The room was spacious and everything in it well thought out. Hotel very clean and room. Very nice lg outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool and gym. Morning bkfst cafe and mini store for things, computer access, inexpensive pkg. Also a Margaritas Restaurant adjoining hotel for meals, pizza, good drinks. Very convenient location off main st.A very friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is definitely run down. Our room smelled musty and mildewy, and there were signs of water damage. The bathroom had broken parts in the shower and the shower floor bowed and warped when stepped on. We were given the wrong room number and keys. The pool was not open the day we arrived. Additionally, though both Expedia and their site state free parking, we were told there was a $3/day parking fee at check out. We have family in the area and will definitely choose somewhere else to stay next time.

Carpet in the room is torn away from the wall on the side of the bed. Indoor Pool ladder is damaged, and hot tub jets are not working and have blue painting tape over the switch to turn the jets on. Stayed here last year and property was in much better shape than it is this stay. Clearly could simply be the timing of our stay, and maybe these items jist broke and are in the process of being repaired.

Great service, friendly staff and comfy bed! Pool was super warm and the hot tub was hot! They even let us get a last minute late check out for 1130! Will come back

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved. The hotel was filled so we had to stay, however Liz was very nice and had someone from housekeeping come up to spray Febreze, which help a bit. Also we were not told there was a fee for parking until we checked out.

This property is very clean with helpful and friendly staff. I’d take away 1/2 a star if I could for the low-flow shower and the hair dryer having only one heat setting, but those aren’t the most important things to worry about.

Woman who checked us in was very nice and personable. Room was clean. Just seemed a bit dated, smelt a bit musty when we first checked in but after turning on the fan it was better. Cracks in the sink and tub, i had to screw on the shower head because it wasnt on tight and was spraying water all over the bathroom, shower curtain didnt fit well, made it hard to keep water in the tub and not on the floor. This would not stop me from going back. Oh and the pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was awesome!

Our stay was short. we stayed one night. the room was absolutely wonderful, we were upgraded to a king suite and it was awesome. the room had a fireplace small kitchen and the best was a seperate bedroom completely quiet away from the main hallway door...the downfall was the fire alarm that went off at 640am! We jumped out of bed and had to leave the hotel, definitely wasn't expecting that! Overall it was a great stay and i would stay again, in the same room too! hopefully the fire alarm won't go off next time.

Is not the only hotel that i have stayed, but i have a big problem with the AC/ heat unit, and like i said js not the only hotel, but the AC units are a bit to loud when the room gets to the right temp. I know is not an easy fix but going forward all hotels that have does AC units should look for a better quiet ac units. Thanks

Staff was nice, location was convenient, check in and check out were a breeze. Bed was reasonably comfortable but pillows were very flat and flimsy. Water pressure in the shower was HORRENDOUS, barely any pressure at all.

Room we had was definitely in need of upkeep. Sink cracked, faucet leaky and the shower wall cracked in a couple different places. Slow elevators. Very odd set up and not a user friendly place to stay as far as parking.

The room was a big disappointment. The bath tub was unsafe. It was unbalanced. It had bumps that made it unsturdy. The toilet bowl lit was cracked and the handle was under the lit. We cut our finger trying to flush. After that we lifted it each time. The toilet bowl kept running unless we jiggled handle. The water pressure in sink was too powerful. Everything around area got soaked. The bathroom sink was clogged and water wouldn’t go down. No lighting in the parking lot.

You need to get a friendlier person at the front desk. Not sure why she had a bit of an attitude with me it seemed from the get go. I travelled alone to visit my daughter in the hospital and I feel like I was overcharged for the room on the basement floor. I was charged for two breakfast and i didn’t get one. By 10:15 there was no more coffee nor food. So how does that work do you refund me for two breakfast ?

The property was great. We had an incredible time celebrating our niece’s wedding! The front desk and house keeping staff were tip top. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the breakfast at the sunrise cafe, with our server. We were seated, and sat there for a good 20 minutes before the other server started up with out drinks. Then our server came over took our order and then disappeared again, not even half way through our meal she came over with the check and dropped it on the table and said “done yet” and walked away. When she finally came back, I asked for an orange juice, she picked up the check, gave me a dirty look and walked away again. When she brought my OJ, she yet again dropped the check and almost gave me a bath in the OJ. I will stay at this property again, but I will NEVER AGAIN eat at the sunrise cafe.

Great Customer service, always helpful no matter what we needed. First room was not in good shape and had no lights Manager immediately fixed the situation had the Front desk get us a new room and even brought our stuff to the room

It was right off major highway. The hotel was modern and had a restaurant attached hotel, ( Margaritas Rest.) The room was clean and stylish and comfortable. The hotel is near a large Shopping area with lots of restaurants. The hotel also has an indoor pool and outdoor pool(seasonal). Also has a breakfast restaurant in lobby, and free coffee in lobby.

So many weddings staff was patient, kind and thorough . Rooms were super clean and staff was on it. Breakfast was good and hot. More staff needed with training on large crowds and timing. The woman who was serving us was fab. We loved her… but it was clear she would benefit from a couple more pairs of hands. Perhaps looking at it like it’s a really important of the property job! Good marketing if done just right! Thank you …, very much.
