It's a very nice new hotel off the main strip. We had a standard king room and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great too. Our room was on the 5th floor and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and downtown. The only negative is that they charge $15 a day for parking, which we didn't know about until we checked in. There is covered parking though.

This hotel is beautiful! Very clean. The rooftop bar had an amazing view! The food was great at the restaurant on the rooftop as well. Being that this is a brand new hotel, I think the restaurant could be run a little smoother but overall great!

Excellent hotel with everything you need on the property. This hotel is located on the eastern end of the main strip so once you’re parked in the secure covered parking garage you can simply walk the strip and avoid the heavy traffic. There are several back roads to avoid driving down the main strip for faster access to and from the mountains as well. This is a newer hotel with upgraded everything. Restaurant on the rooftop with a view and coffee shop on property and snack closet in the lobby. Comfy bed and superb shower. This will likely be my go to hotel for Gatlinburg. You may even get lucky and see their friendly Blackbeard stroll through the parking garage in the early mornings.

The lobby was very elegant and chic . The staff and reception clerks were sweet and genuine . I appreciated them for being attentive and understanding with any booking issues that I had . Our room was very clean , elegant and super comfy . Other than our showering amenities being out . We had a great and pleasant stay. The next morning , having a lovely breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was beautiful and scenic views . The breakfast was yummy and delicious . My fiancé and I both had a very pleasant stay . We wouldn’t mind doing it again . :) Thank you to the staff !

Brand new hotel that had the best heated infinity pool and roof top bar! Very comfortable bed and linen! Walking distance to everything so nice not to deal with finding parking but did charge us $15/day after I was told on the phone that there is no fees…

The hotel is immaculately clean. Everything is brand new, because it was just finished being built. The service was also very good. Everyone was very attentive. I didn't like the bed pillows. They are very fat, but they shrink down to nothing, so in the morning you wake up with a stiff neck. Also, the restaurant on the top floor is beautiful and brand new, but the food and the drinks are extremely expensive and the breakfast was overpriced, cold, and they were out of a lot of things when I got to the buffet. No discount, $23 for breakfast per person.

Overall the hotel is beautiful. When we got to our room the beds were unmade and the room wasn’t ready. I called the front desk and they switched us to another room right away. They were very apologetic and offered us free breakfast ($39 value for each person) to which we accepted along with a bottle of champagne. When we went for breakfast this morning we were very surprised to see the breakfast that was offered was nothing more than a standard hotel complimentary breakfast from any other hotel. All of the food was cold and the staff was only seen twice and not very friendly. We had not planned on having breakfast there because there are several places around town highly recommended for the same price, however decided to take advantage of the offer for a free breakfast. We would have been very disappointed had we actually paid for it.

Very much enjoyed the stay. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and to the attractions in Gatlinburg. Shower was amazing and the bed comfortable. Balcony was very nice and clean. One weird thing is that most of the employees are foreigners but they are very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
