad thing about the hotel was that they did not have enough space for breakfast, since we went down to have breakfast at 8:45 and there was a long line and no table to have breakfast. We had to leave the hotel without having breakfast because they did not have enough space in the kitchen to make breakfast early!
