It was a beautiful beach house within easy walking distance to the beach. Check-in was simple, owner emailed the code and confirmed arrival time. House had lights on when we arrived since it was a little later than we anticipated. Plenty of supplies in the house which was nice. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of of supplies and all the essentials. Though we didn't cook in. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart). Wish we could have spent time enjoying the back deck and sitting out there, but we were pretty busy. Check out is simple. We would love to come back.

This house was dog friendly and very clean. No doggie odor and a nice fenced in yard. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Only a short block from a beautiful beach with chairs and a cart to conveniently get all your stuff to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, There was only two of us with our small dogs. The yard is fenced in with a nice deck and sitting area. It was nice not to have to walk the dogs every morning just let them out in the yard with plenty of grass. We were traveling from KW and had a lot of gear. The garage was perfect for the bikes and luggage. Thank you

My wife and I enjoyed this property. We stayed 3 nights for our wedding anniversary. It is centrally located in St. Augustine Beach, which is convenient. Our dog traveled with us, so the pet-friendly accommodations were nice. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. A large deck is available for use, so there is not much grass or natural lawn, unfortunately. The neighborhood was quiet, and the parking in front of the property was adequate.

We loved this house. It’s perfect for 2 couples or a small family. While it’s dog friendly, we opted to leave the pooches at home. The house offered a cozy, intimate setting that’s close (1 block) to the beach path. Everything was clean and ready to go. Plus it’s within walking distance to several restaurants and cafes. The rear patio is ideal for lunch or a quiet evening around a fire pit. Since it’s dog friendly, we will definitely considering this house for future trips.

This property is well updated and very clean! The owners really have it nailed down with all the small details taken care of on this property (toiletries, cleaning supplies, soaps/ detergents, beach accessories, etc.). Easy walk to beach and few restaurants nearby. Only con, maybe add shower rod or sliding door to on suite bathroom as it tends to get water outside shower since it's only half enclosed. Great property and communication with owners and highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved C Street Retreat! The location was excellent, just a block off the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants on A1A Beach Blvd. We really appreciated the dog friendly fenced in back yard that included a grill, fire pit, and patio furniture. We would definitely book again!

Just spent a fabulous vacation here, a pleasant five-minute walk to a pristine and usually uncrowded beach. Easy walks to restaurants worth repeat visits. House was clean and well-stocked with a well-equipped kitchen. An especially wide driveway comes in handy for parking a boat or a visitor's car. Lisa was immediately available and responsive the couple of times we called during our three-week stay. A gem of a vacation spot!

This house was wonderful. It was exactly as listed on the VRBO sight plus included many thoughtful extras by the host to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was definitely dog friendly from the dog dishes provided to the outdoor dog wash. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again next time we are in St. Augustine. Thank you to the host for a great time.

This place is amazing! This was my third time staying here and I always hate to leave. It’s always spotless when we arrive. There’s everything you need including beach chairs and towels. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. The location is perfect to walk to the beach or several wonderful restaurants close by. The mini golf was also fun just a couple of blocks away. Lisa D Is a great host and communicates very well.

Excellent home and property. Spotless inside and out. Property owner, Lisa was available at a moments notice for any concerns that we had. One block from the ocean. Walkable to numerous restaurants. Charming, quiet neighborhood for walking and bike riding. We stayed for 10 weeks and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. Lisa is the best!

My wife and I are locals from the other side of the river who stay in St. A 1-2 times a year. In fact we were at a B Street rental for a week in April. This house was very nice and just as advertised: which is important. As we get older we are looking for: Peace and Quiet, lots of outdoor time, convenience and NO STAIRS. For non-pet owners, the house was very clean and dog odor free so don't worry. Try it out and have a good time!!

We stayed at Lisa & Tony’s house for the month of Feb. each of the last two years ('23 & '24). The home’s location is its biggest selling point. The beach is a block away & several good restaurants are nearby. When we had the need to contact the hosts, they were always quick to respond to our inquiries. It was nice to see the year-over-year improvements (new fire pit, deck furniture, landscape pavers). Despite those improvements, other known issues hadn’t been addressed (screen door that doesn’t seal, ice maker that doesn't shut off). Also, there were other things that could have been addressed proactively (unmounted full-length mirror, worn master bedroom mattress and sheets, rusted cutlery set, etc.). The cleanliness of the home is good, but we did find sand & hair in the bedroom dresser drawers. Rather than bother the hosts, we cleaned the drawers. We’ve enjoyed our stays at C Street and would stay there again. During our '23 stay, we messaged Lisa regarding booking for '24 and she replied, “I have had 10 inquiries for next Feb but I always offer it to my existing renters first,” so we booked it. Near the end of our 2024 stay, we messaged Lisa regarding booking for Feb. '25 and she replied, “sorry the house is booked for Jan/Feb/March of 2025 already.” Her change in protocol without communication left us with little time investigate other properties. We understand business decisions, but we believe how you do business & communicate with your customers is important.

