Hyatt Place Dallas North by the Galleria

Upon arrival the desk clerk was very nice and informative. The elevator was dirty, trash all in the floor. The room was clean. I guess because we used our points from Hotels.com, we got the less than desirable room. The mini fridge made a noise all night. The AC unit looked like it was rigged when they replaced it. Not very good craftsmanship when the AC was installed. The Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the walk in shower and the bathroom was clean. We had the view of the exterior ac units out the window and a TV antenna. Breakfast was okay. Definitely not a $200 a night hotel.

Nice and clean

I have stayed here many times, they offer a clean and well designed hotel that will meet your needs for business travel. They are recently remodeled and the rooms are quite nice. The staff is always great. My one complaint is that the quality of the breakfast has gone down. It looked as if they had fewer people working and that the food was not very fresh as a result. Serviceable food but it was a disappointment compared to the past.

Staff is amazing, even welcomed us back. Breakfast was great. They have almond milk and honey for my hot tea. I love using the water bottle filler at the water fountain. Great night’s sleep.

Free self parking, free hot breakfast. Small but nice fitness area and easy check-in. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend!
