The Artisan has everything you could want within walking distance during your stay. Parking and check-in were easy, and the desk staff was welcoming. Room was roomy and impeccably clean. The garment steamer versus an iron was a bonus for sure! The coffee shop in the lobby was perfect, the Rooftop was spectacular and the pool looked amazing even though it was raining and cold during our visit. The outdoor beer garden and live music are next door and there are lots of shops and open areas for children to play. We will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed the Artisan restaurant, the great shops in the area. We were able to take a 5 min. walk to the Salem mall. Great restaurant for breakfast was the Friendly Toast, a 1min. walk from the hotel.
