The room is nice, my wife and I have came here the last two weeks because I’m working out of town and this is halfway in between my job site and home. When I came on the 23rd, there was no charge for the parking but when I came back on the 29th, they charged me $18 for parking. I don’t like the inconsistency and that inconsistency will probably have a staying somewhere else on weekends from now on. I actually thought we found a great place but I don’t need to be going through my bank account looking for random minor charges

Service and parking throughout the 9 day stay was excellent. Night security patrolled the parking lot every night. The room was adequate for a single occupant with plenty of storage and closet space. Valentina helped me with multiple special requests. The only areas with opportunity for improvement were; only executive suites had safes and the television was dated and latent responding to the remote.

The property location was convenient for our needs. Location, price, and Marriott's reputation was the reason I booked the property. The people were great. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to security,.were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was finding out there was an $18 daily charge for parking. I don't know if I missed it on the booking site or what, but I would like to have known ahead of time so I could have considered that cost in my decision making.

Good hotel, but expect to pay extra for parking and breakfast. Also no coffee or water in lobby. Some in room, but not extra in lobby as in other less know hotel. Over all a good place to stay. Elevator very busy, especially when cleaning crew is moving about.

We got to our room at night so we didn’t notice there were blood stains on the pillows and sheets until the next morning. Me and my husband were unable to talk to the staff in the morning because we had to take our daughter to her orientation. When we called once we got back they asked why we waited to say anything, and when I asked if they could change our sheets we had to do it ourselves. It’s unbelievable how nonchalant the manager was.

The place gave me the ick as soon as I walked in and was only reinforced with the run down and dirty condition of the hallways. The room was clean but I couldn’t get past my initial visceral reaction. I stayed one night and canceled the rest of my trip. The staff handled my request to cancel with professionalism.

Rude staff. I was in my room at 10 AM and could not get it cleaned, and when I went to FD to let them know that they can clean now, the lady was rude and told me that the cleaning crew is very busy so they cant accommodate more cleaning!!! When they did clean the room, they did a poor job and didnt even clean the bathroom!

I like the hotel except that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The first day when I checked in was really, really bad. I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and it has dissipated a little bit by the 3rd day. This was my 2nd stay and I did not encounter this on my first stay. Whoever serviced the room should put in air freshener to counter the smell.

There was a lot of noise here. We had to pay for parking which we usually do not have to. The beds were uncomfortable and too soft. It was not a horrible experience, it’s just not a place I would choose to stay at again.Also, some of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a disappointment. Very small counter space next to the sink, a tiny room with 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical and a few weights of minimal 15lbs is called the gym. The beds we got were too soft without much support. We were on a road trip and went through a list of hotels, some of which had lower star ratings. This was the worse among all.

Our room was on the ground floor, near the elevators & reception area. It was noisy & we couldn’t open the curtains because GROUND FLOOR = NO PRIVACY. The 1st night we were awakened by the shrill, shockingly loud smoke detector—twice. They sent a guy who said it needed a new battery, and he pulled it off the wall meanwhile (since it was midnight!!). It was not replaced in the 3 nights of our stay. We requested a room change, and were told that it would happen, only to be told later that there were no rooms available because firefighters were occupying all of them. For the price, we could have done better with an airbnb or another hotel.

Very clean updated property. Excellent location as a stop on a road trip. Spacious room with both a fridge and a microwave which I love. Also love having a first floor as an option, right by the pool. Excellent staff.

When we tried to check at 630lm was told they had norms while the other girl was checking in other guests. I was asked for a phone number for them to call me to check when room was ready. I left went to dinner and never got a called around 830 I called to ask of broom was ready and they finally said your room is ready. Worst customer service ever!!

The A/C in the room does not operate as intended. It was hot and stuffy in the room all night regardless of the temperature set on the A/C. Lastly, the rooms were not available on time. Multiple guests were in the lobby complaining to the staff that they had been waiting for their rooms for over two hours past the check-in time.

Property was great location, and clean; however this trip was booked and paid through with Expedia. Upon checking out, I provided a different credit card to cover a few things I expensed to the room during my stay. The hotel ended up charging my card for the entire stay, even though the room was booked and paid for with Expedia. I spoke to 4 different people at this facility, and most of them did not have authority to correct their mistake by cancelling the charge. Definitely frustrating!

We booked 2 rooms for a stay of a week. Before arriving I got an email saying check in will be at 3:00pm. Upon arriving the front desk told us they had no rooms available, that the room will be available in 30min- 1 hour. We waited and after an hour of waiting the front desk still said that there was no rooms available. They said we could leave and they would call us. We left frustrated at the end of the day they canceled our reservation and we found somewhere else to stay.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel did not meet my expectations. Despite the friendly and accommodating check-in process, there were numerous issues that detracted from my overall stay. The maintenance of the building was lacking, with only one of the two elevators operational. Furthermore, the location of the hotel and nearby graduations led to delays and difficulties accessing the 6th floor. The AC unit in my room was faulty, emitting persistent squeaking noises that disrupted my sleep throughout the night. Additionally, I encountered safety concerns in the surrounding area when attempting to walk for my meal, leading me to ultimately retrieve my car and drive the two blocks instead. The overall experience left much to be desired.

The hotel is in city of Riverside and every store or food place is within distance. The staff were very kind and always asking if we needed anything. The bistro bar that is located inside the hotel offered coffee and breakfast options. If you wanted they offered dinner options starting around 5pm. My family and I only did breakfast twice. We were content with the food and the staff that works in the bistro area. If we ever come back to visit Riverside again well without a doubt we will come back to this hotel. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. We thank the staff for everything during our stay.