This is my 2nd stay in the house. It is perfect for 2-4 visitors…2BR and 2 baths. My girlfriend was impressed with the cleanliness and also the small touches that Lisa…the owner…provided such as hand lotion at the sinks as well as a well stocked kitchen. We used the grill to do steaks one night, had dinner on the deck while the dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. The location is actually perfect…actually a short 1 block walk to the beach and restaurants, bars, and brewery in short walking distance. Lisa is also very easy to work with and a genuinely nice person. Highly recommend.

This was my wife and I’s second time staying here and it was just as nice as our first time. House is perfect for us and our pups. The fenced in back yard is perfect for the pups and relaxing. Super short walk to the beach and a few of the local restaurants. Only thing that I can complain about is the king mattress, feels old and worn out and super bouncy. Can feel every little bit of movement. Not going to stop me from giving it 5 stars but a new firmer mattress would be nice!

C Street retreat is in an excellent location that is close to the beach, nice restaurants, and shopping. Lisa and Tony are great hosts. We were always able to get in touch with them and they were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this property to others.

It was a beautiful beach house within easy walking distance to the beach. Check-in was simple, owner emailed the code and confirmed arrival time. House had lights on when we arrived since it was a little later than we anticipated. Plenty of supplies in the house which was nice. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of of supplies and all the essentials. Though we didn't cook in. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart). Wish we could have spent time enjoying the back deck and sitting out there, but we were pretty busy. Check out is simple. We would love to come back.

We had a great time (even though our trip was cut short due to the hurricane). The owner, Lisa, was very understanding, and quick to respond. It is a sweet little house! Clean and pretty in a great location. We will be back and we HIGHLY recommend this property.

Lisa was awesome to work with and this property is really nice and super convenient to the beach and plenty of places to enjoy. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and this beautifully decorated home has a lot of nice little touches and amenities. We will be back.

We stayed at Lisa & Tony’s house for the month of Feb. each of the last two years ('23 & '24). The home’s location is its biggest selling point. The beach is a block away & several good restaurants are nearby. When we had the need to contact the hosts, they were always quick to respond to our inquiries. It was nice to see the year-over-year improvements (new fire pit, deck furniture, landscape pavers). Despite those improvements, other known issues hadn’t been addressed (screen door that doesn’t seal, ice maker that doesn't shut off). Also, there were other things that could have been addressed proactively (unmounted full-length mirror, worn master bedroom mattress and sheets, rusted cutlery set, etc.). The cleanliness of the home is good, but we did find sand & hair in the bedroom dresser drawers. Rather than bother the hosts, we cleaned the drawers. We’ve enjoyed our stays at C Street and would stay there again. During our '23 stay, we messaged Lisa regarding booking for '24 and she replied, “I have had 10 inquiries for next Feb but I always offer it to my existing renters first,” so we booked it. Near the end of our 2024 stay, we messaged Lisa regarding booking for Feb. '25 and she replied, “sorry the house is booked for Jan/Feb/March of 2025 already.” Her change in protocol without communication left us with little time investigate other properties. We understand business decisions, but we believe how you do business & communicate with your customers is important.

This house was dog friendly and very clean. No doggie odor and a nice fenced in yard. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Only a short block from a beautiful beach with chairs and a cart to conveniently get all your stuff to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed this property. We stayed 3 nights for our wedding anniversary. It is centrally located in St. Augustine Beach, which is convenient. Our dog traveled with us, so the pet-friendly accommodations were nice. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. A large deck is available for use, so there is not much grass or natural lawn, unfortunately. The neighborhood was quiet, and the parking in front of the property was adequate.

The owners really have it nailed down with all the small details taken care of on this property (toiletries, cleaning supplies, soaps/ detergents, beach accessories, etc.). Easy walk to beach and few restaurants nearby. Only con, maybe add shower rod or sliding door to on suite bathroom as it tends to get water outside shower since it's only half enclosed. Great property and communication with owners and highly recommend!!

This is my 2nd stay in the house. It is perfect for 2-4 visitors…2BR and 2 baths. My girlfriend was impressed with the cleanliness and also the small touches that Lisa…the owner…provided such as hand lotion at the sinks as well as a well stocked kitchen. We used the grill to do steaks one night, had dinner on the deck while the dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. The location is actually perfect…actually a short 1 block walk to the beach and restaurants, bars, and brewery in short walking distance. Lisa is also very easy to work with and a genuinely nice person. Highly recommend.

We can’t wait to return to this perfect beach vacation rental! The location was a quick walk to the beach, coffee, tacos, lunch and nail salon. The house had anything you could want and more form ample blankets, towels, seasonings, equipment, beach cart and more.

We absolutely loved C Street Retreat! The location was excellent, just a block off the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants on A1A Beach Blvd. We really appreciated the dog friendly fenced in back yard that included a grill, fire pit, and patio furniture. We would definitely book again!

The cottage was updated and very clean. Equipped with everything you could possibly need and want. No beach view but it was a short accessible walk. If I had a question, Lisa tried to help me out. We stayed 10 days. We loved where we were located.
