Hotel Kinare San Cristóbal

OK for my needs when I’m there. Property is dated, but fits the overall atmosphere of San Cristobal.

The staff is always helpful here. This is an older hotel in small town Mexico, so that should temper expectations of guests. Some parts could use an update, especially adding air conditioning to the rooms.

La distribución es muy buena y hasta un pequeño jardín tiene para disfrutar de tu estancia

Muy lindo lugar, pero es frio y no hay muchas opciones para utilizar el calentador El agua de la ducha estaba fria, no se calento Las toallas que nos dejaron estaban en muy malas condiciones

I stayed there for two weeks. Easy to move around. Hotel is a little dated (part of the charm) and very clean. I was mostly satisfied with the extremely professional, friendly staff. I most mention the following things for your consideration. First, Hotel has very thin walls … you can hear everything from the hallway and the rooms next door. This didn’t bothered me, but you most know. Also, the walking distance to the center (where all action happens) is about 15-20 minutes. If you want to stay there late at night you most take transportation back to the hotel (is safest) and for me in two weeks it added up $ (add these to your budget)

En general la estancia muy bien, limpieza agua caliente las 24 hrs. Su servicio de restaurante también excelente y cuenta con estacionamiento propio muy amplio.

Es buena pero falta remodelar algunas cosas

Lo mejor: la atención de las personas. El jardín y las fuentes también son muy bonitas.

La habitacion esta muy limpia y comoda, en general muy bueno el hotel y muy buen servicio.

El hotel esta bien, esta limpio y amplias habitaciones, cama cómoda y un buen desayuno (no incluido). Lo único que no me agradó fue que al final me di cuenta de que no nos habían aplicado el estatus VIP de expedia y no nos dieron solución; también las llaves de las habitaciones se desprogramaron los 3 días que estuvimos, en las 3 habitaciones ya que íbamos en grupo. En general está bien el hotel, para ir al centro de tiene que ir en taxi ya que no está muy cerca para ir caminando pero para descansar está bien.

El hotel esta muy bien, sus servicios son muy completos y la estancia en general es fabulosa! descanso y comodidad son caracteristicas que distinguen a la propiedad. El Check In es agil y con una atencion esmerada. Solamente sugeriria que procurasen una limpieza mas esperada, las cortinas tienen telarañas y suciedad.

Buen hotel, bien ubicado. Poco personal para el aseo de las habitaciones uno de los días llegamos 5 PM y aún no hacían el cuarto. Otro día dejamos el aviso de por favor arreglar y pensaron que era no molestar y no hicieron la habitación. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. El agua de la ducha no es suficientemente caliente. Deberían reemplazar las TV por Smart TV.

Muy bonitas areas verdes, precio accesible pero como observacion los colchones estan un poco incomodos, extractor del baño no funcionaba, espacio muy reducido en baño, la llave mezcladora del lavabo abentaba mucha agua y hacia un lado,

La propiedad es linda, los cuartos son amplios y el restaurante ofrece un buen desayuno. Sin embargo, la habitación que me asignaron tenía dos camas, en lugar de una como la había solicitado y el agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir. El desayuno no está incluído en la tarifa normal

Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas

LA HABITACION ME LA CAMBIARON, NO FUE LO QUE RESERVE Y PAGUE ANTICIPADAMENTE, Y OFRECEN SERVICIO DE INTERNET WI-FI, PERO LA REALIDAD ES QUE NO FUNCIONA EN LAS HABITACIONES, CASI ME CORREN DEL TRABAJO PORQUE NUNCA ME PUDIERON OFRECER EL SERVICIO. TUVE QUE UTILIZAR MIS DATOS $$$.

La habitación es amplia y limpia, tiene bonitos jardines

Some of the staff was nice but others were not. We asked the lady at the receptionist for an extra blanket, it was always on the way and it never made it to our room. The first day we also took the wrong way in the hotel and couldn’t find the exit, when asked a laundry worker he just told us it was the wrong way but did not care to give us directions. The hotel is far from the downtown as well which we didn’t like.

Pésimo por segunda vez, no vuelvo a hospedarme en ese lugar: Me dieron nuevamente una habitación inferior a la que pague y si no reclamo no me dan la habitación acordada. En esta ocasión pedí hablar con algún responsable y la explicación que me dieron es que la habitación es la misma por las amenidades que tienen cuando yo no estoy pagando por amenidades, pague por tamaño de la habitación y comodidad.

Staff rocks, friendly and helpful and knowledgeable

We arrived early, due to early flight arrival. We asked for an early registration and they did acommodate us around 12pm, instead of 3pm. They charge me $500 pesos, but the room was very old, looking not the quality I expected or shown by the pictures. Later on when we got our second room, that was beautiful and very clean and confy. I was under the inpresion that breakfast was included so we wen to the restaurant and left leaving only a tip after they asked for our room numbers. Then we left on a tour. An hour later I get a call from the receptionist stating that we didn't pay our restaurante bill. I told her that we were on tour and would return by 6pm and then I would immediately go pay. She responded very rudely that the bill needed to be paid by 3pm. I hung up. Then every day we would try to go into our rooms, the keys wouldn't work. The front desk receptionist said it was because our keys were exposed to our phone and that cause the info to be defeleted form the room key. I approached on the of the cleaning ladies and she told me that everyone was having that problem, that the hotel;s key system was not working properly. I din't link the fact that the receptionist tried to me me feel responsible for my room key not working. Other than that location, facilites, except for our first room were excellent.

El hotel es bastante amplio y cómodo. El personal sonríe y es amable. El trato es muy cálido y siempre se encuentran dispuestos a ayudarte. Se encuentra a 20 minutos caminando del Centro por lo que es una excelente opción. ¡Muchas gracias!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Villa Mercedes. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable—a wonderful restaurant on the premises where we enjoyed dinner and breakfast accompanied by excellent service. The hotel staff was great, although they were unaware of Expedia's VIP access - in any case, they were friendly & accommodating and offered us free drinks. We plan to stay here again.

At the property, we needed tours, Cesar was pleased to help us out. We needed a Dr. because my wife got sick and Cesar, Jaraby, Yasca, Araceli and Victor were actually eager to help. They hustled to get a Dr to the hotel after hours . Within an hour, a Dr had seen my wife. We are so impressed and moved by the actions by these folks. We are extremely happy to of met them all. Each one of these people played a role in helping us get through any and all issues. Thank you, thank you, thank you all for all your help and support. These guys are awesome!

Lo único que no me agradó fue que al final me di cuenta de que no nos habían aplicado el estatus VIP de expedia y no nos dieron solución; también las llaves de las habitaciones se desprogramaron los 3 días que estuvimos, en las 3 habitaciones ya que íbamos en grupo. En general está bien el hotel, para ir al centro de tiene que ir en taxi ya que no está muy cerca para ir caminando pero para descansar está bien.

Todo muy bien, cómodo, el desayuno muy bueno, su ubicación aún que es fuera del centro histórico permite que cualquier taxi te traslade al mismo muy rápido y economico

Es un hotel que está como a 15 min del centro, limpio, bonito, en el restaurante la comida está rica y el servicio de los meseros es amable, al igual que la chica de recepcion. Recomendable

Todo muy bien. Pasamos muy bien tiempo, los empleados de restaurant excelentes, la señorita de recepción también muy amable. En general todo estuvo muy bien.
