Great location to walk around Zurich, plenty of steps to come beck up but tram stop is right outside the apartment doors. Small cafe for morning coffee and a kitchen area to use if you want. Basic room but comfortable. Quiet area in the evenings.

We couldn’t check into the hotel when we arrived as the self check in codes wasn’t working with the doors. This continued for 24 hours and we could not enter our hotel rooms. There is not staff on site to help in situations like this and no reception desk either. It is impossible to contact the property help team as this is just via email and takes hours for them to respond. It is a shame as the hotel rooms were great and the location was perfect but a terrible system overall which is not displayed on the listing. People were leaving hotel towels in between their doors so they can have access to their rooms. When trying to contact no compensation or refund has been offered.

The apartment was super clean and in an excellent location for the city centre. We were surprised by the compactness of the space and the bed only having access on the one side but we probably didnt read the description well enough. If we were staying again, we would definitely upgrade to a bigger room.

Clean room, good facilities, very centrally located. Quite small room for two people.
